RoofTek & Waterproofing Systems recently completed the rehabilitation of my Laguna Beach home's…read moreroof and I can, without any reservation, highly recommend David and his crew. Planning the project with David proceeded smoothly -he clearly specified the work necessary. I was highly impressed that when I asked about additional work, that David indicated my request was beyond the scope of the work his company specializes in. A pleasant surprise in a world where companies promise anything irrespective of their ability to deliver! For me, it was evidence of David's honesty and integrity. Our project proceeded within the timeframe that was promised. David's crew were polite and worked in a manner that would be least disruptive to those in house. After completing the job, the crew power washed the walkway and the driveway before they departed -on their own accord. Photos of the restored roof were sent to me and the work looks FANTASTIC! RoofTek & Waterproofing Systems was recommended to me by my next-door neighbor who had them do his roof. My neighbor told me that about a year after his roof was done, he thought there might be a new leak and RoofTek was at his house within hours. After their inspection, RoofTek identified the problem and corrected it -NO COST as part of the 5-year warranty their product comes with. My experience with RoofTek & Waterproofing Systems was first rate! David and his crew make the process as painless as it gets. BTW, the cost of the work were reasonable and there were no 'hidden' adjustments to the original agreed upon estimate -what more could I ask for!

What started as hairline cracks (lack of maintenance)) on my roof deck turned into major leak (and panic) into my bedroom ceiling over New Years weekend. From the initial consultation with Josh and Alfonso, they were professional, responsive, and kind explaining the entire process and answering what I am sure seemed like endless questions. Jose clearly took pride in his work. He kept the job site clean, arrived every morning on time and kept on schedule. His craftsmanship is excellent--the deck is solid, looks beautiful, and the attention to detail really shows. It's clear quality materials were used and maintenance will be straightforward. If you're looking for a reliable, skilled company for deck work, I highly recommend Prestige Deck Coating. They made the whole process easy and delivered a result that exceeded my expectations!

From the beginning, Foster was responsive, professional, and incredibly patient. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate our property, answered every question we had, and provided a detailed plan that gave us complete confidence in moving forward. Once the project began, Julio and his crew were exceptional. Julio was on site every day, kept us informed throughout the process, and his attention to detail was second to none. Early in the project, he even identified a previously unknown leak on our property that could have easily gone unnoticed and made sure it was addressed. What stood out most was the level of care the entire team put into their work. They weren't just completing a project. They were making sure it was done correctly and built to protect our home for years to come. Thank you to Shanese, Foster, Julio, and the entire team at Professional Drainage Experts. 20 stars if I could!…read more Everything about this company is top notch. I just bought a condo and I had a garage leak from a storm. :( Turns out it's from my balcony. The balcony was only 5 years old and it turns out it was done wrong. I found MFK on yelp and read through the reviews. MFK helped water test and found more leak originations than myself and another company. Their prices are right in line with other bids I received. It took a few weeks to get onto their busy books, but it was worth it. Mitch is the project manager and was fast with quoting, checked-in on site, and was always available. The 2 man crew, Gaspar and Alfredo, were amazing. They were on time every day and left it clean everyday. It was a 3 day job and it looks amazing. They showed me what they did every step of the way (I was curious) and I could see the nice quality craftsmanship. They had to rip out stucco on a wall and rip out the perimeter of my balcony to add flashing. They even found an area causing leaks just around the corner from the balcony and fixed that too (more stucco removal and flashing). They also did a few other little stucco fixes for me. Very reasonable price per square foot. Everything looks amazing. I also bid with them for roof maintenance (cleaning and sealing for 5 units in the HOA) and their pricing was the lowest out of 5 local bids. Don't use anyone else!

He also accommodated my comments and the changes I requested on some work items. He was very professional and we had great communication through completion of the project, exchanging multiple email messages and phone calls. The crew was always on time, efficient and responsive to my requests and cleaned up well at the end of each work day. I also retained them to replace my damaged wood sidings and trims. Martin did a great job custom making wood panels for me as my residence is relatively old and no sidings matching the original ones were available in the market. They completed this job efficiently as well. I found this family owned business trustworthy and will continue recommending their services to friends and family.
