Quality products and excellent customer service. I bought my ceiling fans several years ago. The circuitry of one had fried during one of the frequent brown/black outs (thanks HECO), and Pacific Ceiling Fans were able to identify the problem. They ordered the parts and had it serviced within two weeks. I'll choose this business over H.D. or Lowe's for ceiling fans all the time. Mahalo PCF! read more

One word summary: SERVICE... Yes, Pacific Ceiling Fans have beautiful product. This is where my ceiling fans were purchased by previous owner of home. Nicest, best quality ceiling fans I've ever owned. What has brought me back a few times we're issues with the remote(s). It's to be expected. Things break down after years of use. The last two times (over years) Blaine has been the one to assist me. Each time he listened to the situation intently, decided best course of action, and quickly provided solution. And the last time I thought the replacement remote was faulty... I telephoned them while driving back to exchange when associate "kindly" mentioned if it was a remote problem they would absolutely replace it BUT they would also make sure it wasn't an issue with the wiring or fan itself. Oops... I didn't consider that possibility. Turned my car around, right after picking up some onolicious oxtail soup across the street from them. :-) After arriving home, reprogrammed my other remote to see if same issue and bingo! ... light on fan still not turning off with remote. Easy workaround... just use wall switch. Thank you Pacific Fans for your always great service! Thank you also for your kindness in talking to me, making sure I felt like a valued customer, not like an idiot for not figuring out the secondary issue (the first remote was still faulty and needed to be replaced !). You've got my future business and referrals to friends and family! read more

We bought 2 fans for about $800 each and 3 other fans for about $500. The cheaper ones were fine but we've had many problems with the other 2. They replaced one of them 3 times . We had an electrical engineer install it but since we had problems we paid their installer but it still doesn't work properly. The lights don't work properly so we just stopped using the lights on both. Considering what we paid for the 5 fans, we feel that we got a very bad deal. We think the expensive ones are defective. They should have offered to either refund our money or offer an exchange with another type. We spent over $3,000.00 there. We will never go back there. read more

Ceiling Fans can be more than just functional - it can transform the look of your room as it did mine. My 8 year old Minka Aire Supra ceiling fan light failed to turn on. I was happy!!! Although, I believe it could have been repaired, I wanted a good excuse to buy a new and more architecturally interesting unit to accent the master bedroom. I was not disappointed. I just love my gray Minka Aire Transonic ceiling fan which looks super against the grayish blue walls and white ceiling. Service again was AMAZING!!! There was a misunderstanding on the color of the unit (which was back ordered and I should have noticed). The error was only discovered at the time I picked up the unit. No problem. They found the right color unit and they backordered the longer matching downrod to match. BEFORE you purchase a ceiling lamp at one of the big box stores, you should checkout this store. They carry comparable units and they have a great selection of medium to higher priced quality ceiling fans. Surprisingly, their prices are pretty good! After going to their store, I started understanding how much a ceiling fan can change the appearance of a room. Mahalo to Christian and Blaine!!! read more

Outstanding customer service from Christian who saved the day! Truly appreciated his handling of my situation. I will definitely be back for my future ceiling fan needs. And, Richard (owner), thank you for your support and understanding. read more

Good service. We bought a Minka fan and glad we invested! Definitely worth the money!

We went over to Pacific Ceiling Fans per recommendation from family who got it for their place. When we arrived Blaine helped us with everything we need to know in regards to which fan works best for our rooms. We wanted to get one for our two bedrooms and the living room. One bedroom was smaller then the living room and master bedroom so he showed us which one would work best for that room. We ended up buying 3 fans and having Carlos install it for us. Overall experience was amazing! We had it where one of our fans stopped working and I worked with Blaine through the whole process and we got it up and running in a couple of days with him guiding me on what to troubleshoot. Buy from here and you wont regret it. Thanks Blaine! read more

