Few workmen today actually take pride in their work. Jethro, the owner of Jet Electric, is the exception. We called several electricians and were disappointed in all of them for one reason or another. Then we tried Jet. I said I wanted a quote for some electrical work and I explained the problem. Jethro said it's better if I come by and take a look. "No thanks. I'm not paying for any 'estimate trips' to the house," I told him. He said no problem. No charge... and I can stop by now if that' OK. Wow, how about that for service. So, he comes to the house, we talk about the job and he gives us several options on how to best do the work along with the price. That was Tuesday. On Thursday, he arrives at eight o'clock and starts work as agreed. We could see from the very beginning that Jethro takes a lot of pride in his work and does it with a smile. Very exacting, measuring everything as he goes, and he makes sure everything is perfect before he moves on to the next step. How many workmen do that today? Not many. He cleaned up everything as he worked and there was no mess when the job was finished. We can't remember the last time we were so satisfied and we actually gave him a bottle of Bailey's Irish Cream and a bottle of liquor brought back from a vacation in Latvia to say "thank you for a job well done". Jet is amazing and very high spirited! When I first called looking for a electrician, he took around 10 minutes trying to help me troubleshoot my electrical issues over the phone. This is unheard of and there's literally no electrician that would do that. On top of that, he was on vacation while trying to help me. No other electrician was able to fix and diagnose my electricity issue, but upon scheduling an appointment, he was able to diagnose and repair my electrical issue. His prices are very fair and reasonable, unlike some electricians, and his knowledge and expertise is superb! I needed a licensed electrician to electrically refresh my newly purchased condo. I hired Jet's Electrical on a 16 hour estimate but he finished in 12 hours! Because it was a big job, we started with a phone consult and then scheduled a site visit to get the estimate. He stepped me through everything on-site and explained how the work was going to be done, getting to know each obstacle and how he would work around them. He had a big task of replacing all 16 outlets, 6 light switches, and 4 light fixtures. On top of that, he installed new outlets for a new dishwasher, microwave hood, and closet outlet with new fuse for a Dyson. He also installed 3 brand new light fixtures and mounted the TV to the wall with all the wires tucked away in the wall. Between consult and scheduling, I kept in touch with Jet because I still had to purchase the fixtures I wanted and he gave me approvals for everything and advised me against certain items because they were not rated for the area they were being installed in. This was all valuable feedback because my wife wanted to make all the design decisions, but sometimes design doesn't always have the proper function. On the scheduled start date, he arrived promptly with all his equipment, ready to work. He wasted no time and got straight to work. He worked carefully, efficiently, and followed every step he laid out. He even ran into certain challenges while working and gave me feedback on the solution. My wife and I were beyond happy with the final result. Everything was installed professionally and I could tell he didn't cut any corners. Everything looked and felt solid. All the lights and dimmers worked perfectly. The TV looked great no matter how we pull it out for viewing. Everything we purchased was Alexa compatible, so me being a techie, I am so happy I have my smart home set up! read more

Thank you Jet for your fast response to my inquiry. I was looking for an electrician to service our 31 year ceiling fan. I love this fan and would miss it dearly. I have used Jet's services at two homes and would not hesitate to use him again. He is a refreshing professional to work with in this industry as he is exceedingly meticulous, knowledgeable, punctual, and honest. He is transparent about the work he is doing as well as his pricing. We contacted Jet initially because we needed switches relocated in the master bathroom and our hallway lights were not working. Jet did a full inspection of our the home and found a multitude of problems created by the previous electrician during my recent total renovation and helped us to fix them (wires were reversed, bundle of wires in the wall that caused a spark from touching each other , outdoor outlets were regular outlets and not protected from the elements, and much more). We are relieved he found these issues before they became a bigger problem. Jet is also very creative. I was not happy with the way I could see electrical wires in the pantry and cabinet that the previous electrician did and he came up with a way to make the kitchen look 10 times more aesthetically pleasing. I called Jet's Electrical to service my in-laws home in Pearl City. Home was 40+ years old with some original outlets. Jet was able to come to my residence within and hour and trouble shoot/fix my electrical outlet problem. He invited me to accompany him as he went through the process of finding the cause of the dead outlet. He started from the breaker box to the different outlets and even the tracking the nomex (electrical) wiring in the attic. Amazing. I can't say anything else. In this day and age, finding someone that goes above and beyond & also cares about his work is rare. Long story short. We had a hard to find gas leak underground. They would have to reroute the pipes and that would have been more $$$ and time we would have to go without our gas water heater and stove. So we decided to go electrical. We called Tues. afternoon (the day we found out about the gas leak), Jet came by Weds. for an estimate, and converted us to electrical Thurs.. Paid Jet a very reasonable and transparent fee and he even came back Friday just to make sure the plumber didn't need any help. Good thing he did because we bought a shorter water heater than the previous gas one and needed to have an extension on the electric side. Amazing!!!
