After reading the rants from the owner about Yelp filtering 5-star reviews, I decided to support a local business who seemed to be getting unfairly treated. I had multiple interactions with the business, and received a well priced quote for carpet cleaning. Thinking this was a company to support, I asked to reschedule as I wanted to have them do my tile and possibly laminate as well. Maybe my mistake was asking the best way to approach moving furniture in a 4,700 sqft house (originally we were just going to move furniture to the tile). Asking if paying more (on top of adding tile and possibly laminate) for his quick dry option would work or how to best approach this from his experience was an obvious no-no. Let us remember, there are two sides to every story (his complaints about Yelp), and you get what you pay for. If only some other company wanted the money from doing a 4,700sqft deep clean... Also, Herb likes calling people out... I'll post the whole conversation if that's what Yelp wants when he tries to report this for being fake. read more

He is very professional and uses well thought out procedures throughout his cleaning. Tile is still dirty and now that it has been cleaned and sealed we are screwed. I believed the reports on yelp but now it makes me doubt the validity of yelp comments, rating system and reporting. Our grout is still dirty! The sealant was all over or furniture, doors. Just beyond disappointed because this was over $800.00! PANDA is AMAZING! Everything from the inquiry process to the actual delivery of product was above par. Their online presence is used maximally, and you can essentially doing anything on there including obtaining a quote, seeing pictures, seeing services offered. To get a quote, it's super easy. You simply go online, submit a request. It can all be done online, which is super important for me since I have a hectic schedule and prefer online communication. When I sat on an email too long, I received a gentle reminder. I appreciated that. Anyway, I received a quote for tile cleaning. The price was fair, if not a little less than others I had received. The company was very professional and easy to deal with so I scheduled with them. One the day of the scheduled cleaning, I had an issue at my house and Herb explained the process as to why he could not clean my tile that day. He offered a quick alternative and was extremely professional in handling the whole situation. I am thankful for this because there are a lot of companies out there who are not as professional and blame the customer. He did no such thing and carried on his way like it was another day. Customer service through this whole ordeal has been excellent. On the day of the reschedule, Herb came with his truck. He did the work in a couple hours and provided great results. I was not able to see the "pre" and "post" right next to each other, but I was able to see after results. I could see immediately my tile had been lifted 50 shades lighter. There are still some few, minor, residual dark spots, but nothing that I would call them for a re-clean. I will definitely call them again in the future and highly recommend them. On another note, I think they've done a great job with their marketing and branding. First, they have this cute Panda...how do you resist that? Next, they have this large, GREEN truck that they drive around. They even have a sign/barricade that has their company advertisement, which they use when they have their truck parked in the road. This has nothing to do with their cleaning services, as I was unable to get that far into the process. I called and left three messages over a two week span to receive a quote to clean our carpets and was unable to get anyone to respond (one message was left for then on a Saturday, but the others were left during their normal business hours). They are still receiving positive feedback on their website, so that indicates their operations are ongoing during the COVID situation. I was really hoping to get this company out based in their great reviews. Ultimately couldn't wait any longer for them to respond and had to go with someone else. read more

He took appropriate steps to shield other furniture and floor coverings from any damage, explained and showed me what he was doing and why. I have tried a few others, both large and small, and will stay with this company going forward. This week Panda cleaned my carpets for the second time. I found them from Yelp initially and am not affiliated with the company. The first time was a year ago and then again this week. The quote and scheduling was timely. His arrival was on time and professional. No gasoline smell. He greeted my young kid kindly and got right to work. We were out of the house during part of the time and didn't have any issues. The carpets look great and were dry within a few hours. There isn't they typical crunchy-ness afterwards that some others leave. According to my research this is due to too much cleaner and it not being all removed. Minimal residue is important with kids around to me, and it feels better. The added bonus of wiped baseboards is a nice touch. The reason we had this cleaning done is because our puppy is now housebroken. There was no way to keep it off all the carpet so we had a fair amount of pet stains. The stains are gone. The rest of our almost 800sqft of carpet looks great and the cost was very competitive. He came at the day and time I needed and cleaned all the tile plus the carpet in bedrooms. I was very impressed with the quality of service. First time a carpet cleaner has also cleaned the baseboards! Nice touch! The tile and grout look great also. In fact I will have him reseal all the tile for me next time since he guarantees it for 5 years as long as you have him clean the tile at least every 18 months.
