Service and Quality of pedicure was horrible…read more At some point during the pedicure a male employee approached the nail technician, in which he was staring at my partner and laughed, which leaded to both of them to speed the pedicure and do a poor job. I recently visited and it did not meet my expectations. The service felt rushed, and attention to detail was lacking. My nails were unevenly shaped, and the polish began chipping within a day and the technician was going to leave lumps of nail polish overlap. The foot massage, which I usually look forward to, was very brief and felt more like an afterthought. Regardless whether we paid for a full nail, color or even just clear polish you cannot pick and choose, service should be evenly provided to all customers.

My wrists and under my eyes specifically. See pictures attached. My legs and arms look good, but my wrists and under my eyes look rough.. Also had a slight issue where my card was overcharged but said pending (total was $61 and my card said $73!). I called and also went back, and they gave me my receipt and told me to check in with them the next day when the full charge goes through. Again, super friendly and helpful employees! I checked today, and the overcharge was gone from my card, so we are all good there!

FYI ONCE SPRAY WAS $35. On Valentine's Day they are doing them for $30. The lady at the front desk was really lovely, I might misspell this but her name was Kryssia! She took the time to explain to me how their spray tans work, from light to medium to dark. You an also add an accelerator or scent or even extra bronze! She showed me how the machine works since I was a little bit nervous to repeat a Ross Galler situation (if you don't get that reference, I can't help you) and talk to me through using the hairnet and I really liked how they had temporary shoes peel off a couple tabs and they stick right to the bottom of your foot so you don't have to experience any ick! The machine wanted itself so you weren't freezing, and had built-in drying. I have to say the machine made a couple noises probably an older machine, but I'm excited to see if it did the trick. I will certainly be returning and try the medium since I opted for the late and didn't want to overdo it on my first try.

Today I was told by (unknown name) who was working the front counter that because it was 4:25pm and they close at 5pm on Sunday's that I wouldn't be able to get my spay tan because there was another lady infront of me in line. So basically because she didn't want to do extra work or get out of work later than 5pm that I get to leave an unhappy costumer and go on my vacation to myrtle beach tomorrow morning before they even open super pale!! (which I'm not sure when spray tans take 20+ mins per person all of a sudden anyways). Very disappointing that it seems costumer service is not a thing for some people now a days. Not to mention every time I see this young lady working she's constantly on her cell phone. ALSO about a month and a half ago with the same girl at the front desk, I went tanning in the first booth on the left (high pressure bed) I had the door opened up on me and it was wide open the entire time I was tanning....they tried to tell me that I didn't lock the door or close the door all the way and that's why both doors were wide open for everyone to look in at me while tanning. Well now every time I go tanning here I take a video of me locking the door and making sure it's completely closed so they couldn't tell me otherwise next this happens. Terrible customer service and very disappointing experience…read more I called ahead and made an appointment for a fresh acrylic set with a simple design. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating from the beginning. The nail technician removed my old acrylic nails by force instead of using a soaking method, which caused a layer of my natural nail to be lifted. After filing them, my natural nails were left very thin and fragile. He then glued on the tips and started shaping them. I calmly pointed out that one of the nails was not straight and asked if he could fix it. He made an adjustment, but when I politely asked a second time because it still wasn't straight, he suddenly got up, said, "Someone else do her nails," and walked away--leaving the work he had started completely unfinished. I had made an appointment and expected the service to be completed by the technician who started it. Instead, I was left sitting there waiting for someone else to take over. The front desk then told me I could either wait another 30 minutes for someone to become available or have the tips removed and go somewhere else. This is completely unacceptable customer service. I was polite and respectful throughout the entire interaction, and I don't believe I deserved to be treated this way simply because I asked for my nails to be corrected. I left extremely disappointed, especially after having my natural nails damaged during the removal process and then being left with an unfinished set. I hope management addresses this type of behavior so other customers don't have to experience what I experienced. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

I paid out of pocket for the tip, which is fine..? But why would the person selling the gift card think that tip was for them?!? Second: my massage therapist was late and that was as taken out of my massage time. When I questioned at the end of it was typical for the massage to last less than an hour, I was told they give 15 minutes to you to change at the beginning and end. This is not standard, and additionally I didn't even get a 45 minute massage, I received a 40 minute massage because he was late. Third: the massage itself was not worth repeating. Fourth: immediately after my massage when I should have been in a relaxed state, I not only had to figure out what happened to the missing tip money, the woman at the front desk tried to upsell me as if anything about the experience would make me want to return.
