Today I ordered online using the venmo check out and I was told the order went through but I never received an email confirmation. When I went to the resturant to pick up my food I found out the card declined. I had the money but using that QR code scan didn't work. My issue is when the manager came over to me to explain what happened he proceeded to yell repeatedly "Your card declined, thats what happened." He tells me that he sees my order in the system but again loudly "your card declined!" The fact that he kept saying it loudly made me feel as if he was trying to humilate me. I asked him can I reprocess the payment and he said I would have to get in line and order. If it wasn't for my son wanting food here I would of left. So I got in line, and the manager looks back at me as if he was surprised I got in line to place another order. Why would I order online and then come to pick it up if I knew it was declined?? Brand new location co-located in the Target parking lot in Constant Friendship. We waited until the new popularity crowd died down before trying it out. My wife is a Panda Express fan...atic...lol. Clean and bright, but the seating area is only about the size of a Waffle House with no forethought for a waiting line. When it's busy, a line of 4-5 waiting on service will put you at the door (see picture). My wife and I shared the two entrée plate and had Honey walnut shrimp (up charge), Black pepper chicken, with fried rice. We also got a chicken egg roll to split. The food was fresh and delicious, and the egg roll fantastic (hot n crispy)! This is not healthy eating unless you stick with the mixed veggies as your side. Service was pretty quick, and small batches of food were in constant production ensuring hot fresh food. Variety of seating options, booths, bench & chairs, raised table top with stools, and small reclining chairs with small cocktail type tables. They also offer a small outdoor eating area as well. There is also a drive through window. Drawbacks: 1. Only Pepsi products. They do have ice tea, but only sweet tea. 2. Bathrooms have blow dryers, not paper towels, but the doors require you to turn handle and pull to open from the inside. Employees have to wash hands but many people don't after using a bathroom, which means employees hands are contaminated when they open the door. 3. Parking lot is tight and small, accident waiting to happen for large SUVs and Trucks. 4. No WiFi Even with the drawbacks they deserve a 4-star review. read more

They are located in the infamously packed Constant Friendship shopping center, but to leave PE and head back to 924, you make a right instead of a left. I'm a big fan of Panda Express, but sometimes I've been disappointed at the cleanliness (or lack thereof) in their dining areas. This location is fairly new, so I tried it today - beautiful, clean, big dining room. Food was good, as always. I had the "two entrees with one side" meal. I chose fried rice as my side, and my two entrees were Honey Walnut Shrimp and Black Pepper Chicken. All were very good. Enjoyed my food and my visit. Definitely reccomend! read more

I am so sad to have to give this resturant 2 stars after being served but here you go. I am not sure if it's new staff or what but after I ordered my 2 entrees.....the server named Tutu opened my closed container and proceeded to point (with get fingers inches above my food and face as close) attempting to guess what I ordered, instead of me asking. (No shade: did she work in a carry out restaurant before this) I had to firmly ask her to get her finger and face out my food and close the container. Then instead of ringing up...she continued talk about what (I tuned her out) and asked......JUST RING UP THE FOOD. The staff seems nice enough but they are young and play around alot...this is my food, money and time- Lets not joke and play. (with the exception of a few who attempted to make the visit better) I hope they get better training or more mature staff....I sincerely won't be back until it's better ran. Boy, did this Panda Express location go from hero to zero really quickly or what? On a weekend evening, this place is now almost deserted. There was still an hour and a half before closing time but they'd already stopped cooking and were cleaning up the kitchen. They had already run out of grilled teriyaki chicken, so I asked if they were going to make any more. No can do, said the lady behind the counter, we're closing. That was at AN HOUR AND A HALF BEFORE CLOSING, people! Service issues aside, the quality of the food has gone down somewhat too. There were bits of uncooked rice in the fried rice. I just wanted to say what an amazing experience I had at this Panda Express location. I recently dined here with my mother and toddler while driving home to NY from a weekend in DC. The restaurant was impeccably clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. I later discovered that I left my wallet at the restaurant that evening. When I called today, the staff went out of their way to help me. I was immediatley put in touch with a manager and within a few hours my wallet was securely brought to the post office to be shipped back to me. They even provided me with a tracking number and photo proof via text message. This was done without any questions asked or acceptance of payment for shipping or additional reward. My husband and I love Panda Express, we go around the country and have tried quite a few (military couple for 10years). This one is really good, was not disappointed. The place was very clean, fast, friendly, and well stocked. I love they are located near a lot in the area too. The lady behind the counter was very personable and made sure we were very happy with everything even afterward we already sat down. Military discount was a definite bonus, glad that our military vets are taken care of by this place. I eat at panda express quite often in and I really enjoyed the food, especially the honey walnut shimp. Unfortunately today I had a very bad experience. I' brought double portion honey walnut shrimp and the shrimp was burnt. I tasted the food before leaving the store and it was terribl. I told the staff something was wrong with the honey walnut shrimp and it was almost as if they didn't believe me and the went back-and-forth with me denying something was wrong. I ask them please don't take word please taste it. No one would taste the shrimp. The shrimp tasted like a different sauce had been mix with the honey. This wa soooo disappointing and discouraging. I REALLY enjoying Panda Express but i am not sure if Continue eating here especially when the staff would not acknowledge there possibly be something wrong with the food. Love Panda but not this location. Been here a few times. The dining room was unclean with food, trays and dried spills on table and floor. Trash cans filled to top. The entire time we sat to eat, no one came to clean. Food tasted like it had sat for a while and was not hot. Mixed vegetables were dried out.
