General Taos Chicken with Chicken Fried rice.

Still the best place for Chinese food. Large portions, great choices, and delicious food. I love how clean the place is also.

General Tso's chicken (great cuts of meat as always), crab rangoon, combination lo mein

Best Chinese food in Harford County. (Although they also sell dishes inspired by Thailand and Japan, the owners have about 30 years of experience in this industry)! My husband and I are constantly impressed with the cleanliness, friendliness, portions, and food quality. Everything is phenomenal. This is the ONLY place you will find that sells General Tso's chicken using GOOD cuts of white meat. It's not soggy, fatty breading or rubbery questionable dark meat like many other takeout places try to pass off as "chicken." As you can see in my picture, it's exceptional quality and very tender. It does seem like they changed the recipe a bit; it used to have more breading (but it was very crispy, never fatty) but now it doesn't have as much. It's still fantastic and way superior to other restaurants, but I miss the crispy breading and hope to see it back eventually. Everything is cooked perfect, however, and portion sizes will never let you down. It seems like whenever we spend $60+ there's either usually free donuts or crab rangoons, both of which are to die for! It's unfortunate that 2020/2021 they had an issue with wait times, because that really brought down their reviews on Yelp. However, they've worked everything out and now I'm able to pick up a $65 order in ~10 minutes. I haven't had a problem with the wait since the whole pandemic, when just about everywhere had issues. I will add, despite those wait times, they would ALWAYS make it up with generous portion sizes and a lot of freebies. If you want consistent, great tasting food cooked to perfection, make sure you give this place a try. You're doing yourself a disservice going anywhere else for Asian food. While we typically order takeout, the dining area inside looks very nice and clean. I would give this a billion stars if I could.

Shrimp and broccoli and shrimp fried rice

So i will say that i had high expectations of this place because of the review a friend gave, because i waited so long to get it and last but most importantly because I almost died getting home from picking it up (torrential rain with thunder and lightening in the pitch black night ). So when i got home and opened my Shrimp Fried rice and Shrimp and broccoli to see the large plump shrimp in both, i got really excited. Shrimp and broccoli (mild spicy) was YUM!!! The shrimp are large, the sauce flavorful and the broccoli cooked to perfection. Perfect. Perhaps the best I've had. 5 +stars easy Large Shrimp fried rice- i don't typically eat a lot of rice but wanted to try it so i paid extra to sub my plain rice for this. Well worth it. Like the shrimp and broccoli, the shrimp were large, and there were a lot of them. The rice cooked perfectly. 5+ stars Spring roll- i didn't like it at all. It was way too greasy. I tried to eat the inside but the flavor was off putting and way too greasy as well. 2 stars The restaurant is nice and clean. Not very large but comfortable it seems. Next time i would eat inside. 4 Staff seemed pleasant . 4 stars Value - 18.85 which was fair for how delicious 2/3 of the things i got were. 4 stars The shrimp and broccoli and shrimp fried rice really was that delicious that i totally forgive the spring roll being kinda gross.

The restaurant is very clean & serves real authentic asian food. The servings were hefty. More than we expected! Will recommend. Abby & chris were very attentive to our orders & needs.

Probably the best Chinese food I've had in MD. Worth the try if you're in the Bel Air area.

I love the spicy beef and the wife enjoyed the pad Thai. You cannot go wrong with this place, definitely coming back again.

We entered shortly after 4 PM, which is when they open. There was no one downstairs when we entered, so we walked upstairs. When we walked upstairs, we asked the man at the bar if we could be seated because there was no one downstairs. He looked a bit flustered at first, but still ended up seating us in the same spot. I sat before near the window, which is exactly what I wanted. He immediately brought us ice, water and menus. He pointed to the specials on the menu, and gave us some time to look. We were the only people in the restaurant. Within a few minutes, he came and took our orders. Then, we waited.... For like 25 or so minutes... for the appetizer. And honestly, when they brought the duck rolls out, I was super disappointed. These were not the duck rolls I remember. These were tiny, underfilled, mostly full of the wrapper themselves, and lacking flavor. Additionally, when I placed my initial order, I asked for all of the condiments/sauces to be brought out. I asked the server again when the rolls came out, and he didn't bring them out until I asked a third time when the entrées came out. When the entrées did come out (ga tiem and crab fried rice), they left a lot to be desired. Ga tiem: bland. And to make it so bad, the vegetables served with it, were not cooked in the sauce as they normally are. They were served on the side and we're not cooked all the way. I can't really eat broccoli, so I swapped it for green beans, but I could pretty much snap the green beans in half because they were still so undercooked. Crabmeat fried rice: the fact that they cut up like three full scallion stems, barely cooked them, and tucked them under/at the base of the rice is crazy. They weren't even cooked long enough to release flavor. Also, to be in Baltimore, the amount of crab was a little embarrassing. Definitely should have been more. Overall, the rice wasn't very flavorful. Thai tea: good! Not too sweet, not too milky. You want to know what really made me mad? I asked for soy sauce, and they brought those super cheap packages that just look like black water that the cheap Chinese restaurants provide you when you get carry out. Those packets literally taste like nothing. I have been to very few Asian restaurants in my life that provide that type of soy sauce, especially when you dine in. It doesn't taste like soy sauce at all. I was incredibly disappointed. And considering the fact that I had to ask for these sauces three times, I was even more disappointed. We spent about $62 on the items above. Would I say I got my moneys worth? No would I say that I enjoyed this visit as much as I enjoyed the last? Absolutely not.

Whenever I get regular spicy at a Thai place I normally expect to be hit with a kick of spice that hits the tongue. Except here everything was just so sweet it made me somewhat nauseous. Most of the soup dishes had similar based of noodles, protein and herbs. Unless you enjoy overly sweet dishes this wasn't for me as I'd prefer a spicy yet savory kick in my Thai dishes with a slight sweetness. It shouldn't be overpowering. Papaya salad reg spice was sweet. No kick whatsoever. Just papaya shaving, some iceberg lettuce at the bottom and some halved grape tomatoes. Khao soi noodle soup a sweet curry broth. A bit too sweet. Also got it with a tempura chicken but it was mostly fried wonton skin and barely any chicken. Chicken was also dry and hard. Tom yum noodle soup A creamy yet spicy "tom yum" broth. It has somewhat of a kick but for regular spice level it was still too sweet. Even with all the red pepper flakes. It was also missing the lemon grass scent in most tom yum soups I'm used to. Thai noodle soup The only non-spicy dish. Broth was a clear base that was somewhat better after all the sweet dishes. But a little bland. Thai green tea was good though. Just a bit sweet but need to be drank with ice.
