Meagan was fantastic, I am a owner of a small business and she treats this place as her own business. We have been coming here for 6 years and we drove all the way from Goleta and used pack and post due to the great customer service, the whole team is amazing and have always looked after my wife and I. I would highly recommend this place ! Thanks again ! read more

The staff here are outstanding with customer service -- they really do their best to offer the best prices and solutions for all sorts of shipping needs and document shredding. If I used a PO Box I would definitely choose this location because even dropping by this place is a pleasure! They have cool gift shop/stationary products that I LOVE. I feel VERY confident referring people to SB Pack & Post. read more

Can't say I've had tons of experience at packing stores. That said Pack and Post has been superb to me each of the times I've gone. Just recently did a move and they were super helpful. Will is pretty friendly. If you are there you should ask for him, he's pretty knowledgable on international packing and shipping. read more

A great place for people who don't want to wait in ridiculous lines at the post office and deal with rude usps service. The place is the opposite of that. They are friendly, helpful, and you can get your mail out fast! read more

We are in SB for work and needed to mail a package to our coworker ASAP. the guys at Pack & Post were so great! They were patient and kind and truly have spectacular service! Thanks George (and the gentleman that helped me before who's name I neglected to catch). You are amazing!! read more

I've gotten quick service and I like the depth of services offered. They've got P. O. Boxes, fragile item shipping, e-commerce shipping, regular shipping, cute local items for sale and great all around service from the top down. read more

Meagan was extremely helpful per usual! She goes above and beyond to assist in any way she can. Thank you Meagan! You are much appreciated!

Aaron at Pack and Post was my representative. He was incredibly helpful and patient with me. I had to send museum collections to Paris, FR from California. I was so busy that I am certain I was not his easiest client, but he stayed on top of the order and contacted me knowing my day was busy until everything was packed and shipped. I ran Aaron through so many drills to get these pieces out and he always remained incredibly friendly. I NEVER heard a "maybe" or a "no" from him or even a sigh . . . believe me, I deserved one. This business is great! I even got a Thank You card from Aaron about 2 weeks later remembering details about an event in Paris. DO NOT HESITATE to use this business. My husband and I live in the Pismo Beach area. On April 8 my husband went into the pac and post with a lot on his mind. He needed to receive emails and fax information for his 97 year old mother who was in the hospital. Megan was so very helpful and friendly. She helped him and impressed him with everything. We want to thank you and wanted you to know we will spread the word to our family and friends in Santa Barbara to use your services. Again, a big thank you to Megan! read more

The BEST! I moved to Santa Barbara in 2012 and found Pack & Post to be a perfect solution for my mailing address since I knew I would be moving around a bit in Santa Barbara. Great service and great people. I will be moving out of state the end of the year - and will be sorry to leave them. Great service, great attitudes, and a friendly, neighborhood touchpoint. read more

Friendly, accommodating, quick and fairly priced. Great work!

Best customer service in town. I actually look forward to going to check my mail because everyone that works there is so great!

Great friendly service! Reserved a mailbox, was in and out the door in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend to anyone in the SB area.

Really helpful... I have a mailbox with them and really appreciate the package arrival texts they send me. They have a large selection of pack materials - they pack for you- all at a reasonable price. read more

Great bunch! They have shipped everything from 36"x36" canvas prints to 40"x60" fine art prints for us. Both domestic and international shipments and everything has went smoothly. I never hesitate to recommend these guys. They make things so easy. read more

So much better than the post office! George was fast, efficient and very helpful with our international packages. Definitely will return with all of our shipping needs. read more

This store is not affiliated with UPS in any way. They are not able to help with any Amazon Prime or UPS returns. They were not helpful and with the amount of business that I'm sure walks into their store you would think they would have it posted someplace that they are not affiliated with UPS and therefore cannot return any Amazon Prime items Yuri it would have been nice before I spent 20 minutes in line to have read a sign stating the fact. Just go to a UPS Store or the actual post office there's one right down the street in either direction. This store serves no purpose except for two separate you from your money read more

Exceptional customer service and highly recommended! Jeremy is incredible to work with-- always a great experience. Check them out next time you need shipping services and don't want the long post office lines. read more

I needed to ship 2 large boxes today, and decided to skip the always unpleasant USPS (seriously, on par w/ DMV). I could not have had a better experience. Both employees I had contact with were great, super knowledgable, and very helpful. I asked a ton of questions and they answered like pros. To sum it up, I avoided the USPS, supported a local company, learned about shipping basics, saved money, and actually had fun. Pack and Post is definitely my go-to for any and all shipping/post needs. read more

