To top it all off, I dropped a box on my nail and it ripped almost the entire tip off. I went a full day with it exposed and the pain was intense. Even showering hurt. I'm new to the area, so I went to several nail shops and everyone was too busy to help. By the time I called Escape Nails, I was in pain, stressed, and honestly just overwhelmed. The man who answered the phone could tell I was upset and was so kind. He told me to come in, to drive safe, and not to rush. That alone meant more to me than he probably realized. When I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind and comforting. Truly above and beyond. They helped calm me down, fixed my broken nail, and the pain was immediately gone. Jade did an absolutely amazing job. She didn't get flustered at all, even though the repair wasn't easy. She also did the most beautiful custom Disney nails and never once complained. Just pure patience and care. I walked out pain free, calm, and genuinely happy. In a brand new neighborhood, I've officially found my forever nail spa. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
