Ok, I just want to say how wonderful this place is. It was my first time visiting Palm Nails and I am very pleased with my experience. I came in to actually get my nails fixed from another nail salon that did a terrible/ugly job on my nails. The service was the best I've ever had at a nail salon and the shop was the cleanest I've EVER seen of a nail salon. The whole salon had a sweet smell to it. Not over powering at all, it was actually very pleasant and relaxing. The staff we're all so kind and all of them went out of their way to say hi to me while I was there. Which I loved. I have been going to Donna for 17 years now. Palm Spa is the best! The owner, Michelle, is so nice and supports the schools in the area. Everyone there is friendly and the customer service is top notch! Shellac full color manicure is $37. French shellac is $42. I get the shellac and love it! The colors are endless. I have even seen people being in their own colors (guess they don't change it up every time like me). Today was great with the Christmas music in the background - super chill and fun! Their prices are very reasonable, and they are flexible with scheduling, so it's never hard to get in. I've been seeing Michelle consistently for about a year or so now for sns/dip. She's absolutely amazing and the other ladies there are great and so sweet. I love that I'm welcomed and remembered. With Michelle's amazing work I've been able to grow my natural nails long with the dip and break them less often. I went here on the recommendation of a friend. The ladies in the spa were very friendly & did a great job! My friends dip manicure always lasts a month! That in itself is amazing! I like that they only use the dremel lightly on my nails, they did not use any cheese grater tools on my feet. They listened and did what I asked without negotiating which I have found at other places. My only drawback was the massage was very light, but it's not a massage place, it's a nail place. And she did not cut my hang nails on my hands. I'd give 4.5a if it were available. read more

I've been coming here 6 years and the place is consistently terrific. Pedicures and manicures and waxing and haircuts. I used to do gel nails all the time, but I now switched to the SNS powder that is even longer lasting and more durable. My nails are healthier and growing longer as there are minerals in the powder. After 3 weeks they are still perfect, no chips or anything. I love it and they do a great job ! read more

I have not been in nail shop for about 1 year, maybe longer. I always leave being a little un happy either because my nails are not even or because they hurt my nail bed while sanding them down. Cheaper is not alway better. I wanted to spend 25 bucks but went to Palm nails and spent 37 plus tip. I'm so happy they were so gentle!!! Lee she was very nice!!!! I have six kids so she recommended I use gel on my nails to make them last longer due to cleaning and laundry etc. My nails Are gorgeous!!!! I'm so happy I spent more money on them then I originally had planned! I will recommend this place 100% also I want to say they are not rude and speak to each other in Their language constantly to where you feel awkward. Thank you so much to the ladies at Palm Spa Nails! I was in a bit of a last minute rush to get my nails done due to a serious nail emergency! Normally nail salons close at 7pm. I called after getting turned down at another nail salon just down the road. The lady who answered let me know that they close at 7pm and then asked what I was looking to get done. She was super sweet and told me to just come on over and not even worry about the time! She was amazing! She did a fantastic job, and it didn't even take that long to do and still showed such perfectionist! I recently got hired at a strict office job, and the policy is no long nails. So sad to say I had to trim down my claws and get more of a natural look. She did exactly that and I love them! The salon is very clean and neat and the ladies are very nice and show a lot of dedication to each client. Can't wait for my next fill here! read more

My first visit to Palm Nails was three weeks ago for a pedicure. It truly was amazing at a very reasonable price. Because of that I decided to go there with my friend to get our nails done yesterday Monday. We have been going to a different nail salon for a very long time. Although we were very satisfied with the other salon we just felt we would like to try Palm Nails. I had Donna which I was very pleased with my shellac doing exactly as I asked. She was super friendly with a very outgoing personality. My friend had Michelle and she was every bit as pleased as I was. Both very nice friendly personalities They both do a very nice job with shellac. The salon is very nice and clean. Pleasant atmosphere and inviting. Took my daughter for a birthday mani treat and left so disappointed. 10 to 20 minutes later my daughter's "white" nails started discoloring and are a coffee brown now. The nail artist didn't even remove my prior polish completely so my manicure has funky spots here and there. I would not recommend and I will not go again. read more

I paid for fungus. After being there for 2 hours because the lady kept messing up my nails (shellac...) my hands were in pain after them being under the UV lamp for so long. She kept using the wrong paper towel (which I didn't even know what a thing) to wipe my nails "dry" after being in the UV lamp, which caused them to clump and created divots in my nails that looked like golf balls.. (3 times) So the main lady came over and did the best she could to fix them.. still looked horrible. After them being to peel off (5 days later).. I discovered my index finger was exposed to something at that salon and now I have a nail fungus. Even when I was clearly upset nothing was done about the price or half off the next time (even though there will NEVER be a next time) Paid full price for fungus and bad experience. I would not recommend this salon unless you want to pay $50 to clear a finger fungus! read more

I started coming to this salon maybe 5 months ago. At first it was great they did amazing designs and never had a nail break or lift. Now for the last month a half I have had to go back almost every time I get a fill. within a few days my nails either break or start to lift. I was told to get a new set, so I did and yet again 2 days later I had a nail crack and start to lift. I will not spend another dollar here as I am fed up! read more

I think this will be my last time coming. I like these girls and it's right next to my house but they charge a lot. I had a fill with a designed French tip vs the usual. I was charged $30. My mother in law does nails in Bellevue and she was shocked that they charged me that much for a fill and French. I feel cheated because I never questioned the price and just went with it. On top of that I tipped her $8. I think I tip fairly but now just thinking it over, I will never spend my money there. Thinking back at other places, I've paid only $20 for a fill and a French tip. My husband and I came in for our appointments and had to wait 30 minutes in the chairs for our technicians to come over. Our water got cold, and they walked by us multiple times without saying anything. If they didn't have available people they should have been honest about it instead of having us wait for so long. Pedicures were $25. They were basic and nothing extra. The ladies did a good job once they got to us, but we won't be returning. read more

Very good service. I was really impressed with their service. The only reason I knocked off a star is because it was not super clean. The floor was all worn out and the decor was not up to date. I love, love, love Donna! (and Kim, Angie and the rest of the girls!) I've been going to Palm Spa for about 10 years now and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. (I've even turned down mani/pedi gift certificates if they are to another salon because I feel like I'm cheating on Donna!) My husband comes in with me for pedis and my daughter, when not in dance competition season, loves having her time in the salon with me. As the other reviewers mention...the ladies here engage the customers, remember everything about you and genuinely care about you. Extremely clean!!! They accept walk-in's, but this is not your normal mall nail salon where you are just another $15 manicure. Be respectful when you walk in the door!! If they can fit you in, fabulous! If not, be kind, make and appointment and then show up. Don't be rude and expect them to jump to your every need or work beyond their normal hours. They all have families and children!! (Sorry..vent...had to put that last part in there...I see this a lot when I'm sitting in the chair.) read more
