The cutest little whimsical shop, run by the sweetest woman. Every cupcake feels like a tiny work of art. I was immediately drawn to the Thai tea flavor since I hadn't seen that flavor before. My fiancé chose the young coconut, and to my surprise, I ended up liking his even more. It was incredibly moist, rich in flavor, and absolutely delicious. If you're in the area, definitely consider stopping by and treating yourself to a cupcake or two.

I was so excited to try these cupcakes because they look absolutely beautiful! The sweetness was just right--not overly sweet--and the service was super friendly, making the overall experience pretty good. However, the cake was a bit dry and on the pricier side, so I was a little disappointed. Still, if you're ever in the Sonoma area, they are worth a try!

Amazing cupcakes! Apetizing presentation! Taste is delectable! And the owners were nice! If you happen to be in the area, you should really try it.

Is it art or is it food? You decide.

I wasn't in the mood for a cupcake today but Palmiie's drew me in. Palmie's is located in the inner part of hidden courtyard near Irish bar place (walk between the buildings). It's a small alcove store next to the chocolate place. It has enough space to have a fridge for the goodies and cashier. The floral theme is very eye catching and makes you curious about the offerings. The star of this place is the cupcakes. The floral frosting work is beautiful. I sampled the Tiramisu and Lemon Drop. The cake portions were moist and light. Also their was more cake to each than filling but that wasn't very noticeable as the cake was not overly dense. The floral frosting was not super sugary or heavy. More creamy and lightly sweet. Overall I found the texture and creaminess to my liking, but I think more flavor would be better. Like if you say it's lemon drop, I would want the lemon to be pronounced. I also had their seasonal pumpkin chai latte. Super good. Like the cupcakes, not super sweet, but plenty of pumpkin flavor. I definitely come back for more coffee drinks here as well.

Came in right before closing after a day of wine tasting and I am SO glad we did. Although the cupcakes are $5.99 each, they are SO beautiful decorated and absolutely yummy. I got chocolate raspberry, Thai tea, banoffee, and matcha rose. The Thai tea and banoffee were my favorite.

Stumbled upon this cute bakery in one of the quaint alleys in downtown Sonoma! I was drawn in by how gorgeous the cupcakes were then I tried them...delicious!! Friendly employee explained the flavors to help me decide which ones to try! All three were YUM! my first concern was wondering if they would be too sweet, and the second one was wondering if the food coloring in the frosting would turn my tongue, blue or purple or whatever the color was in the different frosting. I don't like things too sweet and these were just right for me! Reminded me of my filioina auntie's light chiffon cake and airy buttercream icing. Kind've wished we got more!! Definitely will stop by again we are visiting Sonoma!

Neither me nor my wife are big cupcake eaters. However, this place somehow caught our eye, and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. We got a cupcake simply because we loved the presentation of it - the cupcake itself and the to-go box were a piece of art! Little did we know - it was not just the presentation but the taste - perfect texture, soft like butter, and NOT overly sweet just perfect amount of sugar to enjoy both the sweetness and the cake texture. Highly recommend.

This random little cupcake show is a must stop at place. The cupcakes have super cute toppings AND they're delicious. My favorite was the tiramisu one. I didnt have any of the drinks but I am sure they are just as delicious.

The orange cupcake, you see is the Red velvet cream cheese filled!! Yum

We loved this beautiful little cupcake shop. The entrance is so inviting...it's impossible to go in just to look. Display of a variety of choices ( but not too many) We had the Tiramisu and Emerald Rose Delicious flavors and moist cake. I wish we lived closer so we could try the different varieties more often. Palmies is inside the El Paseo courtyard that is historic and charming. Plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. The owner is polite and friendly as can be. It's a great place for your purchases and business. Support small local shops. I would have to return to know to get five stars. 4+!!!

So excited to try a new cupcake shop so drove to Sonoma specifically to try Palmie's. Im a perfect location to sit outside in the courtyard, feels very European. The woman behind the counter was so nice and helped us choose and the cupcakes are BEAUTIFUL! We tried the lemon, banoffee, coconut, red velvet. I like that they aren't too sweet and most are filled cupcakes which I love. The only disappointing flavor was coconut, I wish filling was a cream not bigger pieces of coconut.

She can customize any order to make it exactly what you want. If you can send her a photo she can probably do it. I chose simple farm animal themed cupcakes and a dozen sugar cookies. Everybody at the baby shower raved about how good the desserts were and loved the way they were decorated. The lemon cupcakes were especially a hit. You can tell that Christina uses quality ingredients in her confections. These are on the pricey side. The whole order was $180 for two dozen cupcakes and a dozen cookies, which comes out to $5/ dessert.

She even delivered the cake early in the morning to beat the heat, and get the cake in the venue's refrigerator before the afternoon. I ordered a local beer and my wife struggled deciding which drink to order but chose the mezcal cocktail. We ordered shrimp cocktail and oysters to start. Only the oysters came with horseradish but I feel that the shrimp should have had some with the cocktail sauce as well. Regardless, I'd order both raw bar dishes again. For entrees my wife ordered the steak frites which she thoroughly enjoyed. I couldn't decide on what I wanted so I ordered three appetizers. The tuna tartare and burrata were great but the pork belly was out of this world. Very flavorful and a well-thought-out dish; something that I will order every time I go there. We of course ended with dessert. The strawberry rhubarb crisp was terrific as was the crème brûlée. I didn't the sorbet paired well with the crème brûlée but it was delicious on its own.