I couldn't be happier with the friendly and helpful service we get at Pack n Post. The staff here goes out of their way to make sure you not only get the fastest way to ship packages but also the least expensive. We have had a private mailbox here for the past year and half and a day doesn't go by without a friendly greeting from the folks who work here. I often bring my dog Tilly with me when I retrieve my mail and everyone loves to see her too. Why would anyone even consider standing in the 'forever line' at the US Post Office when they can get in-and-out at Pack and Post in no time and get a warm welcome too. They are a one-stop postal..packing..faxing..shredding..mail box..notary..freight.. and printing service. The best of the best when it comes to shipping and customer service. read more

Super sweet place. I had a mail box there a year ago, and accidentally something sent to their location. They held onto it, and sent me an e-mail informing me that it was sent to them. Great customer service, stoked to have them in my town. read more

The service at the Pack and Post on upper State St. was so incredible that I have signed up to write my first yelp review (I'm a senior woman). I had several boxes to ship to an island in Washington state, and the Pack and Post staff not only had everything I needed for packing at the store - they gave excellent advice and service. I felt supported and in good hands with the whole team. They were professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, so helpful, PLUS they were funny! I felt as light as a feather after shipping off those well-packed boxes. I would give them ten stars if I could. I asked the staff their names so that I could thank them - to Daniel, Ted, Mikey, and especially George - THANK YOU, and kudos for the exquisite customer service! Karen C. read more

I had a GREAT experience with Meagan Murray at the awesome Pack & Post. She is always so friendly, and beyond helpful!! She is so quick, so good at her job, figures out the best options, and always makes everything so easy!! It's such a difference going here than the post office, and I always seem to save money, which is opposite of what you would expect! Meagan has restored my faith in customer service, which has become obsolete these days - she is the definition of customer service!! Great job, Pack & Post...you have my business always!!! read more

George is the BEST!!!! He saved the day!!! I took my sisters and mom on a trip up to Solvang last weekend and on the way home we decided to stop at Cold Springs Tavern (which is amazing, by the way) to have lunch before hitting the road for a 3-5 hour drive back home. We took lots of photos there before heading out. We made it back to my house 4 1/2 hours later only to discover that I had left my beloved DSLR camera behind at the tavern with my camera bag full of equipment, and the SD cards with all of the photos from our trip!! While I started having a panic attack/meltdown, my sister looked up places in Santa Barbara that might be able to go pick it up and ship it back to me so I didn't have to spend a day driving up to get it. She called Santa Barbara Pack and Post and spoke to George about it. He was so kind and understanding and said that he could absolutely go pick it up and ship it back. George went above and beyond to help me out. He drove up the mountain to the tavern (a 25min drive) and back and then packed up my camera carefully and professionally, treating it like it was his own. I got my camera back the next day, safe and sound. Outstanding service that is extremely hard to find these days!! Would use their service again in a heartbeat! Thanks again George!! read more

I am new to town!!! And google maps accidentally sent me to "Pack and Post" instead if FedEx office. The warm and friendly staff assured me that they could help me even better then FedEx - and they did! They helped me print my postage and pack my boxes... Exceptionally better (cheaper) service than FedEx. I'm so glad I accidentally stumbled into this place! Ted & his staff were even so kind as to give me recommendations for local spots I should visit in town ; ) read more

George and the gentleman at pack and post are truly wonderful. They give you the old-fashioned service that is rare these days. I had 10 huge boxes of files to shred and they did it for about a third of the price of everywhere else and helped me unload them from the car. Also their services of shipping are excellent. Forget the days of waiting in line at the post office. These guys are friendly, helpful and the best. We are truly lucky to have them! read more

What an absolutely delightful experience! I came in not really prepared or organized and Mikey jumped in. Not only did he save me money, but actually made me laugh at the end of a stressful day. We all know how awesome George is... But Mikey seems to have set the bar pretty damn high!! Thanks for all your help. I'm a customer forever! read more

Pack & Post is incredible. The people who work here are friendly and always willing to help you get the best deals for shipping. I came in with a skateboard and they crafted a box to fit the super weird shape and reduced my price by about $20. Thank you so much for being such awesome guys and helping me out when I was in need. I will only come back here to do my shipping! read more

I love the staff at Pack and post the customer service is outstanding, the are funny and quick wit and quick at getting your needs met.. They also provide notery services by Will who is fantastic and is kind of a human encyclopedia.. Who I would never want to debate but I'm glad to know him if someone wishes to debate me. Ive had a mail box there for almost 4 years now and stop there daily and have never had a bad experience they also have a copier for basic copies and go above and beyond there duties.. I had to go to kinkos during the holidays for a project and realized how I had taken them for granted noone there greeted me by name .. Every one hated there job and me it felt like .. Then I realized good customer severice just can't be faked .. I just don't want to be a person that uses yelp to trash places and forget when places are really good at what they do ... And the Pack Post staff deserves to be recognized for the great customer services . read more
