Not amazing by any stretch. This is an occasional lunch stop for me and it's always to go. There are a few Dining tables but havens seen anyone eat in. This is a cash only business and they have several lunch specials. General Tso's is ok but not very spicy. Crab Wonton is only cream cheese. Their noodles I think are great. The quality of the food has drastically improved. It is nice to find Chinese food that is not super greasy. I think they are under new management and it is reflected in the quality of the food. We ordered chicken & broccoli, pork fried rice, shrimp fried rice, and pork egg rolls. Everything was fresh, tasty, and hot. I greatly enjoyed my meal. Again, nothing was greasy...not even the egg rolls. The PFR was yummy. The veggies vary in the fried rice offerings. SFR only onions. PFR has onions and carrots. No deal breakers! Most orders are completed in less than 15 minutes. Clean and unpretentious dining area. However, this is a carryout restaurant. I've never seen anyone dine in. The kitchen is visible from the dining area and appears to be clean. Ample parking. They are located on the side of the shopping center where Mars once occupied. I have to say I am rather impressed with their food and quick delivery. I recently moved to the area and love me some chinese food lol.... So, I was looking for a place that could be my "go to" (I think I found it) ;) So far, I have had the sesame chicken, General TSO chicken, pork dumplings, egg roll and shrimp toast. I was very happy with everything I ordered. The only thing i was not too happy with was the size of the egg roll, very small. Also i ordered a side of veggies, i didnt realize they were just going to give me the vegetarian meal for sauteed veggies. Portions seem smaller than other local Chinese places, and the taste just isn't as good as it should be - and it's pricey compared to similar locations. Okay it's not the best Chinese food in the world.Nor that cheap. However it's great when your starving and not cooking. Therefore, I find so much value in great customer service and that will keep me loyal coming back for years! Thirteen years to be exact. Well, to start, I called in an order, got there and was told CASH only, by I guess their little boy. I didn't have cash on me, said I would be back and drove to one BOA ATM, it was closed, drove to another, got my cash. Went back to get food, and I guess was tossed, not sure, I waited while they remade the order. Which was nice considering I was 30 Minutes or so finding an ATM. The food was ok, probably better than the last time I had it, which was several years ago. I did take a menu, and noticed on it, doesn't mention it's cash only. I did see it, taped to the counter when I went to pick up order the first time. Was quite ticked off because it should have really been said at the time of the order that it was CASH only. The lady there was polite, and I did toss my change from it in their tip jar, because I felt they tried to make up for it. China Haste does have better quality tasting food then Great Wall but the only one negative that I have is that they do not accept credit cards like Great Wall does but overall I'd choose China Haste over Great Wall. China haste is one of the good Chinese food places around. They are reasonably priced and the food is always hot. I've had the sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, General tso chicken, shrimp egg rolls, chicken and broccoli. All of these are delicious! Only down side is they only accept cash. read more
