A couple of my friends told me about Four Corners for the past year. One of them also told me that they had Fried Pickles. Once I (finally) got to check out Four Corners, Pacheco Taco N Burger was sitting right to the side of the bar. I saw the Fried Pickles on the menu that was displayed on a wall, I looked over the rest of the menu after my order. The crowd started flowing once the Dallas Stars game was on the verge of starting (there were a good amount of TVs). The wait on my food didn't take long & my craving was fixed. The pickles had a slight crunch & the ranch was really good. The lady who took my order was nice & sweet. This was a banging burger! This burger spot is tucked inside the brewery, when you pull up it may look closed, but when you walk in it is past the bar to the left. Wanted a burger, found a great one! This gem inside the brewery is an awesome find. Wasn't sure where it was since I didn't see any signage for the place. But once you walk in you see it tucked in the corner. Really liked this place. Lots of seating and bar. Had plenty of screens to watch the games on. Also liked how they had games to play at the tables if you'd like. Very cool spot overall. As for the food and service, it was top tier. Really liked the smash burger and fries. Hit the spot. I have yet to find a better smash burger in Dallas and I am, honestly, doing myself a disservice continuing the search. It's quality. The meat taste like its never experienced 32 degrees in it's existence - too fresh. With every bite your taste buds are in awe. If there was an ingredient list on the bag, I would read it simply hoping to discover "how does it taste so damn good?" Needless to say, I wish I could give them more stars because 5 is insufficient. Stopped by Pacheco Taco N Burger well at the Four Corners Brewery in Dallas. When you arrive, parking can be a bit tricky as the parking lot will likely be full and you'll likely need to find street parking. To order you'll walk up to the counter and place your order with the cashier. The cashier will then give you a number. I ordered the carne asada fries which has queso, steak, ranch, sour cream, green salsa, cilantro, and bacon. The fries were excellent but I was a bit disappointed by the small size. The host was very nice when I went and food wasn't bad but was just meh. I guess I had high expectations given the reviews. We got the little chick sliders, double smash burgers and carne asada fries. Little Chick sliders -6.5/10 I like the seasoning they use on the crispy little nuggets. But it was kind of bland. I wish it had a slaw or something to keep it interesting. Double smash burgers- 6.5/10 I had asked for onions on the side but was surprised they cooked in. It was well hidden but not a bad thing. Burgers were really paper thin though so I hardly felt anything. Buns were nice but again, bland together. Really, the fries were the redeeming quality. The carne asada fries- 9/10 I really like the fries here. Cooked well and crispy but soft and fluffy on the inside. The loaded meat and bacon and sour cream is pretty good here! Took a little field trip for lunch today and gave this place a try- I will be coming back. Simple smash burger- two flattened patties, nice and crispy edges. Nice pickles, soft bun, and flavorful house sauce. Nothing fancy but plenty good. Fries- hot, crispy, seasoned. Good combo. So after seeing this all over Tiktok, finally got the opportunity to try it!! I came on a Wednesday right around opening time so thankfully, it wasn't packed and the crazy long line hadn't started yet!! The customer service was great!! The girl working the counter was so sweet and helpful. Unfortunately - that day, they weren't serving the burger I wanted to try (Kelly House Burger), so after some deliberation, I decided to go with a half order of carne asada fries, the barbacoa taco, and original smash burger. The carne asada fries were solid!! The fries were crispy, and the sauces on top were tasty, but I felt like overall it was missing something.The burger was great!! They use Martin Potato Rolls for the buns, (which are the best buns on the planet), so that was obviously a bonus!! The burger itself was super well-seasoned and juicy!! My main complaint here was that I wish they used thicker and or crunchy pickles (personal preference), I feel like it would've brought some dimension to the burger. With the smash patties, cheese, sauce, caramelized onions, and pickles, everything kind of all melted together, which isn't bad, but I would've really appreciated some more texture, which could've come in the form of crunchy pickles. Foodie Alert! I got a chance to check out the Pacheco Taco & Burger, a Mom & Pop shop located in the neighborhood foodmart Save Way in Grand Prairie, TX. Upon arrival, you will notice the parking is less than desirable; you basically have to make your own parking spot. I read the reviews, I saw the videos and it still didn't prepare me for how good these burgers would be! Tucked away in the back of Four Corners brewery, this small place packs an incredible punch! I've seen quite a few videos about Pacheco on TikTok so I had a feeling on a Sunday it would be extremely busy but to my surprise, we walked in to no line. Either we got extremely lucky or people are sleeping on this place like crazy. There's no reason the line shouldn't be out the door. The food came out in about 10 minutes, enough time to order a beer and get comfortable. All I can say is WOW! Everything was hot and fresh, seasoned well and just perfect. This may actually be the best burger I've ever had. I also appreciated that they got the art of the smash right. I've had smash burgers that are so smashed down that the edges get all crumbly. Pacheco's burger had the perfect edges. The carne asada fries were good as well but next time I'd opt for regular fries just because the burger is enough.
