Located right across from the Courtyard Dallas which was super convenient for us. We stopped here for lunch the first day and tried the quesabirria with shrimp lunch special. OMG so good. It comes with rice, beans and a drink. You can't beat that deal. We decided to try them again the next day and opted for the Burris ramen with shrimp. I was super pleased. I recommend they start providing chopsticks for this dish. Prices: affordable Service: can be slow during rush hour but food is worth the wait Ambiance: there is a little club next door so we were jamming to music while waiting for our food

This place is incredible. I was in town with a friend for a board game convention and walked over from the hotel for a quick dinner. We loved it so much that we came back 3 nights in a row. The birria sandwich is one of the best sandwiches I've had in my life. The quesadillas and tacos were amazing as well. They make their own salsa and cook their birria for 12 hours and you can absolutely tell when you eat the food. The chef and the woman working the register remembered us each time we came back and were clearly passionate about their food. These are the kind of restaurants that we need more of. Just know that it's a small place so you can sit outside at a counter, but most people will probably get the food to go. I'd give the more than 5 stars if I could. I can't recommend Chef Tastebudz highly enough!

First time trying this place and from where we at, it's quite a drive during rush hour since they have certain days and time open. The place is close to the court and they have enough parking for the location. They play good music and have limited seating. The wait can get long but it's worth the wait. They are friendly and patient when ordering. As for the food, it is delicious! Our favorite so far was the hot cheetoburrito. We also ordered the pizza and birriaquesadilla. All the food were great! We'll definitely come back.

This place is a gem! Everything thing we had was delicious. The tacos and ramen were very flavorful. The staff were extremely helpful and super friendly. Although limited, there is seating. I just happened to walk by and told them I'll be back for dinner. We ended up eating there twice during our stay in Dallas. It was right across the street from our hotel. Definitely a must try... and again, if you will! Lol!

It's worth the wait. My suggestion is to try them before they get bought out. The flavor is better than most.

Our server was attentive, provided us menus and the restaurant's decor created a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that transported me back to Okinawa Japan. After traveling abroad, it is especially refreshing to find authentic Japanese cuisine in the United States, and Hinodeya Ramen truly stands out in that regard. We ordered several katsu curry plates, bento boxes for the children, and started with an order of gyoza as an appetizer. The gyoza arrived crisp on the outside with a juicy filling that we demolished within minutes of being placed on the table. The katsu curry arrived as crispy cutlets paired with a thick, curry sauce that was rich and delicious. The chicken bento boxes contained a variety of vegetables, rice and their selection of proteins. Our meal was flavorful, and absolutely delicious. This establishment also brought back memories for my sister and me of our time serving abroad in Okinawa. The rich flavors, the spicy curry, and the authenticity of the cooking made it feel like a small return to Japan. Finding Japanese food that encompasses those flavors is not easy to find, but this restaurant truly delivered. I highly recommend Hinodeya Ramen for anyone looking for an authentic Japanese dining experience in Dallas. It will absolutely be my go-to spot whenever I'm back in the area!

Place was pretty empty, but again, had just opened its doors for its day! Restaurant was clean and modern. There is a section that has a few stairs, so if you have any accessibility issues I would call ahead and ask for a table on the top part of the restaurant. I asked if they had mimosas in which the server replied they did not. However, she came back shortly after and said they could make an exception! I appreciated that and thought it was a nice gesture. Overall, service was really great and attentive. At no point did our water glasses go empty, and we placed our orders super quick. For lunch, I had the Spicy Creamy V Ramen. My friend had Tonkotsu Black. We also split an order of the French fries. Overall, the ramen was very tasty. It wasn't spicy at all, but I appreciate that JINYA includes sauces on the table to add to your ramen. The toppings (onions, tofu, etc.) were delicious and fresh. I also felt super full after only a few bites and took the rest home - well worth the price! My friend enjoyed his meal as well. The French fries needed a bit more salt, but only if you didn't use the dipping sauces. Which you would be crazy not to do so, as they are delicious. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and would definitely be back for a quick, affordable lunch.

