Good food and great service by Betsy. Love the new club and all the discounts. Definitely going back on a regular

The food is always excellent; especially the pork egg rolls (love the sauce). Service pre-COVID was competent; post COVID, like many places is understandably slow, but in the circumstance, acceptable. The restaurant is clean, and pleasant. read more

I have not been to PF Chang's in a very long time. We we're in the area and found out they do a happy hour with a plethora of their apps. Since it was feeding time what better way then to try some tasty morsels. I liked them all but the real stand out was the cauliflower tempura. It was awesome, great batter and vibrant flavors. We also had: spare ribs crab wantons shrimp dumplings spring rolls mongolian potstickers kung pao brussle sprouts Everything was very flavorful and good tasting. Total for it all with tip and a drink for the wife $50 read more

I love this place. They have a unique spin on the regular dishes you get everywhere else. I have settled in to the King Pao and Mongolian Beef that my wife and I share every time we go and the quality is so consistent. read more

We ordered PF Chang's last night through Uber Eats. Overall the food was good and portion size was huge! We ordered the spare ribs for an app and they were really good! My husband order fried rice and I had ginger chicken and broccoli. We ate about half of each meal...so lots of leftovers today! The order was delayed due to our driver so it wasn't extremely warm. We'll try it again soon and see if that part is better next time. read more

I was introduced to this restaurant by my wife she said she used to come here a lot when she was in middle school and high school. So we recently came here for lunch and it was great. We made reservations on the app Open Table but we didn't need a reservation since it was not crowded. The place was super clean and the lighting was more on the darker side. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated. Our waitress was really nice and made we sure if we had any questions about the menu she was there to help. My wife ordered since I have never been here before. We ordered: Chicken Lettuce Wraps- WOW!! definitely my favorite. It can be a little messy to eat but who cares! lol this dish was great and I loved the sauce it came with as well. It had a little kick but the flavor was great. The dish also had a great balance of crunch. Fried Rice- I love fried rice and this fried rice was really tasty. I would definitely order this next time we are back. Mongolian Beef- YUM! wow! wow! so much flavor and the beef was so tender. I wish it came with more beef though and less of the green onion. But the combination complements each other really well I ate this with the fried rice I ordered. This dish also comes with either white rice or brown rice. My wife loves it with brown rice and we were both really happy with our meal and cant wait to come back. Suggestion: everyone should get on their email list, they have a lot of cool deals and sometimes the deals are only good for that specific day. But overall I can't wait to try other things on their menu. read more

I just ate here this evening. And ordered the pork lo mein and when I tell you the pork was raw. RAW. completely red/pink on the inside. We informed our waitress who was nothing but rude about the situation. We were disgusted and requested the check. The lo mein was removed from our bill, however, we did still have to pay for the other food we order. Completely ignoring the fact that RAW PORK contains so many bacteria and parasites and could cause severe illness. There was never any apology from anyone for the situation, just a whole lot of sass. read more

It's been about 6 months since I ate here, but the food was much better then. Not sure if it is because I had to order take out, but everything was cold and swimming in oil, or grease. The ribs were so dry, even my dog refused them. I went online and discovered that the chain was sold mid 2019. Maybe the new owners did some firing and new hiring. Too bad, the food never used to be so greasy. read more

I have been a PF Chang's fan for years. This is my second visit to this location. Staff: Fantastic, friendly, welcoming, attentive - would give them 4 starts. Mongolian Potstickers - do not try it. There was extra dough, the meat had a weird texture, the ratio of meat to dough was more dough to meat, lacked taste and the sauce that came with it didn't help. Stir Fried Eggplant with diced chicken- added chicken to make one of their dishes that is no longer on the menu and I must say, never disappoints! I would have given this location a 4 however, the Mongolian Pot Stickers was awful. read more

We received a family style order of PF Changs two days ago, and due to a family emergency did not get to the food for a couple of hours. Somehow, in the intervening 2-3 hours, the rice dehydrated. Unless Changs is giving out uncooked rice and assuming the sealed plastic containers are going to hydrate the grains? I don't know. Now, in order to reheat the plates, we have to cook the uncooked rice until it is edible, and then add the protein. Not a good look, Changs. If this was cheap-o chinese, you could overlook it, because you paid $5.95 for the whole thing, but Changs charges you out the ass for this. The meat was fine. read more