I bought my fan here from Blaine years ago. In all that time this is the first I had any problems. I came in this morning because something blew and my lights weren't working. I was pleasantly surprised to see Blaine still working here. He and Richard took my fixture in the back and within minutes came out and told me problem fixed! I was ecstatic...quick and free, what more could I ask for? We went home, hooked it up and...uh-ohh, not quite right. Called Blaine and he said bring it back in with the remote. Apparently we have been using the wrong bulbs for years, who knew!? So back to Pacific Ceiling Fans we went. This time they did a little more investigating and noticed that one of the sockets didn't look right, no wonder that one bulb kept going out. Richard cleaned it out, put the right bulbs in and voila let there be light. Oh happy day! Off we went again this time, no charge, new light bulbs and a working light fixture, or so we thought. The light still wasn't working so we called Blaine... again, lol. He said it had to be the receiver. Third times the charm? Yes, and still no charge! Wow, what service! They said they felt bad all the times we had to come back but to me it was well worth it. Thank you Pacific Ceiling Fans, Blaine and Richard you guys are awesome! If your looking for class A customer service and a great selection of ceiling fans this is the place to come. read more

We have purchased three fans from this store. They carry top quality fans that you don't find in big box locations. I wanted a different type of fan that I could purchase the lights here on our island and that is what I found at Pacific Ceiling Fans. They are experts in what type of size fan you will need for your specific room size and cooling needs. They were able to answer my questions and had the fans I wanted in stock. The salesman was nice s friendly and listened to our needs that really helped us decided what style and price would fit our budget. I would definitely purchase more fans when we decide to change fans in our others rooms. Tip: show then you Yelp coupon for a discount..... read more

We have used this company since we moved to Hawaii in 1981 and their fans are top of the line. The fans from 1981 were replaced when we remodeled recently. We added fans in all our rooms. The climate change required more ventilation in the recent years. Also the cane fields have disappeared and been replaced with roads and homes. Now we're making the best use of the Tradewinds on upper Makakilo! Pacific Ceiling Fans had a good variety of fans to meet each family members needs and design models . I suggest that you use one of the experienced installers to ensure proper placement. read more

Blaine has an amazing showroom full of fans and the level of customer service is A+. He helped us in person, on the phone, and via email. His expertise helped us to figure out what we needed to keep our house cool. Additionally, he provided a list of options for installation. The installer from his list picked up the fans for us, brought them to our house, and installed them. We are so happy with our new bedroom ceiling fans! And so cool! We will definitely go back to Pacific Ceiling Fans for any future fan shopping! read more

5 stars for extreme helpfulness and friendliness. I had originally bought ceiling fans from Home Depot but was very disappointed and sought out somewhere else to get ceiling fans for my new home. I had called Pacific Ceiling fans and talked to Blaine who was so great on the phone and encouraged me to come to the shop to take a look. Blaine also assisted me in person and was diligent at answering all my questions and making sure I had enough info before selecting the fan of my choice. Pacific Ceiling Fans do not install for you, but they do have a preferred vendor list that they hook you up with. For your ceiling fan needs, avoid the big box home improvement stores and check out Pacific Ceiling Fans. read more

I had a great experience at Pacific Ceiling Fans. Blaine is very knowledgeable and super easy to work with. He answered all my questions and helped me make the right choice with no pressure. I even called them the next day after purchasing the fan and they walked us through changing the light settings over the phone. Mahalo for the excellent customer service and great fan! read more

The guy who helped was, his name is Blaine. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't "try to make a sale" like a car salesman. He answered ALL our questions!! Was not pressured at all to buy anything, but because of the excellent customer service it was easy to give this company our money. Our fans are life time warranty with them and can fix your fan if anything is wrong with it. This is by far top choice in all categories of customer service ! Love the selection of fans here! I believe I spoke to Christian. He was very helpful and narrowed down our selection to exactly what we were looking for! We decided on Light Wave by minkaAire in White. It's beautiful! I also love that the light can be dimmed. I needed four which they did have in stock. These were perfect and very modern looking! Great customer service and variety of choices. We needed two in-stock (TODAY) white fans close to the ceiling. Had checked all the big box stores to no avail and were about to settle on something else and instead Yelped this business and glad we did. Helpful no-pressure salesperson and we love our new fans!!! read more

