Which was different but a good choice. The service town between lunch and dinner midweek was fast paced, but they weren't too busy. This is the usual time for us to make a pop in visit!! A Sunday afternoon lunch at a quiet restaurant can be a treat. PF Changs is a nice restaurant with high quality ingredients.. the wait staff is professional I found the egg drop soup to be delicious. I found the egg rolls to be good and served in a unique manner. I however regretted choosing the sesame chicken flavor of the sauce was a bit tart and bitter leaving a sour, peppery aftertaste.. food in accordance with the christmas eve tradition momma instituted around the time me and the younger bros were entering high school, in middle school, and finishing elementary school, respectively, we gathered for dinner at the p.f. chang after christmas eve mass at the nearby st. rita chapel. also in accordance with our tradition, we ordered apps for the table, including a family favorite, chicken lettuce wraps, and one none of us had tried, as far as i'd heard, green beans fried. then, since the p.f. chang is a family style, share at the table restaurant, we ordered main course dishes to come with the apps, such as the chang chicken at the request of lil bro, and the chicken fried rice at the request of me, as a connection to the other favorite mongolian food restaurant of our family, genghis grill, at which i used to be liable to fill a stir fry bowl with enough eggs to raise the cholesterol of a large horse to a dangerous level. and although i did not try the chicken fry rice to get a taste of p.f. chang eggs, i'm still very happy from what i was able to taste, including the chicken lettuce wraps i'd formed on the unfoldable box in the picture below to eat as a leftover meal, the chang chicken that paired its tangy, spicy chili sauce very well with the soft, dare i say moist, sides of brown and white rice. and i have to mention the green beans fried, which tasted just as good as a more classically southern dish i also quite like, okra fried, and also includes a tangy, mustard like sauce that is also somewhat sweet. and lastly, though i ate it quickly at the restaurant, i got a fortune cookie with a pretty good fortune inside. service the service at the corner booth, at which we were sat, was quite excellent, with one memorable highlight being the recommendation of unfolding the takeout into a plate such as also in the first pic below. ambiance ambiance was very good, had to get a pic with the horse out front. christmas tree looked very good, and of course the mural over the bar area is a highlight also. but yea, the horse is always it for me, the wreath collar is interesting too lol. read more

It has been years since I have last gone to PF Chang's. Today we wound up here due to shopping at Utica Square and everywhere else had a wait. Anyway, service was fine but the overall experience was not. Food was mediocre. My honey chicken was a little soggy, my husband didn't like his magnolian beef, and my daughter's California roll was gross (gas station sushi would have been fresher ). We got the chief feast meal. Comes with 1 table appetizer ( we got Pork egg rolls). My husband got the egg drop soup and I ordered the house salad. For main course I got the shrimp lo mein and he got the sesame chicken. We added on the red velvet cake to share at the end. Love you can customize your food. I got the shrimp lo mien. With only mushrooms and onions. Loved it The egg drop soup and as amazing. I did not try the pork egg rolls, but my husband seemed to like them. He does not do spicy or peppery food well and to him the sesame chicken was too peppery. The red velvet cake was good with a raspberry sauce on the plate. It was good. We will be going back. I waffled between 2 & 3 stars. You read and decide. Arrived at regular lunch time, our wait was 15 minutes (standing because of freezing temps in their unheated little wait room). Looking around, poor PF is showing its years. Hubby and I decided to order from the lunch menu, and what could have been absolute perfection went down hill rather quickly. He ordered KungPao on white rice & egg roll. I ordered sweet/sour soup, honey fried chicken on fried rice ($2 extra). Perfection, if all had gone well, we shared ou apps & were very happy. Entrees arrived. He had asked for extra sauce and he got it. You can see in photo I didn't get fried rice as ordered. The bowl behind my plate is the fried rice they prompted brought. The egg roll was just kind of okay, and the wrapper was burned through in one spot. (I did not get a photo of that.) I do not like that mayonnaise eee dipping sauce like Roka also serves but there I always get double their sweet/sour minty sauce. After a couple starvatious bites I said to Hubby, "This isn't honey chicken, it's sweet and sour!" Then it dawned on me, "This is somebody else's plate!" But I was starved and wasn't going through the wait for exchange. The chicken was dry. And I'd advise getting extra sauce as the sauce on my plate was skimpy too. The soup was tasty and HOT. I burned my mouth. The plates also were HOT. That's a good thing, but I'm not used to waiting for my food to cool. I took all that rice & 1/2 the chicken home, but I probably won't eat it. Another reviewer mention it was better and cheaper to go to PEI Wei. I'd concur except it has gone down hill. We use to go to PEI Wei three times a week. But that's another review. We won't be rushing back to P F. And I wonder who got my plate. read more

I would like to say thank you for whoever put together my to go order last night. The quality control to make sure that everything was in the bag was spot on and then some. The food was absolutely amazing. And I am weird about how much I love their sauces. They made sure to put two times the trio sauce in our bag. I also like extra Mongolian sauce on the side and they got that as well as my partners main dish extra sauce too. You guys are winning at Utica Square P.F. Chang's. Every single time I go in there the food and service is wonderful. I hate doing takeout, but we just got back from vacation and I couldn't bring myself to go to another restaurant. Let me apologize inadvance for spelling and punctuation Very disappointed with both the the food and service. We order the samething every time we go starting with an order of the lettuce wraps and an order of California rolls. The lettuce was skimpy and some of the ingredients chewy. We had to continuously ask both utensils and condiments that are normally brought with dishes. This continued through our chicken lo mein and shrimp fried rice where both the preparation and the portion left a little to be desired. A little dry and very little chicken and shrimp and either dish. You pay to much for these entrées, not to be delicious. Finally when it came time for the doggie bags and the normally great help they had always been packing up our leftovers, P.F. Chang's announced they no long do that even though we notice other servers at of tables were doing thay ver thing. Management said they made that optional, only if you ask. Wow how tacky read more

