Honestly, it was a very painless experience. And the bathroom looks amazing. We were initially a bit hesitant about being limited to the showroom's materials but they had a pretty good selection. We did have to make some compromises for the wall tile, since they didn't have exactly what we wanted, but we're still very happy with how it turned out. All in all, I highly recommend EK&B.

Plus this wasn't even the first time he did this. He also agreed with one of my coordinators to meet at 11:00am and instead he arrived at the facility around 10:00am.
