Before choosing Unique Architecture, I contacted no less than 10 architectural firms seeking quotes for our home renovation project. We are doing an extensive interior remodeling of our home. Of the 10 or so companies contacted, only 3 returned our calls. One was way too busy and could not work within our time frame, another gave us a quote that was really overpriced which included a premium charge on a standard government fee. Unique was the first one who answered my call with one call. I actually had a nice chat with Sean Wang, the chief architect the first time I called. He promptly provided us with a quote and was willing to work on our project within a reasonable time frame. Sean took what I had in mind and my elementary school level drawing and turned it into a couple of professional plans we could choose from. From there he followed up with the city promptly and kept us in touch along the way. Although the process in obtaining the permit with the city was lengthy and difficult, Sean worked with us along the way and even answered our emails while he's on vacation!