Bought a new fan and they were very helpful in making sure I got exactly what I wanted. When I purchased a downrod of the wrong length (my fault not theirs) they even let me return it when I purchased the new one. Since the initial purchase they've helped me fix a few other fans around my house and have been super easy to work with. Even though I am one of many customers they always somehow immediately pick up where we left off and help me with whatever issues I'm having with some of the older fans that came with the house. Blaine has been very helpful and this is one of those times I'm very happy to be working with a small business that values relationships with it customers. read more

It was very frustrating hunting for the perfect ceilings fans. Going online looking into lowes and homedepot and actually going there and no one is around to get the right answers. Pacific ceiling fans was the advice from an electrician I bumped into. So I went down and this guy Blaine was the bomb! He answered all our questions knew what amount of airflow and size ceiling fans we would need. The next issue was which one because all of them had character for each room. I got the two KOA for my living room and two for my bedrooms. Then he had a list of electricians who does ceiling fans what a package. These fans are amazing I had ceiling fans before and it barely felt a breeze. Man on level two out of six it's so breezy. You want quality and answers it's well worth the money. read more

Awesome source for all things ceiling Fans and lights! I've been going to Blaine and his team here at PCF for years. I've never had anything less than the best of experiences. Whether with my purchases, repairs, warranty replacements, parts replacements... whatever the case has been, whatever the questions I have, Blaine has been nothing less than supportive and eager and able to assist, nothing less than all-knowing on his expertise in this area of home needs and all things related (electrical, mechanical, aesthetic...) - even when I'm not in shopping/purchasing mode, they stop at norhing less than exceeding expectations and providing excellent customer service. And, their prices have better than competitive. This is THE Place to buy your ceiling fans and seek repairs, if ever needed. And, I expect I will be a happy, life-long, returning customer. Without qualification, i highly recommend PCF. They are, simply, Awesome with ceiling fan and light fixtures, and i am a big fan of their Awesomeness! read more

We purchased 5 fans from Pacific Ceiling Fans 6 months ago for a major remodel to our new home. I picked them up and our contractor installed them. One (identical to 2 others) did not work. Customer rep blamed the electrician. We switched the faulty fan with a working one to determine that it was the fan, not the wall connection. I took the faulty fan back to the store (a 40-min. drive for me). I asked if they would deliver a new fan. Blaine told me, no, I'd be picking it up when he gets the part in (did I mention that I spent almost $2500 at this place?). Also that I had a lousy electrician, who lost 3 controllers. I said, how could it be that we got 2 different fans with controllers and 3 identical ones without? I'm in the middle here - makes no sense to me (that's how I phrased it, basically). He stood his ground. I drove away feeling very disrespected! I see that Amazon carries the same brand. If these guys want to stay in business, I suggest they do some customer rep training. read more

The best quality fans are here. And they were able to order me a part for my 12 yr old chandelier ceiling fan. Awesome!

These guys might think they know fans but they suck at customer service. The sales guys was talking to me like I was stupid. What a real A Hole. I wouldn't buy anything from these guys nor recommend them to anyone. read more

Pacific Ceiling Fans - MinkaAire fan for the Dining Room - Lighting Fixtures & Equipment Near Me - Aiea, Hawaii

