1/28/26 - Josh arrived within the allotted time after communicating he was finishing up on another job and gave an ETA. He replaced a noisy 20+ year old NuTone bath fan with a quiet, energy-star rated Panasonic Whisperfit model and fixed a non-working switch to the disposal. Excellent work with courtesy and professionalism. Kept everything neat and tidy, too. Had 3 fans (plus 2 switches swapped out and 1 new one) and an outlet installed. I started the process via yelp project, and Josh responded quickly. Organizing a time for him to come check out my unit for an in-person quote was easy. He was patient in answering all my questions and I trusted his judgment in decisions regarding aesthetics or what made most sense. After the initial visit, Josh promptly sent the quote which was very detailed. I had a question on editing something we had previously discussed, and he had no problem accommodating with a new quote to reflect the change. Shortly after approving the quote we scheduled dates for him and his other guy (Jesse?) to come and get the job done. Overall I'm super happy with the new fans and extra outlet. Because we have concrete ceilings, wire moulding was inevitable. Nevertheless, Josh made the visible track as minimal as possible and we're really pleased with how it turned out. I also appreciated how they vacuumed, wiped down surfaces, and even disposed of all the fan boxes for me after the job was done. The final invoice was spot on with the quote and was easily paid via credit card immediately after he wrapped up. Pricing was the best quote I received out of all the other electricians. I met Josh through a prior engagement earlier this year and decided to contract him again for additional projects. I recently hired him to install a NEMA 14-50 240V outlet in preparation for delivery of my new electric car. Josh provided a timely estimate with full breakdown of parts and labor. Due to the way my home was built, he provided guidance and several options on where I can save money on labor yet still achieve the results I am after. Highly recommend! Josh was extremely responsive, quick and was able to work within our schedule to get a few things done around the house. We needed to do the following: 1) install 4 prong plug, 2) change x2 light fixtures in bathroom & living room. Josh was provided us with a very fair estimate, had great communication, and was able to quickly reschedule with us when one of my fixtures didn't arrive in the mail in time.
