Unfortunately, after years of patronage and loyalty, and overlooking numerous poor customer service experiences on their end... I am finally writing a negative review. The last straw is what I will start with. Two days ago I called in an order for a party we were throwing a day in advance. I ordered 6 large pizzas to be delivered at 3:45 pm the next day and PAID IN ADVANCE including tip over the phone. Day of the part pizzas were no where in sight. I called and spoke with a girl who answered who was quick to say it was likely the Fairview location and they had not made any pizzas for us. Quick to write me off, could've cared less. I explained we paid in advance, etc etc. It clearly meant nothing to her. Zero acknowledgement, zero apology. Our party went without food needless to say. Never a manager on site, never a call back from the "owner". Multiple other times where a mistake was made on their end, no big deal right? Well it shouldn't be... a simple gesture on their end to remake a pizza the way it was ordered is all it would've taken. But everything here gets blown out of proportion with workers bursting into tears over simple matters of a pizza coming out differently than it was ordered. Spare yourself the drama. Order Pizza Hut or anywhere else. After years of pushing through this drama and poor customer service because we do like their pizza when it's made properly. I've officially given up. The owner doesn't even care. And I have no idea if we were even issued a refund for the 6 pizzas we never received. read more

This Palio's is 1 of the few locations that offer a vegan calzone, so we opted to give it a try even though it was a good 20mins away from us. The calzone was made to order, fresh, hot, and tasted pretty good. I can't comment on their regular pizza (though the Palio's I've visited in the past weren't remarkable). read more

Loved the quiet atmosphere and the staff was friendly coming in. Laid back with selecting your own table and BYOB to make it feel more homey. I will say that tables were left dirty with previous party's dishes for the entire time we were there. If it wasn't busy or people weren't waiting for tables, then they stayed dirty. This didn't bother us as much because it was a quiet Saturday night - but if you're big on not seeing plates on other tables, then it may not leave you with a good impression from the start. Food came out quick, hot and delicious! We got the Ralphie and the Maria's BBQ and both were fantastic. This style pizza is more topping forward and less crust. read more

Pizza is pretty awesome here, but the service makes me sad. I have only dined in about 5 times, and each time, the staff look like they hate their lives. Never received a smile, and they request that you tip up front? I thought the purpose of a tip was for the quality of service... which can only be determined AFTER the meal. If you don't tip up front, the middle eastern woman completely ignores you. I couldn't help but laugh when my dinner partner asked for plates when our pizza was dropped off at the table without them, and as she's still walking away goes "They are over there" and continues to walk off. I hope the employee finds peace somewhere, but it looks like it's not behind the counter of a pizza place. I'll just order delivery from now on. read more

The pizza I ordered was terrible so I ate the dinner salad and canolli. They were both good, but I got food poisoning from something. My roommate ate the rest of my pizza and was fine, so I'm guessing it was the salad. I was soooo sick! It was my first and last time eating here. read more

We ate here for the first time in years. The owner here is such a kind person! When I asked if they had hot tea, he said that they did not serve it but would make me some he had if I wanted it. So nice!! They also have great tasting gluten free and vegan/vegetarian options. Unique toppings are available, like this cashew, basil, jalapeño and Roma tomato pizza, which was delicious! The owner also informed me that this location will soon be adding non-dairy cheese as well as gluten free spaghetti to their menu! Great service from kind people. read more

Food took 20+ minutes to come out, and not only was my blackened chicken Alfredo not blackened at ALL (resembled more of a fried chicken), one of my friends' blackened shrimp came out to be raw. Last time here! Not sure what happened to the great, friendly staff and wonderful pizza. Pizza is over cooked and the food server dropped the marinara sauce on the ground then tried to serve it to us. When I told her no, she got visibly mad. Watched employees remove their masks multiple times while making food--very unprofessional during a pandemic. Before I noticed it, I had a to-go order (lunch portion pepperoni pizza) with my group, which they forgot about. When asked if they could make the to-go order (I have an allergy and can't even eat the pizza but my husband could), a young woman brought it out on a pan and not in a box, to which she rolled her eyes at me when I asked if she could just put it into a to-go box. It seemed like a minor request. Ultimately, I made the decision to not give my husband the pizza because of lack of COVID-safety protocols demonstrated by this restaurant. read more

We haven't ordered from Palio's in quite awhile, but since the last time the quality has gone down quite a bit. The pizza is just alright (lacks some flavor), but on three different slices of the Cade & Blake I bit into something hard. Three. Different. Slices. I'm assuming it was a part of the artichoke stem, but I'm not in the business of wanting to bite into something hard when I'm eating pizza. Is it too much to ask that the person making the pizza would notice stems in the toppings? We probably won't be back to this location, which sucks because we live right across the street. I like that the dinnerware is all self-serve, and that they have both white and red wine glasses. Now I don't expect much from a gluten free crust {wife is celiac} but to pay $28 for a large King pizza with little toppings and hardly any sauce with an overcooked crust is plain outrageous. A store bought frozen large pizza at half the price would be better. read more

Palio's is a favorite amongst my fam. We love the convenience of it because it's easy to call-in your order or place an order online and pick it up 10 minutes down the street. Not sure if the other locations are like this, but if you buy one pizza you get the second one at a lower price. Our family of 5 full grown adults always get 2 XL pizzas (1st one priced at $19 and 2nd one priced at $12) and it's enough to feed all of us. They have their original crust which we always stick with because if we're eating pizza - we're not looking to be healthy - but they have whole-wheat and gluten-free options. I'm a fan of everything I've tried so far. The Classic and the Cade and Blake Pesto are my top two currently but I have yet to try the whole menu. Love the thinness of the crust. I'm usually not a big fan of chicken on pizza but Palio's chicken is tender and cooked well. It's easier to stick to their gourmet pizzas rather than build our own because they did a pretty solid job of finding the perfect combinations of toppings, cheeses and sauces. They always get our order correctly here and they are plenty friendly so I'm sad to see some below average reviews. read more

This has been our favorite pizza place for several years, but it's been going downhill over the past year or more. With the constant employee turnover, our orders are always messed up. Pizza isn't ready or has been sitting on top of the oven for 10 minutes and the employees have no idea it's there. Tonight, we didn't receive the salad we were charged for and the usual tasty pizza was mediocre. I'm truly disappointed, because there is one girl there who knows what to do but she's overwhelmed. This was our first time trying this place. We live close by and within the delivery area, so we thought we would give it a try. We were so disappointed because I really wanted a new "go to" little Italian place. My Husband ordered the baked wings, which were literally burnt to a crisp, not baked, to the point of being inedible! The cheese bread was full of oil and nothing more than bread with cheddar cheese on it. Not flavorful at all. My Daughter ordered the Mac and cheese which was overlooked and dry in spots. This was a gem of a restaurant! I'm so glad my family stumbled on this place for mother's day. In all of our's opinions, we thought the food (we ordered 2 pastas, salad, pizza, and dessert) was really good and worth the price. The only downside is there is no waiting service, so you just need to grab anything extra you need yourself (which also means you don't have to wait on your server). I will never order from this location again the food is prepared lazily. The baked pasta arribiata is advertised as a spicy marinara with alfredo sauce. There was no sauce in this pasta. No marinara or alfredo. If I hadnt had this dish before I would've thought it was a bad pasta dish. The wings were eh. The dry rub is not my favorite. Tasty pizzas, but I placed an order for delivery for a work meeting and we had asked them to ensure they were there by 1145 and they were about 20-25min late, and some items were only lukewarm.