What better place to buy a ceiling fan than a place that specializes and sells only ceiling fans!!!!!!! There's reserved parking for their customers right in front. I was too lazy to move the cone so I parked somewhere else.... Lots of parking in this area. I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted by Richard. I told him that I needed 3 fans for my 2 bedroom apartment. There were lines on the ground that demonstrated room sizes.... I pointed out the size of my room..... and done! He suggested the perfect size and perfect priced fans! Very happy with their customer service and my purchase. LOCATION: Conveniently located in Aiea next to Best Buy inside the Harbor Square Center PARKING: Free! Lots of parking in the area.... And reserved spots right in front of the store, just for you!!! PRICE: Good quality and reasonably priced! Also, they have a one year manufacturers warranty on parts AND a lifetime warranty the motor!!! Just make sure you KEEP THE RECEIPT! CUSTOMER SERVICE: Exceptional! Super friendly staff! I never felt pressured at all! Knowledgeable and offered several options for my fan. Who knew there were so many options for a fan! I thought it just spins and keeps me cool. :) I highly recommend this place to all property owners and property managers! read more

I would not recommend this shop go anywhere else other then their store. The employee was so unhelpful and offered zero options as I was searching for a globe replacement. He took ONE step to look my name up in the computer and that was the extent of help I received. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Unfortunately your reply is not accurate as to the events and I was at no point irate although your employee was condescending and rude which is why I posted this review. I was disappointed at the response when I asked if we could find a catalog or other options which he replied NO. He only offered to look the name up in the computer, which to me was not going very far in his customer service to resolve the issue. No I will not be back and not refer any of my clients to either. read more

Fast, efficient service! We experienced electrical problems with an older model ceiling fan and called Pacific Ceiling Fans looking for help. Christian was immediately responsive, with a full range of options from replacement to repair. It turned out the fan we had is no longer available, and with several of the same model installed, we were delighted to learn that the problem likely was a replaceable component. Christian made a home visit the next day and replaced the bad capacitor, which fixed the Problem. Great advice, great service, and very reasonable! 5 stars! read more

I am thankful that someone have referred me to this place. I've checked out Home Depot & City Mill for fans and both places did not have much selections and available knowledgeable sales rep. I did not check out Lowe's because my experience with them have been horrible. The service at Pacific Ceiling Fans was exceptional. Richard was my sales rep. He knew the products and was able to help narrow my selections for me. He suggested different options. He was very patient with me as I was having a hard time deciding what fan was best for my living room and bedroom. I ended up purshasing couple fans and spending $100 more than what I budgeting for. However I didn't mind spending a little more because of the service I received. Furthermore, both fans I purchased came with lifetime warranty and LED 3yr warranty. If I have any problem with the fans, I could always contact them and I will not need to contact the manufacturer directly! A big plus! Excellent customer service! A business that stands behind their products and customers! read more

I'll never buy a fan from anywhere else. Customer service is awesome and great selection of fans

Pacific Ceiling Fans in Aiea is my go-to boutique store for high quality, energy efficient, modern design ceiling fans. This store was was highly recommended by my contractor! When my husband and I bought our home, we inherited these big and clunky ceiling fans that the prior owner left - clashing with the simple and clean interior look and feel that we are going for. I looked at Home Depot and Costco and did not like any of the fans I saw there. Thanks to Pacific Ceiling Fans, I found beautiful Minka Air Ceiling Fans that are high quality, energy efficient, and go perfectly with my home's modern, simple look! I bought Ceiling Fans for my living room and bedrooms from here. The customer service reps who work at Pacific Ceiling Fans are always very helpful and friendly, and even carry the boxes of fans for you to your car. I've always had a great experience buying fans from this store! Highly recommend this store. read more

Have only purchased fans from here, for like forever it seems. Salespeople are super patient, friendly, informative and not all about up selling. Nothing is more irritating when a salesperson tries to sell me more or pricier items. This has never been my experience @ Pacific Ceiling Fans. We just purchased 2 Minka fans and our electrician said they were probably the best made fans he has ever installed. Grateful for Christian's patience, showing me the differences and sold me a lesser priced fan than what I was intending to buy. Have I espoused enough about this shop?!
