Best Thai food on the island & always great service! We eat there all the time & it is always amazing! Yummmmmmm! I have never had a bad dish from them. read more

Stopped in for dinner and ordered the pad thai and pho combo. Food was delish and came fairly quick. Restaurant clean, friendly service, decent prices. Would stop by again and try more of their dishes. read more

The food it great, the staff is very personal. I find myself eating there at least two to three times months. The food is always cooked to order as spicy or mild as you would like it. So if you are ever in the area I would recommend giving them a try. read more

Awesome food great service... Thai tea was good as well! I've eat'n a lot of places here but, I've only returned to this location twice!

We have never been let down by the food or the service. Usually our go to order is pineapple fried rice, pad thai, summer rolls, and sometimes the chicken long rice depending on how many people are eating with us. They are consistently good no matter if it is in the lunch hour rush on a weekday or dinner during the weekend. I am so glad we found this restaurant. read more

BYOB! Great little place in a strip mall. Serves great Thai food. the atmosphere is casual but not too down and dirty for a strip mall.

Ordered takeout, chicken pad Thai. They were fast, and the man who took the order and checked me out was nice and friendly!

Oh man the food is awesome it reminded me of Thailand this little restaurant is the real deal. Come and check it out.

The Panang Curry is delicious. It was our daughter's first experience and she loved it. Very friendly atmosphere.

This experience was less than average. No complaints about the service. The guy playing host and server did a good job juggling the two. We never felt neglected. The food was edible, but that was about it. Nothing stood out as great, unfortunately. We ordered summer rolls that have vermicelli noodles, mint, bean sprouts, and shrimp (we got ours with tofu) in them and is accompanied by a peanut dipping sauce. The rolls were obviously just rolled, which we appreciated. But there were so few mint leaves we honestly couldn't taste them - and that's our favorite part. The peanut dipping sauce was gummy, almost gelatinous. My wife and I both ordered tofu pad thai. The place is named Pad Thai after all! The server was very accommodating and offered several other ingredients, letting us completely customize our pad thai. My wife ordered hers medium and mine was ordered thai hot. Within a few minutes or server brought out our plates, which looked very good. We asked which plate was the spicy one, and the server had to take them back to the kitchen to ask. We heard the kitchen say they weren't spiced at all. We watched the server grab a container of thai pepper flakes and douse our plates. When we did finally get to try the food it was not good at all. It was cold, the noodles were dry and clumping together, and the seasoning was dumped on top. If the seasonings aren't coked into the dish, what is the point? The pad thai sauce that coated the noodles did not taste anything like any other pad thai I have ever eaten. It tasted tomato based - almost like ketchup. We had to throw in the towel on this place. We may revisit after some time has gone by. Hoping for to needed changes here. read more

We love this place! Everything is so reasonably priced and exceptionally delicious! The workers are helpful and attentive & always so happy to see us come back. Food is quick & always good. We have a hard time finding places that give real Thai hot! read more

Food was great, prices reasonable, and best of all, service was warm and friendly! Will definitely come back.

Really good panang curry, extremely good chicken sateh with peanut sauce, prices are reasonable. I didn't think the fried chicken was great, and thai coffee was just ok. read more

It wasn't the best but it was just okay. It was pricey though. No bathroom in the restaurant which was a shock to me. I was stunned by why they did not have restrooms for their customers. They made me go to McDonalds to use the bathroom. It was pretty stupid since I was eating there and not at McDonalds. Didn't look like they get much customers in there establishment because while I was eating no one ever came in to eat. And mind you I was there a good hour, and yet I was still the only customer inside. read more

My favorite Thai place on island as of today!! So good. The sweet and sour stir fry was amazing! Also had the Pad Thai with chicken. Will definitely be back! read more

Didn't expect this place to be good, was just trying it because it was the only thing around hah. Ordered takeout: Pad Thai, Basil Chicken, and Chicken Cashew. All were pretty good. Sometimes smaller restaurants like this don't take cash, but no problems using credit here. The cashier was very polite and had no problem giving us extra hot sauce. Would eat here again if I was hungry and in the area. read more

The staff is not nice especially the young lady in the grey shirt on 15th Jun. She thought I don't understand what she says about us in her language but I do cuz I'm Thai. I can say she's very rude and looks mad all the time. read more

Ordered our food to-go since we live pretty close. The chicken satay was nothing special and the peanut sauce accompanying it had the consistency like straight peanut butter from the jar. My roommate said her Basil Chicken tasted good. Sadly however, the Panang Curry left much to be desired; even the menu says, "thick panang curry sauce..." but the curry was so watery and unflavored that I didn't even eat but a couple spoonfuls. So disappointed. I might try other dishes to see if there's some redemption. read more

Was craving Thai food. Yum to this place. Close to my job. Had an early dinner... Yellow curry W/chicken, pad Thai noodles W/shrimp, basil eggplant with pork, and egg rolls. Delish! Will Be back. read more

