They offer many monthly packages which are very reasonable. The spray tan machines are amazing! They have several levels of color as well as primer and moisturizing coats. Opt for a membership level of tanning that includes the beds and spray tans. I love to double dip. You never know when something special will come up and you need to be tan. That 24 hour law will suck then but if you have the right level of membership you can just jump in the spray tan booth and get a level 3 clear coat like I do.

In addition to the hair salon, they have a wax room and a suntan room on the upper level. They have complimentary coffee and chocolate candy, and provide magazines in the foyer. Additionally, they also sell hair care products. Holly was very outgoing and thorough. She straightened my baby hair which other places have not done, likely because they don't have a small-sized straightening iron. The price for my smoothing service was comparable to other salons that I have been to, however, this was the only salon that applied a 3% credit card transaction fee. I was pretty nervous about getting a spray tan because I didn't want to look orange, and she came up with the perfect shade for me, and I was comfortable with letting her do her thing. The airbrush is a little cold, but she warned me first, so I was ready! She contoured my face, and applied the spray tan evenly. The spray tan took about 15 minutes, and lasted a couple of days before I noticed some parts fading on my skin. I did see some of the color in the water when I showered after 24 hours, but didn't notice any loss of color on my skin. Lights off. No staff. Nothing. Their sign said Sunday "By Appointment Only," yet apparently even when you have an appointment, no one shows up. I called their Bethesda location, and the first receptionist claimed we weren't in the system--even though I booked on Wednesday at 2:22 PM (I checked my call log and took a screenshot). Someone took all of my details including my credit card, but somehow my appointment "didn't exist." Then the owner got on the phone and said she actually could see me in their system but didn't know what happened. She blamed a software switch on Tuesday... but I booked on Wednesday. So that excuse made no sense. Her only solution was to ask if we could come tomorrow. No, we actually can't--because unlike her business, we plan ahead. I took the weekend off from my real estate schedule to celebrate. We booked a hotel in Tysons, hired a dog sitter, and made a whole day of this. And it was completely wasted. What really stunned me was the total lack of care. No apology that felt meaningful. No attempt to make it right. No offer of a complimentary service. Nothing. I'm a business owner myself, and I would never handle a mistake like this this way. Our anniversary plans were basically ruined because this spa didn't bother to honor our confirmed appointment--or provide any real remedy afterward. Don't waste your time or money here. If they can't handle a simple booking, I wouldn't trust them with anything else either.

I know, super picky right? When I walked into Four Seasons I was greeted immediately. I must admit my Mandarin isn't great, so I was afraid that the employees would look down on me or not give me good service (let's be honest, that's how some shops are). But I was wrong! They say they treat their customers like their friends, I felt like I was treated like their family. When I told them what I was looking for, they listened and understood, were patient, and transparent with their pricing. I've never seen a place whip out a notebook pad and tell you exactly the grams of metal or diamond carat, list out each price, labor, and show you the total. They told me they could custom make the ring I wanted and this would be the estimated cost. It took me about a month to receive my ring and I love it! It was exactly what I asked for and was ready by the time they promised. When I called asking if it ready, they knew exactly who I was and what I ordered before I really said much. They remember their customers! They were also kind enough to polish my engagement ring for free even though it wasn't purchased from them. The whole process, including communication and additional approvals with the designer in Hong Kong, was seamless and professional. I'll admit I worried I'd asked for the impossible (as my stones were close but not a perfect match to those in the inspiration design), but the finished ring is even more beautiful than the photo I showed them. It's honestly the prettiest piece I've ever owned, and so special because it was custom made. Eva and her brother are knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly skilled. I've never designed jewelry for myself before, nor do I ever really treat myself to something like this, but I'm so glad I did. Four Seasons made the entire experience unforgettable!
