The ingredients used in the meals are fresh and mostly non processed with the exception of the protein options like wild salmon, tuna, etc. You can make a meal our of salad bowl, design your own wrap, select from one of their signature wraps, or select one of their sandwiches. I have had the tuna melt and found it satisfying. Similarly, I have tried the various salad bowls, signature wraps as well as custom wraps. If you are really hungry but still want a healthy meal, I recommend going for the wraps as the portions are a decent size. Everything I have had has tasted great and most importantly I have felt great after eating it! For the drinks, you have your regular sandwich shop options but this being a restaurant catering to the health conscious, you will find freshly squeezed juices as well. Depending on what you are having expect to pay up to $11-12 with tax for the food. The freshly squeezed juices go for around $7. They allow take out or sit in. The restaurant itself is clean and well appropriately decorated. The service staff has been friendly and courteous on all occasions without exception.
