7/16/2026 I've visited this location maybe one time before and gotten the same thing every time but this was the worst experience ever. I pulled into the drive thru for dinner which was empty including the parking lot but I was made to wait for about 3ish minutes while giggling was going on through the speaker. Although the man was nice and placed my order with ease (I got the popcorn chicken box with fries) I was still waiting 10 minutes for my food. When I asked for bbq I was given hot sauce and sent on my way, not to mention he was on a phone call the entire time. I should've known something was up when fried were piled onto the chicken, against my better judgement I ate the chicken what was a bit off colored with white speaks instead of golden and crispy. The next morning I was back and forth to the bathroom more than 5 times in a 6 hour frame. I thought maybe I got the parasite that going around but I remembered this was the ONLY thing I've eaten all day. I should've just tried not of the sandwich spots next door because I felt absolutely terrible after this. read more

I love the wings here, so tasty and reasonable as long as you have a coupon. If not they are too expensive. Burgers are delicious most of the time and the fries, well the fries are amazing! However today I had the worst thing I've tried yet, the Baconzilla burger. Had a coupon for almost half price so that wasn't the issue. WAY TOO MUCH SALT.....wow oh wow...I am not a salt sensitive person and never have issues with this but in this case it was hard to eat? Avoid the Baconzilla and you'll be fine. WTF this place is a disaster. Service was glacially slow, and my wife had to return to the window twice due to problems with our order. The second time, the order-taker was having an argument with the manager. Fries were lukewarm. Mozzarella sticks were lukewarm. My son's cheeseburger was lukewarm. My wife's fish sandwich was lukewarm. My daughter's hot dog was prepared wrong. Milkshake was completely unfrozen and the slushies were too sweet for a nine-year-old's palate. The whole process took about twenty minutes from ordering until we had all our food. Plus, it cost $40 to feed our family of five on drive-thru burgers. What a fiasco. On the upside, the other customers were very nice and helpful, especially the man who let my wife cut the line twice and told her not to judge all Checkers from this one. read more

I made the mistake of filling out the survey on the back of the receipt. Made a bigger mistake of giving identifying information on said survey. Was contacted by "Tara" the general manager for this location. I had a couple of genuine concerns that I wanted to share with management because I'm a fan of Checkers and Rally's and wanted them to know what was going on. Wow...big mistake. This lady called me multiple times from the store phone then from her cell phone. Accused me of hanging up on her before she was finished. Then emails me to argue about my concerns and how I must be mistaken...no wonder this place is a joke. Won't be back.... read more

I like Checkers' food. I tried a few of their specials last time I was there - The Chicken Bacon philly cheesesteak and the garlic parmesan fries and sticks. The cheesesteak was tasty as hell, not sure if there was a sauce on it or if it was just the style of cheese they used. They could use more appropriate buns though - these were a little dense and not very crusty. The garlic parmesan fries and sticks was phenomenal. They take their 'famous' seasoned fries and 3 mozzarella sticks, stick them in a tray, and cover them in garlic and parmesan. Tasty as hell. Two gripes though, #1 is that they can be super slow sometimes, and it's impossible to gauge. You can pull up when there is no line and be there for a super long time, or pull up when there's a line and get through super quick. #2 is order accuracy. They don't have one of those screens that makes it easy to see if they screw up, and their associates don't repeat your order back to you. I got a banana shake instead of a vanilla shake the other day because the associate misunderstood me and because I didn't think to ask her to verify my order back at me :( read more

Terrible. Customer service was horrible. Was treated as if I was a burden by ordering from this place. Ordered a "slushy" type drink that took over 5 minutes to make and even than it was sloppy. Drive thru attendant had his pants below his waist and his uniform was tarnished and dirty. Cheese on the burger was just slapped on there and the burger was a dingy grey color. Very sad and disappointing. Recommend steering clear of this place read more

They were cursing over the intercom in drive thru. Took us like a half hour to get our food. Just overall not a pleasant experience.

We haven't been to Checkers in a very long time and probably won't be going back. We used to go there a lot but then the service seemed to go downhill (wait times, funnel cake fries that tasted like spicy wings, was double-charged once on my credit card for the same order). I decided to give it a shot and placed a walk-up order of 2 different types of wings - a 5 piece lemon pepper and a 10 piece hot. We got home and noticed that the order was reversed. The 5 piece was the flavor that the 10 piece should have been and vice versa. I drove back and showed them the receipt and the error. The employee was polite and insisted on taking the bag back to "drop a fresh batch" in. I told him all I needed was 5 of the hot that they gave us too few of. He again insisted I give him the food I already had. I gave him the bag and a couple of minutes later he gave me the replacement order and slid the window closed. Of course they dumped 5 of the lemon pepper wings out but they did fix the number of hot wings. In short, I wasn't offered anything for my time for having to drive back there AND the 5 piece lemon pepper I got back was just kind of warm - a far cry from the "fresh batch" I was told they were going to give me. Basically they just put the same wings that I had ordered 15 minutes earlier back into a smaller box, dumped the extra 5 and added 5 of the hot to my original order. Got home 5 minutes later and the lemon pepper ones were very dry. If you go to the website to try to leave a comment it doesn't work - the map feature is broken because they have the development version of Google maps. As an IT person that means they won't pay for a license to use the real thing. Calling the toll free number gets you someone who was very customer-service friendly but had a heavy accent and was kind of hard to understand. Avoid unless you don't have any other choices. read more

The food is greasy but good. But the service is wack. I'm always pulled to side to wait for my food. I received 5 mozzarella sticks instead of 6 one time. I always have to go back because they forgot something. Some of the employees are nice but the others have attitudes that I can match real easily. Overall I'm not coming back. read more