The inside is tiny and there isn't even a proper "waiting" area. I've also tried coming here before, and there was also a long wait. I'm glad I decided to stick it out this time. We ordered the Wagyu sushi, Yakitori, Tonkotsu Miso Ramen, and the Tomato Ramen. The Wagyu sushi is torched right in front of you! The Wagyu was incredibly tender and the sauce was delicious. My only *nitpicky* critique is the rice was ever so slightly too moist, but that didn't stop me from inhaling the sushi. Next, the Yakitori was phenomenal. I've never had such tender chicken in my life. There was a nice layer of delicious sauce coating the skewer. Again, just a really nitpicky feedback I have was that I wish the Yakitori had the tiniest bit more char to it, but nevertheless was an incredible bite, and I'd 100% order again in a heartbeat. Onto the ramen - easily hands down one of the best ramen I've had in DFW. The broth is flavorful, and I love the noodles. I'm not sure if they're handmade from scratch, but they had the perfect thickness and chewiness. I also loved generous the portion of cha shu slices. Most other places only give you 1-2 thin slices, but that was not the case here. The pork was tender. The ajitama was solid too, although I prefer more of a soft-boiled egg. While the meat portion is more generous here, the tonkotsu didn't come with many vegetables. A lot of other ramen places I've been to will have corn, fried garlic, etc as default, but those are all additional cost add-ons here. The ramen was delicious without them though but just something to note. We also got the tomato ramen as it's the chef recommendation. The dish is very creative and the execution was great. Personally, I still prefer traditional ramens but it was certainly a nice culinary creation to try. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would come here again. Just be aware there may be a wait, and because they're so busy, you do have to proactively flag down staff. However, the staff are still really nice despite all the tasks they're juggling at once.

Parking wasn't bad either, there are lots and a garage nearby. However, the food itself fell flat for me. We ordered the crispy chicken happy hour special, which comes with a side salad. The chicken was on the dry side. Whenever I order Kaarage, it usually comes with a dipping sauce, but there was none here and that would've really helped out. The dressing on the side salad was way too acidic, making it hard to eat as well. In addition, we ordered the takoyaki as an appetizer. The takoyaki themselves were pretty solid, but the texture of the mayo was off. I'm not sure if they make their mayo in-house, but i noticed it was curdled. EDIT: after reading the restaurant's response, the texture I noticed was because it's an egg tartar sauce For the ramen, we ordered Jinya Tonkotsu Black and Creamy Veggie Ramen. Pricing is standard for DFW ramen restaurants, although *slightly* higher than some others (by like $1). The base ramen comes with a good variety of toppings! However, the ramen was just okay. The noodles are on the skinnier side, which I prefer thicker, chewier noodles. The pork chashu serving was small, and it tasted kind of old and wasn't that tender nor flavorful. The broth was just alright. I prefer soft-boiled, jammy ramen eggs, but the ajitama here was cooked longer than I would've liked. Ironically, I thought the veggie ramen was *much* better. The broth had better flavor, and they use different noodles than the tonkotsu, which were thicker (and exactly what I like!). Lastly, we had the matcha tiramisu for dessert. On a positive note, the matcha flavor was detectable. However, the tiramisu crème wasn't that fluffy, and there were noticeable amounts of undissolved sugar.

I will say it is a little bit salty, with the garlic ones being more salty than the non garlic ones. However the garlic ones do have more flavor. There's not that much meat/protein either just one piece of meat and an egg. The could be slightly better but it's still good. It also just has bamboo shoots but nothing else. A very simple bowl. We placed our order, and the karaage salad arrived first within about 10 minutes. Sadly, the ramen came out almost 30 minutes later and wasn't plated cleanly. There was broth all over the edge of the bowl, and I even think the server's finger was in the broth when she dropped it off. Additionally, the ramen was missing the egg, and the noodles were overcooked. One of the waitstaff seemed to be the only one actually working, as he was helping about 95% of the customers in the restaurant.