Atmosphere was nice, especially on a hot humid day. Waitress was attentive and efficient taking orders and serving our table. Amiable young lady. No complaints on those aspects. My order of shrimp was just fine, o issues. However, the lettuce wraps and spicy chicken were labeled in menu as gluten free. Necessary for y wife. They were NOT gluten free. If you are celiac and have a true gluten allergy reaction or are gluten intolerant, beware. There was either an undetected gluten ingredient or more likely the dishes were cross contaminated in the preparation. Wife had an allergic reaction to her meal and was ill for several hours. Restaurants often can't be notified while at the restaurant as reactions aren't always immediate depending on the level of exposure. Reactions to exposure are uncomfortable at best and health threatening at their worst. P F Chang needs to either review its ingredients and/or retrain kitchen staff on processes to avoid cross contamination. They will have to determine which is necessary. Restaurants need to take gluten free options seriously. For celiacs it is not a diet fad. So, if you're Celiac be aware you may get gluten in a menu item marked "Gluten Free". read more

the food was absolutely amazing, i had ordered the lo main w/ honey crispy chicken. the chicken was good to perfection with a great crunch! the lo main, was cooked at a good noodle rate. the service was also great! very fast in response and once we sat down order our drinks and appetizers she returned with both in the same sentence within 5 mins. great way to celebrate any event in life and will definitely be returning! read more

PFC is my favorite restaurant in Tulsa. I know it's not local, but it's still my go-to for special occasions. My favorites include the lettuce chicken wraps, wontons, Mongolian beef, orange chicken, and Kung Pao. I usually get the Asian pear mojito and it's always so good. We have gone to P.F. Chang's for years and ordered online as well. This last time was really poor. The Asian Caesar Salad was obviously old- the lettuce was brown on almost every piece. I'm not sure how old the chicken was. It used to be a breast cooked (still warm) and sliced for the salad. The last two times it has been precooked cook sliced big pieces of chicken. I think as a family we are done. we had to just trash this meal and split another between family members. We didn't feel it was safe to eat. A waste of $21.98. read more

Our wait staff, Allie, was very knowledgeable and explained the ingredients and preparation for the items we were interested in. We settled on the the Chicken Lettuce Wrap, Hot and Sour soup, and the Sesame Chicken. It was all great - very tasty but not overpowering. We asked Allie about some of the negative reviews and she nodded knowingly. We went to PF changs for my daughters birthday last night. Food is always good when we go here. No complaints. I just want to recognize how amazing our server was. **Serena.** We had a party of 9. We never once had an empty drink. She was even passing the rice from one end of the table to the other for us, which she didn't have to do, we could have handed it down. We enjoy going to PF Chang's. The past couple of years this location seems to be more careful when dealing with food allergies. I have to order gluten free but also have a peanut and tree nut allergy that can be a little scary when eating in restaurants who have those ingredients in some dishes. (Yes, I'm one of 'those'- not by choice I promise.) I can't say enough about our waitress She was so friendly and understanding and knew her stuff when it comes to GF and allergies. Our food came out perfectly and no reaction, very nice. I ordered the GF Singapore Street Noodles and OH...MY...GOSH they were PACKED with flavor. I mean MEGA flavor. (I've ordered them before but it seems like the recipe has possibly changed.) It isn't something I typically order but it's a definite new favorite. The food at this P.F Chang location is decent. I recently ordered the orange chicken, white rice, chicken lettuce wraps, and chocolate souffle. I was pleased with everything except for the dessert. The souffle was a bit bland but I enjoyed the ice cream that it came with. On another recent visit I ordered the crispy honey chicken and fried rice - I was disappointed in both. I suppose you just have to know what to order here. The service has always been good. The restaurant is dimly lit with cultural Chinese decor. You receive chop sticks with your meal as well. On a search for new places to dine in tulsa for date night we came across P.F. Chang's and decided to try it. It was Sunday around 5pm and and quite busy. Upon entering the restaurant we noticed that we did come at dinner rush, however even with that being the case the food came out fast and fresh. We started our experience with Strawberry Cucumber Limeade and a pomegranate lemonade, highly recommend both! We then ordered the crispy green beans and pork dumplings, both of which had good flavor but in our opinion the pork dumplings were a little meat heavy and the green bean sauce was a little too much spice. We then ordered our main entree which included Chang's spicy chicken and Sweet and sour chicken with white rice, both of which had great favor but was overall pretty basic. If you are going here for the first time I definitely would branch out more and try a variation of things. The music is very distracting and loud yet I feel like I am the only person talking in here. Aside from the vibe and interior, the food was absolutely inedible. I got the orange chicken with broccoli and I was shocked once I took a bite. It tasted absolutely nothing like orange chicken. I tried to eat it because I was so hungry but it just did not hit my tongue right. I am now worried I am going to be sick from this "orange chicken."
