They had 3 tables for 4 and 3 tables for 2. There is also sweating at the counter. The staff were so nice and helpful. My husband had the meatball parmesan sub, on a fresh hoagie roll, with fries. I had a special, wrap with spicy chicken and fries. I asked for a side of ranch. Found out they make their ranch in house and it is delicious!! They make their bread. For takeout, I ordered the Steak Philly Cheese Hoagie with Fries ($9.95 plus tax) My food was hot & ready to go in 10 minutes, ketchup provided too. The 12" Hoagie was cut in halves and loaded heavy with lots of melted cheese, shaved grilled steak, sauteed onions & mushrooms on a soft thick sub roll. The golden fries were very hot and lightly salted. Overall, Carter's Corner was a good detour lunch stop for a very filling steak & cheese sub with fries at a reasonable price and friendly service. I would stop by here again if I was traveling through Greeneville again.

I made the mistake of putting my order in person on a Friday night and had to wait slightly over an hour. They were slammed with requests in-house and takeout.
