I felt ignored and thought to leave. I decided to stay since I had a appointment. I was then greeted a few minutes later and I mentioned i had an appointment and was there for a pedicure. The space was clean and i saw employees actively sanitizing. Tony did my pedicure and he was very nice. I would return if in the area. I paid with cash and a basic pedicure was 37. My hot towel service and my pedicure water were both not hot. If I return, I would request hotter water and warmer towels.

I had to ask someone else to turn off the water because it was about to overflow then the original girl who turned it on SPRINTED back to turn it off and was apologizing. But never asked me about the water temperature which was scalding hot and obviously steaming so I couldn't even put my feet in. Then someone who came in after me got their pedicure first and a second person that also came in after me was going to get theirs started until another employee yelled at them to do mine first instead. Then the actual pedicure wasn't great. He did not scrub my feet or even trim down my cuticles which are some of the most basic parts of a pedicure?? Definitely not with the money and will not be coming back.

I wanted a pedicure and to have my acrylic nails filled and I'm so picky about my nails. Tracy is the owner she is a delightful, kind and Amazing woman with a beautiful heart. My pedicure was fabulous and I just relaxed enjoy the moment. The ambience in the colors of the room and the music playing and just relaxed me and put me into a Zen state. The last place that had done my nails had a wreck them and I was embarrassed even show them to anyone her eyes popped when she saw them. She said don't worry we will fix you right up. My nails are so beautiful I cannot believe it they look exactly like my own nails and the color she chose for me is out of this world. Soooo about my service, Tasha came and got me right away. She was kind and genuine. We chatted during my service. She helped me pick a color and was very affirming. They made an effort to be attentive and polite, which I truly appreciated. However, the managers demeanor was noticeably different. They came across quite bossy toward both the staff and us as customers which made the atmosphere feel a bit uncomfortable at times.
