We were a group of three and each of us got our own bowl of jjajangmyun and to share we got the sweet and sour pork which was a generous amount. The pork was hot and crispy and the sauce came on the side so the meat couldn't get soggy. Customer service was a bit disappointing for such a small restaurant. Whenever I visit OC, I visit here once because I really like the food here. I think the place is too small for its popularity because there are so many people for many years. I really think they should get a bigger place. Wait time can be long depending on the time but the workers come out and take order if you are the next in waiting list. So by the time you sit down, some of the food come out. The food is very fresh and hot and very filling for the price. The dumplings used to be the big one so I was slightly disappointed on that but overall I recommend getting tangsuyook and jjambbong. Two favorite dishes I get from here. I came around ~3pm but we still had to wait a couple minutes to get seated. They don't have a lot of seats so rush hours can be a long wait. We ordered jjampong because I heard they have the best jjampong in town. I have to say their jjampong is better than peking and youngpoong's in garden grove. We love this place! It's a hole in the wall korean chinese place. The food is so good! There's usually a line so we try to go during off hours. I had their "jambong" which is a spicy seafood soup and it is literally enough for 2 people...maybe even 3 people! I also tried their fried dumplings "mandu" and they were tasty, not greasy, and well seasoned. The clientele is mostly Korean although the menu says it is Chinese fusion. A bit confusing unless you are Korean I think. Either way the food was really good, the service was good and the prices were very good! Why 5 stars? Because of how rich and flavorful the food is I finally found a spot near my house that serves great food and the prices are real great as well. Portions on the food is great for people sharing. I came on a light day so seating was not a problem. OMG, delish! The veggies were crisp and the sauces and flavors all came together well. Not soggy, greasy or taste-less like some other Chinese spots in the area, I'm afraid.
