It was a very small misunderstanding, from what I could tell and the restaurant owner/employee wanted to stand their ground over literally - French fries. Very petty and extremely greedy of them not to immediately take care of this problem before it got so out of control and made other customers, including myself, wait for orders that were bought and paid for online. -- Panda Cafe, you're rude, uncaring and money grubbers. You truly don't care about your customers and obviously care more about filling up your bank accounts instead of also being a caring and respectable business. You forget, it is possible to make money and be friendly to your customers all at the same time. Oh and smiles are free, they don't cost you one read cent. - Sad. read more

The Best Chinese restaurant in the world. I usually order to go so I cant say much for those who dine in. The food is exceptional. The staff very friendly and they are very time conscious. My favorite order - Chicken wings (all drums) with Shrimp fried rice and a bit of General Tsao's Chicken. Life is good. I cant imagine life without a tleast a dish from them a week. read more

Very unfortunate experience with this restaurant. Had dinner delivered to a local hotel we we're staying at and after the delivery was made we realized that one of the meals was incorrect. Tried calling the restaurant five times and each time it would go to voicemail but no voice mail was set up. Called the next day to advise them that they sent the wrong meal and they would do nothing about it since they said I didn't call the day before! The other meal we received was just okay but I would never deal with a business that has such poor customer service. read more

Alright food. I couldn't figure out what I wanted for lunch so I just stopped by this place because they had Decent lunch special prices. The egg drop soup was pretty great, while the egg rolls were yellow and soggy and not golden brown as all decent friend food should be. Also Reminded me more of spring rolls then typically egg rolls. This is my go-to place for Chinese take-out. My husband and I have tried other local places, but this place is the best because the quality is consistent. We order from this place so much I wish they had a punch-card or something. But today I'm disappointed, because they changed their dinner combo items. This is the first place I've found (around me) that has dinner combos! I could get chicken with vegetables, rice, crab ragoon, egg roll AND soup for $8.95, with plenty remaining for leftovers. This is the main reason I love this place! Their dinner combos now come with a chicken wing, rice and an egg roll. A chicken wing?! Why on earth are chicken wings a thing for Chinese take-out?! Needless to say, I was super bummed to find out, but I ordered food anyway. As always, the food was good, but I miss my classic combo deal. read more

Just mediocre. We tried the po-po platter and didn't really like any of it. The crab rangoons seemed stale. The mongolian beef smelled like dog food. Tasted ok, but the smell really put me off. Sesame chicken was ok. There are plenty of other places for chinese, and most of them are better than Panda Cafe. read more

Wow, after reading the other reviews of this place I had to double check if I was reviewing the right place! I've had Chinese from about 5 different spots around Holcomb Bridge Rd. and this has always been mine and my girlfriends favorite for delivery. The Mongolian Delight (under Chef's specialties) is our favorite. This is one place that doesn't tear my stomach up after gorging myself. Perhaps Panda Cafe has changed their ways since these reviews were posted in 2010. I would suggest this place over any of the others without question. But, on the other hand, maybe they just do a great Mongolian Delight dinner.... read more

This restaurant is more for takeout than sit-down dining, so be warned. On the whole, the food was very good. I ordered pork egg fu yung, which was flavorful, compared to the bland, uninspired versions served at some other local restaurants. Even the gravy was good and tasted of something other than cornstarch. The other ordered entree was General Tsu's chicken, which was nicely done - crispy outside, tender inside, tasty sauce, broccoli that was crunchy but not too crunchy. The wonton soup and the crab rangoon, and the deep fried potstickers were all tasty. A couple of complaints: I ordered online and specified a pickup time. I arrived at the designated time and had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my order. To be fair, I'm not sure if this was a failure of the restaurant staff or the ordering system. When I ordered, the crab rangoon was added on with the notation "free" - I didn't find out until AFTER I got home that the cashier charged me for it. When ordering the chicken, the system gave me a choice of spiciness - spicy, medium, or mild. I ordered medium, but the end product was decidedly mild. And the deep fried potstickers, although good, were nowhere near as crisp as we like. All in all, Panda Cafe is a worthy destination for good Chinese takeout if you're in the area, but not worth going out of your way for. read more

I saw a menu slide under my door at the Hampton Inn. I thought it would be fun to slide it right back under, but I was hungry and Chinese sounded good. God I wished I would have slid it back under. Panda Cafe is a terrible establishment. I got General Tsao's chicken, an egg roll, hot and sour soup, and a won ton and it was not worth the change at the bottom of my pocket. Absolutely the WORST Chinese food I have ever ever ever had!!!. this stuff is not even Chinese food. Fried rice.... umm nope, more like rice with scrambled egg! Just disgusting! It took an hour and 20 minutes to deliver our food. The driver was friendly, but the food was just okay (comparable to Chinese food at the mall). If you decide that waiting a long time for mall food is your thing, go with one of the noodle dishes. My wife's Mei Fun (noodle dish with veggies and egg) was much tastier than my General Tso's chicken (which tasted chemical). We tried Panda Cafe last night for the first time. It was your standard, typical, average Chinese take-out. We ordered online, they delivered to our door. the food was fine. No better or worse than any other Chinese restaurant in town. I am not expecting a gourmet meal when I order in. It is really close to our house so the delivery was fast. We will probably order from them again the next time we are craving Chinese but don't want to get up off the couch. The price was great too. Tried this place for dinner and absolutely love it. We've ordered chicken with broccoli and kung pao chicken which were very very good. Initially I had no expectations on this place but after a trying I appreciate the good (quality and quantity) food. Really liked it. Beware that the roll in Chicken with Broccoli dish has pork in it. Awful. Food arrived 1/2 hr. ago. I cook Thai Fried Rice (Khao Pad Goong ) almost every weekend, But today decided to order Chinese food online: shrimp fried rice, egg rolls. I prepared some Southern fried chicken at home. Trashed the two egg rolls and my son refuses to eat the rice 'cause it tastes weird. Agreed. I am very disappointed. They called back 30 minutes after I placed my order to get the spelling of the street again. I was naive to order from here. The kung pao chicken was way too salty. The General Tso's chicken - your mediocre safe play - was pretty good. The hot and sour soup was sub-par but not bad. My biggest complaint was that I was told delivery would take 45 minutes to an hour and 15 minutes. It took over an hour and a half. This place is a bargain. The food is good, as good as any other Chinese place we've tried in Roswell. Servings are large, two can split a serving, and prices are low. They use plastic utensils and styrofoam plates, which is not so great, but is outweighed by the plusses. Especially liked their Mongolian beef and kung pao chicken.
