Chicken nuggets were good but my order took a while to arrive. It was very crowded too which kind of ruined the vibe.

It was a quick stop on the way home from a trip. Ordered Online, walked in, the place was empty. I am not rushing them not saying anything but our food was ready in like two minutes. Our vanilla shake was very cold almost frozen, which is very good, but the rest of our food was cold toooo ! :-(( why??????? :-((( My fish sandwich was cold. My fish was cold. My jalapeño poppers were cold. My curly fries cold. Today I went against the grain and didn't get a beef sandwich and went with the turkey club ranch which was pretty darn good and maybe the healthiest of Arby's choices. Service was good and the cleanliness standards appeared to have improved vs. this time last year. I'll be back. I felt better eating at Arby's vs. other FF spots. read more

Made a quick stop for a bite off of 95. I ordered curly fries and a fountain drink. The soda has zero carbonation. They were out of all condiments at the station and so I went to the counter and requested Arby's sauce. They were completely out which is a bummer because it's my preferred condiment for curly fries. They were also out of napkins. While eating there was a man who belched loudly twice. The curly fry cravings aren't worth the stop. Keep driving! read more

They seemed confounded with 3 customers; I'd hate to see them if it actually were busy. Had to ask for trays. Had to ask for ketchup. Had to ask for a straw. Had to ask for napkins. Stopped here while in town to broadcast a college basketball contest between two familiar and opposing JUCO foes. Real heart-racing stuff. I had a headache the entire day despite pumping my body full of excedrin and coffee. Stomach bleeding aside, after the game and on our way out of town we stopped here. I ate before the game and rather than double pop I got a side salad and a diet cola- to which I only drank the cola and left the salad in my truck. Cold outside should be fine. I'll have it as part of my lunch. They were close to closing up for the night but allowed us to order. Place was clean- bathroom had a urinal issue. But the counters and staff were equally as friendly and helpful. Not sure what that means. Anyway. Now I can't fall asleep, so I'm writing these. Standard issue arbys. Drive thru service Sunday 8 pm.... Only meal of the day and it was horrible! Large diet coke was room temp and NO ICE!! The curly fries, poppers and even the bacon brisket sandwhich tasted just warm.$18.00 and couldn't even eat it. Somebody needs to care!!!! read more

Okay, so the food is not exactly amazing, but the service at this Arby's was EXCELLENT. All the employees were so friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. I was only in there to get some curly fries, but the service really struck me as above-and-beyond, so much that it actually brightened my day. If I was going to an Arby's, I'd totally want to go to this one for the sweet service. read more

Fast service, consistent food taste and quality. Place is usually pretty empty so I think that contributes to fast service. Food never looks like the pics but always looks the same. One thing my husband enjoys is the lamb gyros which is not on the menu but they have available. read more

dining room was closed so we had to go through the drive-through. We ordered two steakhouse burgers one with no tomato. When we got to our final destination we open the package and tomato was on both burgers. I called the store to find out what to do and they put the blame on me. Saying that they repeated the order back and at that time I should've stopped it. Unfortunately for us they repeated the order back correctly but failed the order wrongly. So as it turns out my wife did not get lunch I am very dissatisfied. She is allergic to tomatoes. Kevin at the drive through first sounds like he's high and then acts like it by forgetting my drink while I'm sitting waiting and looking for at him. No big deal, only I pulled over to eat in the parking lot to realize that one of the sandwiches I ordered he never rang up I only found this out because it wasn't in the bag, I walked up to the drive-through window and explain to them that he did not ring up the one sandwich that I ordered and they proceeded to tell me I need to get back in the line instead of just charging me and rectifying the situation. I owned a restaurant and I own several different nightlife driven businesses and I know for sure I wanna mistake is made you do the best you can to rectify to make the customer happy. I would not of been leaving a review at all had he just handled it. It was the wrong way to handle the situation after he made the mistake, twice. I can see by the reading of this restaurant that it's not the food because Arby's is amazing but it's definitely guys like him working for you. The staff here needs to find something else to do. I place my order, pull up to the window, pay for my order. The young lady asks me if I would like some sauce. My response was Arby sauce please. She returns my card. Hands me my drink then my bag of food. Guess what...? I pull away from the window park and check my bag and no sauce. I was not the only one they did this to. I have been to a few different Arby's, but this one has to be the worst. They are very slow compared to others I've been too, but my latest experience here really made me mad. I ordered my food through the drive thru and they had me pull ahead to wait for my food. I waited a couple minutes and still nothing. Then I saw someone behind me get their food (which they got wrong by the way because she had to go in and get it fixed) and I still had not gotten mine. I ended up parking and going inside, where my order had apparently been skipped completely. They didn't even know I was waiting for food. To make it even better when I finally got my food my fries were cold, and so was my sandwich. The only reason this gets two stars instead of one is because the employees were really nice about fixing my order. I think next time I'll go to the one in bel air. read more

Ahh Fast Food. My mom used to joke I should be called the Fast Food Queen. If there was a fast food joint I would find. I am happy to report that in my older years my food preference has changed a lot but occasionally I love the fast food. I stopped in here the other day after leaving the Vet. It has been a while since I had been to Arbys and was rather surprised by all the menu choices. The last time I went you had a choice of a Roast Beef Sandwich plain or with Cheddar cheese. After studying the menu closely I decided to stick with old faithful. Regular Roast beef sandwich, curly fries and a drink. All in all it was good. I think the roast beef was good, I had so much arby sauce on it I couldn't quite tell. The curly fries were hot, score 5 points just for that. This Arbys seems to have a problem keeping the ingredients that are required for their sandwiches on hand. One visit no meat for the Bourbon BBQ sandwich and also no horseradish sauce packets. Another visit they are running out of cheese and not all the fixings for the Bourbon BBQ sandwich during the lunch rush. read more

Theyre really friendly at this location & their curly fries are always super hot! I recommend them with nacho cheese on the side.

You had your lights on and open sign lit and no one was at the counter or in the kitchen. All your meat was piled up on the counters which would be okay except there weren't any employees around. Who's to say how long that's been sitting there exposed? read more

We were just at your location at 10:15pm tonight. The door says you are open until 11pm. The Arby's website says you should be open until midnight. All lights were on, drive through was lit up, restaurant exterior lights and sign were lit. Two employees cars were in the parking lot. There were clearly people inside. We sat at the drive through with no service. Tried to walk inside and the doors were locked. Terrible. read more
