Requested HECO to come out and discovered the 100 amp breaker melted the plastic behind it and basically fell apart. Requested an electrician on Memorial Day and Johny responded very quickly and came out right away. Obviously checked the reviews prior to requesting him. Anyways, by just providing him a picture he could tell just the breaker needed replacing instead of the whole panel, which would've costed thousands. Johny is super knowledgeable and friendly. He ended up checking all my breakers and if there were any overload. Basically made sure everything is safe and up to par. In Jaime's case with us, he spent the time on site and many times on the phone, showing us photos of how the work would be done, etc. explaining how the process of installing the electrical lines with HECO and assured us that HECO and C&C would be on the job to insure proper workmanship. Quality of work sucks ass. Hired to fix the electrical connection from HECO to my house. Charged…read more$1000, didn't properly seal the conduit pass through in my roof so now have to replace 1/4 of my roof because of water damage causing wood rot. Tried calling x5 about the seal, but he wouldn't answer, return my call, or respond to texts. And found out from a better electrician that he was supposed to change the main breaker when he changed the HECO connection so now have to repair the roof, install a NEW connection to HECO line, AND install a new main breaker. Thanks JM.