First time here. Service was great. Our server was amazing, attentive, accommodating and helpful. But the food...... was bland, tasteless, dry, Luke warm I ordered the crispy green beans they were greasy. Ordered the Kung PO chicken it's tasted like cardboard. No seasoning at all. Waiter was kind enough to bring me a different dish spicy Chang chicken ... worse. At least it was hot but it tasted absolutely like Nothing this meal definitely was not worth the price. I rather eat from a local Chinese restaurant Green Garden in Philadelphia on Wadsworth Ave at least their food has flavor read more

A most disappointing and devastating visit! My family and I have eaten at this PF CHANGS location for more than 7 years. And since the pandemic, we went back this evening for the first time. 1. Upon entering, we found the hostess cold and aloof: as if she didn't want to be there, and as if we were a bother. We asked for children's menu and received 1 menu for four children. Oh, we had to ask for the crayons. 2. The restaurant was EMPTY! That should have been the RED FLAG! Maybe 8 people in the entire place. 3. Once seated--near the kitchen--perhaps the server didn't want to walk too far...and by the way she had no visible disability of any kind of which we were aware. Oh wait... 4. We did perceive she had no personality or interpersonal skills...got the feeling that we were interfering with something more important than serving us a delicious meal. 5. I ordered the BBQ ribs as an appetizer, which is my usual choice. I'm sorry to say they were not prepared as I remembered them, and they had LESS SAUCE on them, BUT definitely MORE FAT. I had to ask for wipes to clean up my fingers afterward. 6. Two of us ordered our go to entree of Mongolian beef. It was absolutely prepared differently...LESS SAUCE, LESS TASTE, BUT SO MUCH MORE SALT, I could not eat it-sent it back and did not reorder or ask for something else. They did remove it from the bill. My daughter could not finish hers...same issues. 7. The fried rice was extremely BLAND and we did not finish that either. 8. In short, PRICES INCREASED, QUALITY DECREASED, and PORTIONS HAVE BEEN REDUCED SEVERELY. I even asked if the portions on all the orders were lunch or dinner portions! Needless to say, We will NEVER be returning to this PF CHANGS!! read more

Worse Chinese Food my husband and I have ever eaten. Calamari tasted like chewing on a rubber and, soup had no flavor, spare ribs were tough, crispy shrimp was soggy. I use to enjoy P.F. Changs and I am disappointed. Won't be eating there anymore. read more

They listed on their website and in their description on apple maps that they offer delivery but when I called they told me that they only deliver through uber eats and doordash. Kind of misleading to say you offer delivery instead of "delivery avaliable through doordash/uber eats" but whatever. I checked both doordash and uber eats but they only had catering options to feed like 10-20 people. I call back and explain they don't have single entrée options on those apps and they assume me that I can find them on grubhub, which I didn't have but I downloaded the app and made an account just to find out that they aren't on there. Just overall horrible customer service. They need to make sure their employee's are actually familiar with the delivery options they offer because it seemed like everyone I talked to was just guessing. read more

After my last review, I received an ignorant message from some clown named "Justin C", who probably was a disgruntled employee or maybe just a troll. He said I was fat and mentioned "People's lives and jobs depend on Yelp reviews". Lives? Doubtful. But it got me thinking I never mentioned anything about the service. The service has always been good. The staff is friendly. My issue was with the food quality. For Christmas I received a $50 giftcard from my employer. So I figured I'd give my old favorite another try. I was in the area tonight and decided to stop in with my boyfriend. Again, the service was flawless. I was disappointed the Shanghai Cucumbers were removed from the menu. But I won't deduct a star for that. They had some new additions to the menu, again. I decided to try the Wok Charred Brussels Sprouts and the Long Life Noodles (Side). The Sprouts were cooked well. They were topped with cilantro which added a nice freshness. The Noodles were tossed with garlic and scallions. They had a great smokey flavor. Overall, I was happy with tonight's dining experience. Plus one star. read more

