Mario was awesome! He responded quickly and showed up on time - in fact early! I appreciated his kind manner and knowledge. He knew what was necessary for me to adjust and made his recommendation. Reasonably priced and very helpful. My issue is that our tankless water heater kept tripping the breaker. So he checked the breaker and tightened it down. Also took a look at the junction box and wiring by the water heater. Made a recommendation that the breaker be changed to match the other breakers but didn't force it and told me why. He recommended that a plumber check the heater first and then if it kept tripping the breaker he can come back. Didn't charge me very much to do this assessment. Definitely recommend! read more

1-20-22 You know the saying, when it rains, it pours? Gosh we sure had our share of electrical issues pounding down on us all of a sudden. I used Yelp to find electricians and narrowed them down to distance from me, stars and 7 a.m. opening times. I put in Request A Quote before 7 a.m. 3 names popped up. One company answered he was unavailable. Luckily as soon as it was 7 a.m. I phoned Mario and was told to text him my address. I asked him, You can come out this morning? Answer was yes and his men were going to be in Mililani and they'd come to me first. Hooray, golly gee was I relieved and happy. Pessimistic thinking before I went to bed was hope the house doesn't burn down with that loud humming problem. Yesterday someone rang our doorbell and a loud buzzing was emitted from the internal housing and droned on for 17 hours. It was bothersome like a mosquito trying to attack your ear non stop. That very same evening the outlet upstairs stopped working. A week ago our ceiling fan with lights went kaput. Long story short, Joshua and Connor arrived in 2 separate trucks a few minutes before 8 a.m. They looked at the list I wrote out of items needing repair or replacement and went straight to work. I asked for the price and Joshua said he needed to run some diagnostics. Once the wires were exposed he said $600, cash or check. I started to write out the check and Joshua said they were going to City Mill to pick up parts. Perfect timing cuz I had to run our fur bebe to the vet for her bortadella. That was at 9 a.m. By the time I returned they were already by their trucks, finished by 10:45 a.m. They were nice, efficient and trouble shooted quickly from one issue to another including a stair outlet, garage light, upstairs outlet, ceiling fan and doorbell. Would I call them again for future problems? Most definitely What had me sold was fur bebe approved of Joshua who seemed to be the lead electrician and watched him calmly without going bonkers. She was so relaxed taking everything in. If you need a good recommendation to have some electrical work done, give Mario a call. If he is busy he can contact a side job for you Licketty split! I was more than impressed. Great to have that weight taken care of so swiftly. Note: 6+ hours so far since they left: we are waiting to get a receipt for the work order as we paid $600 for 2 hours 45 minutes which included time away from our place to pick up supplies. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would but the lowest is 1. I'm very upset that I allowed Mario, the owner of Precise Wiring System, to dupe me. I had what seemed to be possibly an electrical issue and he responded that he would come by to check it out and provide a free quote. He came and all he did was take off the plate to the wall outlet and rotate the outlet 180 degrees and put the plate back. I asked him is that really going to fix it and he assured me yes. I even asked him shouldn't you at least open the electrical panel to check it out and he said no. I was skeptical but he seemed confident that it would fix the problem and charged me for his services just to rotate a wall outlet! I asked him if it didn't fix the issue, if I could contact him and he'll come back to fix it and he said yes. I feel embarrassed that I trusted him. That night we noticed that the issue wasn't fixed and I have been trying to contact him ever since. I've called him and texted and messaged through Yelp and no real responses. He has my money and has now ghosted me. I'm not sure how he has so many 5 star reviews whether they are real or fake or paid reviews but please make sure he does what he promises before you pay him or else you may fall prey to his shady business. Great things to share about Mario and his fellow electrical workers at Precise Wiring! I hired him to install both a 240v and 110/120v line to a carport for EV charging and outside power use. His quoted contract price included everything! They trenched about 20 feet to properly bury the lines to code, and ran the line under the house into a properly-sealed junction box before making a clean entry into the main fuse box. Further, they installed the weather resistant plugs next to each other in one of the main posts, and it looks great, I will add photos some time later to this review. A bonus little project of adding an outlet under the kitchen sink to accommodate a future dishwasher was completed fast and well. All this work only took about 2 days, and the technicians that came on site were very professional and kind, and even showed me where all the lines routed for future reference as well as make sure all outlets were properly live before they left the job site. The entire project was also priced very well, competitive compared to other contractor's rates at only $2k. I will definitely be hiring Mario again for any future electrical projects. read more

First company put me off for a week, then made up excuses on why they stood me up for our first meeting, then referred me to "one of my workers" who put me off for almost 2-weeks. What can I say except the only reason my clients were able to purchase their home was because Mario came in with the lowest quote. We call him Ángel Mario, because literally, he was an angel that swooped in to make it reasonable for my clients to purchase their home in Kailua with all the work that needed to be done to the house prior to moving in.
