Wing and her team are very helpful. I am opening a new restaurant in Temple City and they guided me through the steps of getting the building permit and business license. I went to their office a few times for design meetings and i am happy with the design and floor plans. Their fee was well worth it of their work. It took four months for the plan check process from all the City's departments. Now the permit has been successfully pulled by my contractor and is going smoothly. i will upload more photos after construction completed. I have been wanting to remodel both levels of my home for a few years but when I began to design myself I soon realized that I was in over my head. With so many ideas for layout and design, what I thought to be a simple process turned out to be a clustered mess when I tried sketching it out on paper. I decided to seek professional guidance. I worked with Wing at KWWA Architecture and it was an easy experience. Wing was attentive and kept me updated constantly throughout the whole project. We had originally needed just plans/drawings for our violations but ended up choosing to do a JADU. The team was able to pivot and get everything done with submitting to the City and getting my feedback and the plans done within the deadlines. This was a project for my chinese speaking parents so being able to speak in both english and chinese was very helpful and put my parents at ease. The only issues were mostly from the city where they were very slow with the approvals, but Wing would continue to help reach out and get items approved as soon as possible. If I need more work in the future I would come back to KWWA. read more

Wing is an awesome licensed architecture. I found Wing on Yelp after I interviewed several architectures and asked around for a good licensed architecture. Wing is a very good communicator. She explained everything to me every step of the way. She send emails to me promptly and returns my calls promptly. At times, I felt bad that I had to call and email her several times because I couldn't understand everything right away. There are so many moving parts to get an approved permit from LA County. We hired Wing in March 2024 and finally now in October 2024, we will be able to get our approved permit to build our 448 square feet; 2 cars attached garage to A.D.U. in Hacienda Heights. Her price is reasonable and well worth it for all the hard work that Wing and her team has done for us. I will definitely recommend/refer Wing to all my family, relatives and friends.
