Thank goodness my one friend was able to work it out for me and another friend that came. Ordered the plant base burger option. You have to order everything al a cart unless you get their special of the day that is for meat eaters and they don't make any substitutes to the special. So I went with the impossible burger with Mac and cheese and man I wish I had stuck with my gut and ordered fries. The Mac and cheese is NOT yummy. The fries is a better option. My burger was ok, I didn't finish it because it wasn't anything to write home about. My friend enjoyed his chicken burger and fries that was ordered. My other friend didn't really enjoy his burger nor the Mac and cheese. He stated he wouldn't be back either. Also when ordering your drinks you can get a Can soda, or they do have a drink that they can fill up a cup for you. The push condiments were messed up when we went. I asked the lady behind the counter if she could assist and when she came over she noticed the problem we were experiencing and just said oh they seem to be broken. So no ketchup... The inside was decently clean. We were able to find a table that would fit us all. So all in all, the place is not terrible but some better customer service, fix your condiments, have some plant based special items as there are for the meat option and upgrade on the Mac and cheese could lead them somewhere.

When we try to address the situation, the order taker and another "employee" decided to udder derogatory comments to myself and my party. Restaurant was clean, simple. But had to get general manager involved twice to get orders right. She did apologize and offered gift cards to counteract our dissatisfaction, but the employee manning the fries station continues to utter derogatory remarks. I tried to address it in front of the general manager, but the employee just rolled their eyes with a "Whatever.." stance. They have a catering menu where you can purchase chicken in bulk and they also have other menu items such as subs and sandwiches. One note of caution: it is tricky finding parking on the street (paid) near them; you may have to park a few blocks and walk, or in one of the parking garages nearby and walk. My order was hot, fresh, not greasy, and the chicken had a decent amount of seasoning as not to overwhelm it. The western fries were good, but had not coating or additional seasoning on them.
