So we signed a contract in April for him to design a new house for us. According to the contract, at the end of two months we would have plans ready to submit for plan check. We recently needed to get a permit for some work done to our garage by the previous homeowners and the city needed a letter from an licensed engineer stating that the window put in the garage was structurally sound. I contacted a few places I found on Yelp but Daniel was the most responsive to my questions. He explained everything in a clear and detailed manner. After consulting with him through emails, I decided to schedule an inspection because he provided the most reasonable price and seemed very knowledgeable. A few other places responded saying they may need to remove some of the drywall by the window to inspect it but Daniel was able to prove that it was structurally sound using other methods without tearing down a part of the wall.