So we were in the area and decided to give PF Changs a shot. I'm not a huge fan of chain restaurants but it was convenient. Upon arrival we were sat at a table but asked for a booth. The hostess didn't seem to happy about it, but we had asked for a booth when we arrived. I'm assuming she didn't hear us. Our server was very nice and thorough. I ordered the steamed shrimp dumplings to start. They were good, the sauce was nice and spicy. But they did lack some texture, I would definitely have them fried next time. They were also very small for the price. For entrees we ordered the Singapore chicken and the Changs spicy chicken. Also ordered a side of fried rice. Both dishes were good, not great but good. The rice was the biggest disappointment, again good, but not great. I'm not sure if we will go back or not. Possibly to give it another shot. 3 stars all day read more

Had a great first experience! Our party of 11 enjoyed the delicious food, drinks, sushi, and of course, the yummy dessert! Our server was pleasant and very helpful! Our only feedback would be to have more shrimp and chicken in the fried rice. It seemed a little skimpy! But we will definitely be back! There are plenty of menu items to satisfy any asian cuisine, but the steak bowl was phenomenal and I highly recommend it, along with fried rice! The rice and noodle platters are more like family style and large enough to share. Most of the other entrees are individually portioned. Kids menu is also perfectly sized. You must save room for dessert, especially if you are a chocolate lover! Get the giant chocolate cake (to share) and enjoy!! read more

They have gotten the last dollar ever from me. The "rules " imposed have kissed me goodbye. Call at 5:27 for 6:30 reservation and they won't take it! Rules...must be more than an hour. Say we can reserve 7. Ask if it's busy,,,"no not now" get there at 6:34, 40 min wait! I was pissed. Went to the bar, ordered a drink and a beer and a manager. Robot manager Jesse regurges the line we got twice..via phone and walking in. Angrily I told him my party of 6 check was likely to be Bout $200, and he better make it last because it would likely be the last dollar of mine they would EVER see. He confiscated my beer and told me to leave and take the other 5 too! My wife sought him out, reviewed our disappointment with stupid company rules devoid or customer service, which brings Jesse back to me. He says he's afraid for the staff that I'm upset by this situation, but relents, says go ahead and stay (and keep waiting). Our party decides at first to stay, after all, we have been here on several occasions. As the wait drags on, we reconsider and depart. Yes, we went to a competitor. Don't think you'll ever see us again, thanks for putting the fail in PF CHANGS! I hate getting so angry and ranting like this! read more

I'm going with 4 yelps since I've had many a good meal at PF Changs. I like the creativity and variety the menu has to offer. The craft cocktails are good and change seasonally. They also have a decent wine selection for a chain restaurant. The service is consistently good and the food usually comes out quickly. The bar in the Warrington location has a nice atmosphere. The chicken lettuce wraps are still my favorite app. Favorite entrees are sesame chicken, Oolong sea bass and coconut curry vegetables. The coconut ice cream with warm banana spring roll is my favorite dessert and my daughter loves the 7 layer chocolate cake. read more

I always had a negative experience here because of the poor quality of the food and the poor customer service from the staff. I recall getting dumplings but it was too salty and dried, and the fried rice was inedible and simply nasty. The waiter didn't bother refilling our water until I had to ask him three times, and had no recommendations for me on the menu. Thus, I can tell he didn't know much about the menu. For those who are weary of Asian fusion restaurants to begin with, stray away from this chain restaurant, especially this one at this location. read more

Warrington, PA location. Our server was Alana (not sure about the spelling bcuz they don't wear name tags). She was very friendly and attentive. We started with a pork order of 4 Charlie's dumplings for $4.50 under the Dim Sum area of the menu and quickly regretted not ordering the 6 piece! They were unbelievably delicious, definitely something you have to try. We also started with the orange ginger edamame for $5 which was good but I personally wouldn't order again. It was way too salty for my taste, so much so it was burning my lips. My hubs loved it. The manager came around to ask how our food is just as our appetizers were delivered. We expected him to follow up later but he never did which was disappointing. We both ordered some drinks, he had a Strawberry cucumber limeade which was odd, too much cucumber in the mix and i had a chang's coconut cooler which was light and delicious and they both were only $4 each. Most places don't charge for a regular drink if you order alcohol but we were charged another $3 for my iced tea. I had the mongolian beef and Kung Pao Chicken. read more

