I decided to give them a try and had a good experience. It checked all of my boxes! Doris did my spa pedicure. She did a great job. She took great care with my nails. The massage was wonderful and I am very happy with my pedicure. The other good thing was that when my nail got messed up a little they were so quick to fix it. No problem! Nexgen Manicure: starts at $38 you could get 5% off if you enroll as a member. $10 to enroll. I've been here many times and have gotten serviced by 3 different nail technicians here. All of them(Jessica, Hayley, and Katie) were good at making my nails look amazing. I always get compliments about my nails. The nails last past 4 weeks and rarely chip or lift. I've only had 2 nails lift and 2 nails chip in total! And these incidents occurred past 3 weeks. Katie is exceptionally good at shaping your nails and making them look even all around. I schedule an appt every time. However, I notice that more times than not they seem to be in a hurry during the latter part of the appt to get to their next appointment. On one occasion one of the technicians kept looking at the clock and didn't even get to put oil on my cuticles at the end. Right after she put the top coat on she rushed to the next person. I had to ask for them from someone else. She didn't charge me at the register either. Usually the technician who does my nails meets me at the register. I find myself nervous to see if the final product looks good bc of the rushing. It always looks good at the end though. So no complaining on the quality. I just wish they didn't rush as much with getting my nails done. I give it 4 stars due to the rushing feeling. Otherwise, this place is my go-to nail salon. read more

I wanted to like this place soooo bad bc the lady who helped me was always so nice . They do great pedicures but I'm just not a fan of their nail work. I don't think I'm very picky but the pictures I show is not what I get. The girl who did my nails offered to redo them but when I went back the second time the blue lines were smeared and uneven and she couldn't do all the gems. After a while I just gave up. I even came back with an easier design. Great place, just not for extensive nail salon. Had to pay another salon to redo my nails unfortunately.... PS : When I was leaving I noticed the girl next to me had great line work , so it could've been the person or the polish i chose, but I offered to do all white instead of blue and white and she assured me it would turn out fine, and it did not . read more

I was a loyal customer of Pamper Nails for years. The salon closed for the pandemic but when it reopened, I went back to show my support. When it was time to pay, the cost of my gel manicure came out to $40 which seemed higher than usual. I asked to see a menu of their services and when I was handed the brochure, the lady at the desk told me the prices had gone up by 10%. It seems misleading to let people know of pricing after the services are completed. Nonetheless, I paid what was asked, but what I found dishonest was that when I looked at the menu of services, the $40 still did not add up to a 10% bump. It came out to a 14-15% increase. I left the salon feeling taken advantage of which is not a good feeling when you're supposed to feel "pampered." read more

Today we tried to return the product Varisi mail solution to treat mail fungus it's been three weeks and is spreading instead of improving. The owner said no. We have been faithfully coming every 4 weeks for eight months. I haven't gone anywhere else for over a year and don't plan on it. I've had gel/shellac, Nexgen, regular polish, pedicures & my eyebrows waxed. For starts, their store is always clean and well-kept -- a must. They have the sweetest staff and build relationships with their customers. They know and remember my name every time. They're honest folks, less concerned with making a quick dollar but, instead, value taking care of people. They promote nail HEALTH too, which I think is hard to come by in the industry. They take pride in their quality work and service and very much approach it as an art, not just a way to make a living. The sweet lady that did my pedicure was extremely thorough and would ask from time to time if anything hurt. Let me tell you, I have been through heck and back with some nail places and rarely leave without some sort of blood or cut or uncomfortableness...NOPE! Not here! PURE BLISS! My toes look and feel great!! Like I said, this is way out of the way for me but definitely my new place for any type of pampering/nail work! We came in with Starbucks, but I believe they do have drinks here for you to enjoy, everything is clean and sterile, and they have nice massage chairs. First time coming here. I tried it out because it is closer to my house. I was a bit timid by the look of building from the outside but was eased as soon as I stepped inside. It was nice and clean. The lady who did my pedicure was so kind and amazing at massaging. I usually hate the massages but this massage was really good. As for my nails I'm pretty satisfied just minor cons such as shaping and smoothing out the dipping powder for shaping and smoothness. The lady who did my nails was patient and kind. I came to Pamper Nails not knowing really what to expect. I was looking for a new nail salon close by that did nail art as well as Nexgen. I saw really good reviews and beautiful nail art pictures on their yelp page. I made an appointment and I got there on time and got seated immediately with a nail tech named Katie. She was very sweet and inviting. I wasn't exactly sure how I wanted my nails since this was the first time I was getting nexgen nail art. I showed her a few pictures and she helped me decide what would be cheaper/more aesthetically pleasing and after 5 or so minutes of talking we decided on the nails I have in this picture. She was very thorough and I was finished within an hour. I think she did an amazing job and I'm in love with my nails. The venue is very nice and relaxing. 10/10 recommend. read more

I was able to communicate everything with the salon through Facebook - their response time is very fast even after hours - so that my mother did not hear me make the appointment over the phone. They even helped us with the logistics of keeping my sisters arrival a surprise when it turned out she was going to be late to the appointment (as in, they played along like it was only an appointment for 2 so that my mom wouldn't get suspicious). I went here foe the first time last week and i really loved how well my nails were shaped by the lady who did it yet the art work was just not the best. Lines we off. the yellow was see through, I asked to fix two of the nails and gave up bc she seemed tired. I came in today and the lady who had me was very rude after i flinched a couple times in pain cause the bed was sensitive. She told me "dont get my nails done so much then" and this was the first time in 6 months!! I came back bc i was tired of the design from last week. My skin was burning cause of the alcohol foil (which never happens!) So i took it off and she was upset i did that without telling her i was burning. She didn't speak to me after that nor even before that. I felt very uncomfortable and finally i asked to fix an uneven nail and she had a harsh tone with me i wanted to cry! I want to have beautiful nails and i pay alot of money to get them done, why do you get upset when we expect it to be done well. My nails are still uneven but by then end i just wanted to leave i felt so uncomfortable and treated not okay. A-lot of us never get days off and when we do and want to relax and enjoy our day we don't wanna get treated like this! Don't work with people if you cant have patients to help them get what they want and expect good work!
