Her space felt serene with light blue paint on the walls, and plants hanging around the window. Not to mention she made sure that I got the haircut I wanted and left feeling like a million bucks. I only wish that the space lent itself to a central waiting area. There were small benches in corners of the halls outside of some of the businesses, which were a bit awkward.

This past weekend, I came again for medium knotless bohemian braids in the color 4/30, and I AM OBSESSED WITH MY BRAIDS!!! I LOVE IT SO MUCH and have received so many compliments. This time, Belinda did my hair and someone else whose name I cannot remember. Belinda braids so fast, she did the front half of my hair so quickly. She is going to be my go-to every time I come. I love how she first uses the lighter curls in the braids; the lighter curls at the front bring out my eyes. The only con was that the other braider kept asking Belinda how to part my hair and even asked her to help finish braiding my hair since she was taking so long. We started around 9:30 and didn't finish braiding until like 2/2:15 pm. I am used to spending hours in the chair, but it made me anxious hearing a braider confused about how to part and do my hair. it's been 2-3 days since I got my hair and I already have curls in the back coming out :/ I ended up paying $190 because they have a special right now for bohemian knotless, which is an amazing price! I will return and ensure I only have Belinda do my hair because she did an excellent job and I am so thankful!

The lady had the right to be upset and questioned her short attitude towards her. Mind you, she gave her no type of eye contact when speaking to her but she was already in the middle of a transaction with a client paying for services. So for my experience with 3rd time bringing my 11 yr old daughter in (2x Knotless braids with curls on the end and 1 take braids out and wash/blow dry). 1st time - $165 when I was quoted by Albertine $150, 2nd time - $150, 3rd time seen in parentheses - $70. Now, yesterday, 2/12/2026, knotless braids with curls on the end again, she went up $180!!! Like, lady are you a hustler or running a professional business? I already saw her and one of the ladies that worked on my daughter's hair speaking back and forth in their language gaming on what to charge. Straight hustling. My daughter likes it here but may need to find another salon that is English speaking, nicer, professional and not just come up with any pricing not reflective of promoted web site.

She stated yes she took cash or charge. Not once did she mention a service charge. Then when I called her out on it she stated that no one has ever had an issue with the service charge. While I don't have an issue paying it it would've been nice to have been told straight up. I also did not like the fact that she is set up at her home in her living room. I wish I knew that prior to and I wouldn't have made an appt.

She also threaded the center of my eyebrows to eliminate any excess hair. She did a thorough job of cleaning, shaping, and trimming my brows. I am in general so impressed by how the appearance of my face has transformed - no doubt eyebrows are a critical part of framing your face, and Hina has done justice! I also requested a henna tattoo. I asked if I should spray the pattern with lemon water to restain the tattoo, and Hina replied that the henna used is good quality. When I got home from my trip, I saw that she was true to her word. The henna yielded a promising strong stain, so my fear of a shabby henna was erased. Hina is a sweet and accommodating beautician. I am looking forward to revisiting!!!