I used to really like this restaurant. I ordered food about a month ago and I was really disappointed. I decided to give it another chance and it was even worse. The hot and sour soup, which was a favorite, was terrible. The main courses were not very good either. read more

New decor and food went entirely downhill. I sent back one dish...smelled bad. Sorry but how does food that smells bad get past the chef onto the dish and past the server? Proceeded to order hot & sour soup (which I had many times at this location) it wasn't bad but they missed the hot so it was just sour....also went back. Other food served was average and again food that we have had in the past at this location and always good. When asked if there was a new chef.. Manager replied No and other than scripted apology, didn't seem to care much. Someone is clearly not running the show. read more

I was never PF Chang's biggest fan. I went here so many times in high school for friends' birthday dinners and I never was impressed. Grant it, I also never got to choose what to order it was all always family style and everything that was ordered was always in the same sauce and it was gross (it was probably ginger - I'm not a fan) but since going here a few times and ordering what I want - I've definitely enjoyed it more. P.F. Chang's is definitely one of the more "upscale" chain restaurants. The waiters and waitresses all have black uniforms, there are more elaborate table settings including wine glasses so it's a little more fancy. The restaurant is dark - but it's pretty - although I'm not a huge fan of dark restaurants. I like to see what I'm ordering and what I'm eating. The staff here is very professional though and overall very nice. They have a gluten free menu which is great - I got the chicken pad Thai and the chocolate dome for dessert! I love a lot of the new additions P.F. Chang's is adding to their menu. Overall this P.F. Chang's is very nice it's been in Valley Square for a few years now and still looks very nice - you can tell it is well kept! It's a great option when you want a little bit more of an upscale Chinese dining experience compared to your regular to go box neighborhood Chinese (although that also is very good !) . read more

Good Food! Good Service! Good Atmosphere! Hubby and I are long time customers to PF Chang's, but this was my sister's first time. P.F. Chang's has changed since our first visit to the Princeton location. Some of the menu items are the same but it's different. They call it a bistro now. I happy they kept the family style portions, so we were able to order three entree's and I could have a little of each. Sometimes you want a little of three instead of a lot of one and I love Chinese food. I could eat Chinese every week and this food is not as salty as the neighborhood Chinese place. We were able to sit eat and talk. My sister loved it. read more

We made my reservation days prior, and specially told them I wanted a booth. We entered in at 5:45 ( my reservation time) and was told a booth would be a 20min wait. What?! I told them days ago I would like a booth. The food was AWESOME!! For our appetizers we got Shrimp Tempura sushi and salt and pepper calamari. I was surprised the sushi tasted so good!! Did take out. Wonton soup broth had no flavor to it, and was surprised to find shrimp in the soup. Wontons were gummy. Not good. Chicken lemon grass dumplings were very good, pan fried they had crust on them the way pot stickers should. Dipping sauce was salty and added nothing. Wontons in spicy chili oil had heat. Good. Dan dan noodles made with chicken are lacking something in the flavor department. Would be better made with pork or beef. Take out prices are about double what you would pay for take out at another restaurant. Best thing about take out is you can order online and they have two reserved spaces up front to park in. read more

My recent visit to P.F. Chang's was disappointing - and that was given my lowered expectations. I rarely go to P.F. Chang's; their cuisine is typically uninspired, and a hollow echo of genuine American-Chinese food. The only reason we go is because my mother-in-law is fond of it. That said, in previous visits, one dish that stood out was the lettuce wraps. This appetizer, while hardly "American-Chinese food," was actually rather good. It was a generous portion of minced, spiced chicken, served with an assortment of sauces. I particularly liked the spicy sauce. Other family members preferred other sauces. But on my most recent visit about a week ago, the portion size for the chicken has been reduced. It was served slightly above room temperature, and only one sauce was provided (and no, it wasn't the one I liked). I considered asking about the other sauces, but service was unusually poor, and we glimpsed our server once every 15-20 minutes or so. The won-ton soup has historically been "good." It's a bit sweet, which is unusual. And it's not available in single portions, which is annoying. But this time, the soup was watery. The sweet taste was non-existent - and so were most of the other tastes. It was just bland, as if it had been deliberately watered down. Among our entrees, we tried the new pad-thai dish. The food P.F. Chang's serves can barely be called "Chinese." There is no way their pad thai dish qualifies as "pad thai." Wrong noodles, wrong spices, wrong flavors. Had I rated previous visits, I'd have given it three stars, easily. And had it been a simple matter of poor service, I could have excused that - every restaurant has good and bad wait staff. But that so many of the dishes had dropped in quality is a fault of the restaurant as a whole. On the plus side, my mother-in-law doesn't seem to be as enamored with P. F. Chang's anymore, so we may be able to convince her to dine at other restaurants. read more

