Can't believe what just happened....drive thru ordered a large coke and double cheeseburger ( since their fries are ALWAYS uneatable ). Get to pick up window and Nya is handing me a medium coke with no ice. I ask why no ice and she says "we are outta ice". I try to let it go , but have to say " this location never fails to disappoint". No yelling , nothing. Just honest and true feedback. So, Nya yells ( as my car is pulling away ) " DON'T COME BACK THEN! ". I yelled back at her and could not let it go. I circled back and went into the restaurant. I immediately asked for the mgr. Nya saw me and immediately started laughing at me and making fun of me ( along with several of her team mates ). Well , I started yelling then. One guy next to me in there was saying how bad they are there and agreeing with me. This is all happening with customers everywhere to see!! Finally , some of her crew literally pushed her to the back to get her away from the front. It was like a scene you'd see on TikTok. ZERO excuse for ANYBODY to have a job if they treat the customer this way!! Finally the manager on duty , Ronnie , appears and instead of trying to apologize or de escalate the entire situation , says to me " sir, you can't cuss , she's a minor ". Great job Ronnie. I pointed at her and told her "YOU are the problem". The staff runs that place and that's why it is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Ronnie said she would have to get with the GM. Got new for anyone interested in ever coming here...NOTHING is going to change until there is a new GM ; MGMT & STAFF! If Chik Fil A can find hard working ; courteous and polite young folks to work , this place can too. They choose to employ whoever shows up and fills out an application. Literally the last seven times I have ordered, I have been lied to and or food was missing every single time I order the mcdelivery. I just ordered and it was missing the milkshake again which was 99% of the reason why I ordered just like every other time. Last time I ordered, the guy canceled because he said they were closed but they are open 24/7. I ordered right after he canceled after waiting for an hour and he said they were open and no problem he just said that they said they shut down the ice cream machine at 2:00 a.m. but if that's the case then how come I didn't get my large strawberry milkshake at 9:45 p.m.? I guarantee if I went in there I would have or if I picked it up myself. I only live half a mile away but I don't drink and drive haha. Might sound stupid but I would rather spend my night at home and a few extra dollars on a doordash delivery fee and tip then in jail for a DWI and it's just annoying when I'm resting for the night when I don't get off very often from work and I work nights. I'm not even joking I lost count of how many times they owe me money back. They just double charged me and like I said I just ordered tonight and I ordered three things one of them being a large strawberry milkshake and the other two were sandwiches and they were ice cold and supposed to be hot one of them wasn't even the correct sandwich and each time I always call the number whenever you're supposed to have a problem and they only give me back what it would be before the delivery fees and tip and everything like that. McDonald's never goes wrong with their breakfast sandwiches. They are as delicious here as any other location. We took a quick stop here, drive-thru took only a few minutes. We were paying for two cars, they managed to get our orders together without a fuss. They could have had an easy full rating but I ordered one of their items from the new official "hack" menu, that was posted outside. After living in riverside the past 3 years, this is the "go to McDonald's" however with that being said, I've never actually had a bad experience here. I've read multiple of the previous reviews, and honestly. I cannot relate. Now i will say, i usually order on the app through the drive thru. Everything's usually at a decent pace. The service from the workers is on par. If you're going at a late hour or at the ass crack of dawn, don't expect people to be all chipper and in your face with a smile. At the end of the day, you're there because you didn't feel like cooking lmao. However that's not why I'm writing this review. I'm writing this review in the recent addition, should i say addiction at the least. The strawberry crunch McFlurry..... and lord... save me at the least or my back is going to be big as hell for the summer. This is your average McDonalds located in Belcamp. This location is easy to access from 695 and easily return to 695. The customer service is minimal and the food is consistent to other McDonalds. Dining area is not spotless but for being a 24 hour location it looks much above other locations I've been to. Dining area has high top tables as well as a few regular tables. I work overnight so during the weekdays and everynight, no matter the time, this one manager with a ponytail tells me the system is down and come back at 3am and then when I come back he tells me the same thing but without a time. He's the only one in the building and everytime I pass the window he's just in there on the phone. Please either hire more people for night shift or fire the whole staff in start over cause at this point it's false advertisement when it states 24 hours but he doesn't take orders till 6am. read more
