I have came to this store many times during my past visits. This store is located inside the outlets of orange near H&M. The store is very clean, spacious, and well organized. Their store has brandy Melville, LA heart, champion, vans, adidas, and more. I got these three items from my pacsun rewards, which was a big steal for me. I came here to get their sweatshirts, crop shirts, and sweatpants. The service was fast & employee is very nice and friendly. Their stuff can be a little pricey but it depends what you get in the store and there are times they have excellent deals. The manager Robert was the only associate working at the time I came in. He was very friendly and welcoming to everyone in the store. He ran the registers, answered questions, even opened the fitting room for me, and was working his butt off multitasking all of that along with getting clothes put away. I wish retail could find ways to accommodate proper scheduling so that amazing workers like Robert can learn to delegate and manage a store rather than having to run it all by himself. He executed excellent customer service and provided an amazing customer experience for everyone inside of PacSun. I recently made an online order of +$800, had to bring back a few items to return. I had it in the original cardboard box, after the transaction, the employee wanted me to take the empty box with me. He said he couldn't depose it for me. What? I've nvr seen or experienced this. Not a single store expects the customer to throw away the bag or box after a return. Surely they get shipments right? Their display was a complete reck of jeans and a sign read "$29.99 for all denim" and I try on two pairs and finally go up to the cashier to purchase one of them. PacSun is refusing to allow me to return for refund or credit two expensive FOG Essentials clothing that I had gotten for my grandson for Christmas. They were way too big, even though they were his normal size. Nowhere on the site by the product did it say this brand ran large. I was online shopping, not in the store. On the website page, PacSun did nothing to inform me the online customer that there was a no return policy, for FOG Essential purchases. No warning on the product page , nor anywhere as one goes through checkout. I have attached pictures showing the lack of any attempt to inform the customer. I feel PacSun has scammed me. And is very wrong to bait and switch a customer this way - It is unethical!!! Attached are the pictures I took showing that they did not inform me the customer and still do not inform the customers. That is proof ! -- of misleading your customer. Nor did they alert no refunds anywhere along the process of checking out and placing order. There is no way in the process that I would have expected that I would not be able to get a refund for a valid return reason. Now they are showing me a line at bottom of page where it says Final Sale because this product is in high demand. Which does not make sense. If in high demand wouldn't they want it back and could sell again, rather than making a customer be stuck with two expensive items that do not fit?!?! Really not caring about their customer here. After placing an order online, and not receiving it after several weeks....I enquired about about it. Even though I was calling, using the chat option, and emailing during their posted business hours I kept being told they could not help me because it was outside of business hours. It wasn't. When using the "order status" option I was told (by the extremely irritating chat bot) that my order had taken an unusually long time to fill. At that time, I was given the option to click on the "cancel order" option for a full refund. After clicking this option i was told it could not be cancelled. Called, no answer. Emailed, no response. This is the first time we've been to this PacSun store. The store has a good selection of clothing and shoes for both men and women. When we saw some great flannel shirts as we walked by the store, we knew we had to make a stop here. Once inside, there wasn't a single salesperson to be found. Sometimes it's nice to shop in silence, but other times it's nice to be able to ask questions about sizes. We had just shopped at the Vans store, and we noticed the back wall of this PacSun had a huge selection of Vans shoes. The rest of the store was full of cute, comfy shirts, sweaters, jackets, and accessories. My son found some nice flannels and shirts here. I like this location's selection, but the customer service could probably use some help. For lots of great styles for young adults, this is a fun store. read more

HRM please reconsider who you choose to manage the PacSun stores. I have never witness such ignorance from not one but two managers working on August 26 around 8-9 pm. My friend and I came by to return a few online orders. However, the manager declined and stated that PacSun online is not the same as in-store PacSun, and they will not be able to honor the return. How is that even possible... Well we went to another PacSun location and they allowed us to return without a problem. They were even confused as to why the managers at the previous location did not allow it. I recommend anyone reading this to save your time by going to a different establishment. read more

Awful online experience. All I wanted to do was purchase a gift card. Kept getting an error message when purchasing online. Called customer service, they were completely rude and unfortunately aren't fluent in English so there was a language barrier. They hung up on me, kept me on hold, and ultimately were useless. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 was the limited selection of items it had. I went into the store looking for a pair of shoes (typically I shop at more age appropriate places) but I thought I would give it a shot. I walked in on a Saturday, during which time they were having a "buy one get one free" sale on selected shoes they had laid out on a table (or at least before the savages ransacked every shoe like they had never seen one before). Browsing what was left, I came across a pair of nikes I thought were "hip" (a pair I could wear and not look 15). Because they happened to be part of the sale, I knew I had to find another pair to get for free, otherwise there would be no point to the buy one get one free. Unfortunately, the only pair of decent looking shoes in my size were the ones I had. So I got the same pair in a different color, but a 1/2 size larger, despite my clown foot fear. When I got home, I realized that the shoes I did like, those hip nikes, were both a left foot (in different sizes). So I called and the wonderful, amazing manager, Julie (Jewls) who had helped me. She told me, in a professional, sweet manner, to come back in and they would take care of it. When I went back in and chatted with jewls, we had a laugh or two, and I explained that I wasn't completely satisfied with the second pair I had to get (the one that was 1/2 size too big). Given the mix up and the fact that I went back in, jewls, that sweet amazing married woman, let me get a pair that were not supposed to be on the "buy one get one free" sale in my size and color, in addition to giving me the correct right and left foot pair. I called before going to the store and asked if they price matched and honored online offers which I was told they did. Ok cool, I decided to go in instead of doing in store pick up. While shopping I noticed they didn't have the signs up stating the same online deals, didn't think much of it since I had already called before hand. I came here to return 2 necklaces I bought at another pac sun store. After trying it at home, I decided that it didn't suit me so I came to this store to return it. When I gave one of the girls the items I wanted to return, she claimed that some items were missing and gave me an impression that I was trying to return them without giving some pieces. Then she went straight to the accessary section and saw that everything I was trying to return was indeed what it was. I wasn't trying to swindle them. She gave no apology and continued talking to her fellow employees and delayed by process of returning items. She even took her phone out to show them something. This is not how you treat a customer. This is my experience from a visit I had on May 23rd, 2016 at 3:30pm. I walked in trying to do some summer shopping. I've been shopping online with PacSun for quite a while now. I decided to visit a store and no one acknowledged me. I stood around for a while until I said "To hell with this. I'm taking my business else where."