It's a shame when customers are ignored. We ordered ahead for curbside dinner for 4 for mother's day. We were traveling so we got there and calling inside as instructed at 4:10. We were told to give our parking spot number and it will be right our once it's together. After about 30 minutes and noticing people who came in and parked after us getting their food, our 7 year old was teething antsy. I tried calling in and the phone was going right to fast busy signal. Actually the cars around us in speaker phone were getting the same result. After 45 minutes I got out of our car and went to ask about our food. Many people were already upset and not getting an eta. At this point I called my wife in the car and told her to take our daughter to Wendy's across the street since she was hungry and didn't know what was going in. After an hour I was able to get an employee to check my order and they said it was cooking now. Cooking now? After an hour and made an appointment pick up time? After standing outside in the heat our food was brought out after an hour and twenty minutes. Needless to say this was not how we planned our Morhers day dinner. I emailed the restaurant the following day asking for answers as to why the order took so long, why no eta or communication was made, why their phone was busy and some kind of reason for us to come back otherwise they lost a customer. Well a week has gone by and no call or email from the owner of the store or manager. It's one thing to have a bad experience but it's unforgivable to be ignored about it. Shame on you guys. Update. Over 2 weeks have gone by, still not a word. Update. A representative eventually sent me an email apologizing. They did not have any answers and to why but sent me a gift certificate to come back. read more

Conclusion: this location is a "black eye" for the chain. It was practically empty just before the dinner rush; the service was slow and only one out of four dishes was mostly good. Pros: the beef in the Mongolian Beef was seasoned well and quite tender. The restaurant appeared to be clean although dimly lit. Cons: there were only two other full tables yet the service was slow. We had the spicy chicken noodle soup; it came out only warm and the flavor was somewhat bland albeit nicely spicy with a significant amount of red pepper in the broth. The chicken in the lettuce wrap was over cooked to the point where there were burned pieces. The shrimp in lobster sauce was also over cooked and the sauce was so salty I thought one of the cooks played a joke on our chef by unscrewing the lid on the salt shaker so it all poured out when he used it. While the beef in the Mongolian Beef was good, the scallions were cut way too big and undercooked so they overwhelmed the beef. read more

Setting- 5 stars Food- 2.5 stars Growing up eating traditional Chinese cuisine has spoiled my taste buds for Chinese food. P.F Changs is most defiantly geared towards an American approach on Chinese cuisine, which isn't a terrible thing however eating authentic Chinese food or even having Chinese food at a regular Chinese restaurant is different. Aside from the price and the setting, there are many differences to P.F Changs and a regular Chinese food restaurant. P.F Changs tries to incorporate western tastes and ingredients that normally do not exist in Chinese cooking. If you're looking for a gourmet American Chinese meal- this is where you would go and probably spend twice the amount here versus a normal chinese restaurant. The overall experience at this P.F Changs location was great. Our order- P.F Changs spicy chicken, it wasn't at all what we expected it to be. WE thought it was their version of General Tso's chicken which was not on the menu, but they did have sesame chicken. 2/5 Combination (Chicken, pork, shrimp, and beef) Lo mein- the noodles were fluffy and almost too salty 2/5 Calamari- this dish was all tempura( battered and deep fried everything, including veggies and the calamari) 2/5 The server was extremely attentive and even offered free dessert at the end for my boyfriend's birthday. Always unwrap the fortune cookies, especially during the New Year month- they include offers such as BOGO entrees which you could use towards your bill at the time of your visit! read more
