Here's my no mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard instead, with lettuce tomato and pickle.

Couldn't of made my order any clearer. However, completely screwed up as usual. People don't listen and don't care. I guess I should expect that from a crappy fast food chain. I guess I'll step it up next time and go to Waffle House. Hopefully the chef will show up...

This Burger King is unusual because it shares a building with a BP gas station and from the dining area, there is a door going right into the gas station's convenience store. The dining area has an odd corner that looks like part of the kitchen or service area but is now unused and the real service area is to the left of that. Oddities aside, this is a fairly standard Burger King restaurant with up-to-date decor in the dining area. Service was fine. They got off to a slow start but once the manager chipped in with a key piece of info, they went right to work and got our orders ready in a decent amount of time. Food preparation was somewhat inconsistent, however. One of our chicken sandwiches had very little lettuce and mayo. Also, when I went to use the restroom, the toilet flusher didn't work, which points to a lapse in maintenance. All in all, it's a mixed bag of a visit but this location seems good enough for a return visit.

Food was cold. Service was bad and definitely not worth the money. Find another place to eat! Unless you want all that lol

You definitely get your money's worth here. Whether it's their crispy chicken tenders and fries or one of their amazing subs, everything tastes made to order and consistent every single time. I can honestly say they have never gotten our order wrong, which is rare these days. We usually do pickup and even on weekends the wait is typically around 15 minutes, which is impressive. The staff is always fast and friendly, and the whole process is smooth. When we've eaten inside, I've always loved the old school pizzeria vibes. It just feels comfortable and classic. Riverside is one of those reliable go to spots you can count on. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

I have been eating at the pizzeria almost every week for the last 5-6 yrs, it's a nice family…read moredinner night. We have also had several extended family gatherings with parties of more than 10 people. After my experience today, i will be looking for another restaurant for my weekly dinner. I checked the menu online because my wife and i wanted crab cakes, the 2 crab cake platter was listed in the menu for $53.99. When I called in to order my total came to almost $70. I asked why and was told that the price was $60.99. I explained that it was in the online menu for $53.99 and the only response I got was "we just changed prices and the website hasn't updated and that it is now $60.99. Naturally my response was along the lines of, "ok, but it's advertised online for $53.99". The only response I received from then on was that it's $60.99. I spoke with a manager on-site who repeated the same response. I was told that they would call the big boss and after a 10 minute hold what do you think I was told? If you guessed "it's $60.99". I was also told that the link for them, which is the 1st search result from google is not the website they use anymore and there was no way they would honor the price that they have on, not 1 but 2 online menus. At this point, I was done. I told them that they had lost a long time customer over $7, hung up, called Riverside Pub and Grill which is right around the corner and got better crab cakes. It's also worth noting that I paid roughly the same price for better food. No understanding, no flexibility, just an attitude that screamed, that's the price and if you don't want to pay then whatever. On principle I will never eat there again and I will be discussing their pricing and business practices with the BBB. I get that online pricing may take some time to update but if it doesn't update online live then that is the cost of doing business and you'll have to suck it up sometimes but to not even consider honoring a price that they have listed on 2 menus online is not the attitude a business that values its customers. Rest assured that I will be telling anyone who will listen about this terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and find another restaurant to eat at. Service: 1/5

The food tasted great, and yes I'd recommend it!

3/5 stars: "My Pleasure" Felt More Like "My Inconvenience"…read more I've been a loyal Chick-fil-A customer for years, and the brand built its reputation on hospitality. That's why this morning's visit stung. I came in around 9:45 a.m. for breakfast. After finishing my meal, I walked up to the pickup area inside with my empty cup in hand, which at any Chick-fil-A is a universally understood signal for a refill. No line. No other dine-in customers. Just me, standing there. For about ten minutes, I watched four employees walk past me. They called out DoorDash orders for drivers who weren't even in the building. One employee left the counter to wipe down the dining room and walked right past me without a word. Another walked over to drop a bag on the DoorDash shelf, looked through me, and kept moving. I asked for a refill three separate times. Ignored each time. Finally, I stopped a young man heading back to the kitchen and asked, "Do you still do refills?" He said yes and started to walk off. I had to ask a second time: "Could you please give me a refill?" He paused, said "Sure, my pleasure," and grabbed my cup. Here's the thing. "My pleasure" is supposed to mean something here. It's part of why people choose Chick-fil-A over every other fast-food chain on the strip. When it gets reduced to a scripted line you mumble to make a customer go away, the entire brand promise falls apart. I'm not writing this to get anyone in trouble. I'm writing it because the standard S. Truett Cathy set was the reason this company became what it is, and the team on shift this morning needs a reminder of what that standard actually looks like. Acknowledging the person standing three feet in front of you with an empty cup is step one. To the operator: I'd genuinely love to see this addressed. The food was fine. The service was the problem.
