Another great food truck find at Klyde Warren Park! We ordered the queso birria tacos and a couple of refreshing drinks while waiting for the Fourth of July festivities, and everything hit the spot. The tacos were flavorful, cheesy, and satisfying, and the drinks were perfect for cooling off in the Texas heat. Since it's a food truck, seating is limited to the park, but that's part of the fun. The atmosphere at Klyde Warren Park made the experience even better with everyone out enjoying the holiday. Service was friendly, our order came out quickly, and everything tasted fresh. Found this adorable food truck at klyde warren park today and saw no yelp presence so of course i had to create a page. The food was super yummy. Cant wait to go back and try other offerings. I loved the spread of hot sauce they had with a simple yet delish sounding/looking menu. The food truck itself, super cute. Love the little food buzzers. Even the wax paper that the food sits on is branded and adorable. I tried the loaded fries today and my son got the brisket sandwich. Food was ready within 5 min and was so good!! They do have to go containers, napkins and bags that they will def give you if you ask. The ladies were both super friendly as well. read more

Food truck parked at the Dallas Klyde Warren Park. We went for this truck because we wanted wings. The wings were freshly made- piping hot when we got it. We got the garlic Parmesan which didn't taste anything like it. It was actually kind of a sour sauce. Fries came with it too and it didn't have any taste. I had the pleasure of trying Eloisa's at the Pride Block Party located outside of Dallas Museum of the Arts. I was first drawn to the truck by the vibrant music/videos that were playing on the outside of the vehicle (music is my first love right along with food). The loaded fries immediately caught my eye, especially since they have brisket in them. I was hooked on first bite! The balance of the sauces and the perfect amount of jalapeños made the dish perfect ,most places add too many or not enough. Elo's fries are the best loaded fries dish I've tasted here in Texas! The place seems really clean and good. But the food is not it. I got a chicken sandwich and tasted really bad and it had an after taste. Also got a brisket sandwich and it didn't taste like brisket at all. It looked like mush. Right after getting done eating the chicken sandwich it made me throw up. Not worth the price.