1 star based on service They offer a 10% military discount on their website between 10:30-5:00 PM. I went there around 3:00 and was finished before 4:00. When my significant other and I went to pay, the lady at the register was not sure about the discount, so she turned around to the other lady stocking the fridge (probably the store owner) and asked about it. The she said that special ends at 3:00. I showed them THEIR webpage that stated military receives 10% discount and we were within the posted hours. They said that was the webpage designers fault and she didn't know what was on it... their own website. They still did not want to budge. I argued some more then she finally gave me the discount. The whole time the conversation was between me and the lady at the register, who had to turn to the likely owner that was stocking their fridge. The likely owner neither talked to us directly or acknowledged us. This was back in November, it is now January and no change is on their website. For the food...we had been here before (prior to knowing about military discount)and the food is decent. Usual order included Penang Curry w/ sticky rice, Calamari, Pad Prik Khing. The food is decent. We have also tried their pho, which is not as good as their Thai food. The pho tastes extremely salty and the meat added to it is extremely tough. read more

I recently moved to this area and was happy that there were some restaurants nearby and Pad Thai is one of them. Today's experience however, was not a great one. They greeted us nicely and served us some cups with water and laid their menus for us to review. I brought my girl friend this time around since I've tried the place once before and wanted to see what she thought of their food. Mind you as we have been checking out what they had to offer and she has been drinking the water they gave us earlier. As she places her cup down I gasp as a roach about the size of my big toe nail is floating near the top of the cup. I calmly show my girlfriend this awful surprise as she stands up, leaves and spits outside. At that moment I come up to their counter and politely showed them the water they have given us. Not making a scene because there were other customers who I didn't want to disgust. I decided to write this review, not just because of the roach in her water, but also because they did not really care to comment further on our situation other than a very quiet "Sorry". Mind you, I have worked in the restaurant business for years. I've seen fruit flies land in cups and get complaints about them; I do my absolute best to make sure they know I am sincerely sorry. Mistakes happen and I don't expect them to kiss my butt about it but I really don't feel like they cared as much for our misfortune. Not to mention that the water served is from their sink. Also, they were attending every other table (about 3-4 other people) and barely tended to us or asked us if everything was alright with our food as if they were afraid of us because of the accidental roach in our water. After waiting a while, I signal that I'd like my check and as they approached us they said sorry one more time and explained that we were given a 10% discount... I saved barely $4 which I wound up giving as tip because I always tip servers. Personally, they were lucky we even stayed for the rest of the meal after my girl friend was basically disgusted by the fact she drank water with a roach in it. She didn't even really eat her shrimp pad Thai and was scared to drink the Thai tea we ordered. I'm sorry but giving us a 10% isn't going to keep us from coming back to that spot. Which is a shame because it's not like the food was terrible; it was alright for the price at best. I'm sure a lot of people enjoy this hole in the wall Thai spot but I have concerns about how hygienic their kitchen is. As we exit Pad Thai, we heard a woman whisper that she found hair in her food... probably not a good day for them but want others to be aware and hope that maybe they can improve in this aspect after reading. Maybe one day I will gain the courage to give them another chance and comeback with a more positive review. Despite this negative review, I encourage people to give the place a chance. read more

I haven't had good Thai food like this in well over a year. On a whim I decided on this place after reading some reviews - originally resigned myself to Subway or something quick from Safeway. Ordered #31, Pad King Mao and wanted it hot (forget mild or medium) and that is what I got. The broccoli was cooked right (crunchy), rice noodles were excellent, and had plenty of juice/sauce. Oh the spice level of hot? Yeah, my bald head was sweating fairly quickly...just how I like it! The ONLY problem with this place is that it is here...and not back home in Washington state. read more

food was good and staff was generally friendly but largely ignored us. Didn't even get napkins, water refills, or boxes. We wanted to have dessert but decided on somewhere more attentive. read more

Excellent authentic food. Fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. Chicken sateh is awesome. They have limited space so try to avoid peak times. We typically show up around 6pm and basically have the place to ourselves. I've only had a couple things off the menu, but I feel confident that, as I work my way through the various entrees, that I will be completely satisfied with everything they cook. read more

Very disappointed. Ordered Papaya salad, spring rolls, chicken pad Thai and green curry. Doesn't seem like they have pride in what they make. Spring rolls tasted like something you would buy in the frozen food aisle at a grocery store. Papaya salad not good and chicken pad Thai had no chicken and tasted burnt. You would think a place called Pad Thai would at least get that dish perfected. Green curry was ok. read more

This little place is great! Polite and courteous staff with tasty and affordable thai food, one of my favorite.

Hmm, I was so hungry and this place was nearby where I was running my errands. I was a little nervous about ordering here because a long time ago I found a hair in my summer roll. And some of the reviews are scary. However it was a packed house this evening. A good sign maybe? So, I get home to eat my Shrimp Pad Thai and I bite into these hard balls of salt? I hope. So weird, what was that!! Hope and praying it was rock salt or something and that I don't get sick! Disappointed, most likely won't return. Added another star because the taste of the Pad Thai was good at least. And they got my order out relatively quick. read more

One of the better food places in this shopping center in my opinion. It can get busy during lunch time so come early or be prepared to wait. Or call ahead and do take out! I'm not a fan of their pad Thai. To me it's just okay. If I had to recommend dishes, I would say the pad kee Mao, Thai fried rice, pad prik khing, and the house special fried chicken are worth checking out. read more

Awesome food and service is great.. However, I was there today and ate my meal in, ordered a to-go for my friend.. I only ate almost half of my dish and the waitress offered to box it for me.
