Great food, compared too your Waikiki location! Was in Waikiki 5 days ago and the place is awful down there! Temecula CA is so much prettier, and the waiter was incredible! They actually had booths to seat at! It was very cozy! Manager from Waikiki made it right! Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to go again in CA! read more

We went for my birthday meal. But ended up using a Changs cash because that deal was better $15.. so no mention of my bday at all after I told the waitress it was my bbirthday. We ordered BBQ pork spareribs. They changed the name but it tastes the same as Changs ribs. That was my husband and son's favorite thing they ate. My son ordered Lo Mein kids meal. We ordered teriyaki beef, broccoli beef and honey chicken to eat family style. My son's 2nd favorite thing was teriyaki beef and 3rd was coconut pineapple ice cream. I like the ice cream the best. My husband liked the ice cream 2nd and teriyaki beef 3rd. I liked the broccoli beef and honey chicken better than the teriyaki beef. Overall a good meal. All the dishes that had broccoli seemed like the broccoli was under cooked. And the broccoli had a weird flavor to me. read more

Beautiful day in Temecula, CA Came to the Promenade Mall to shop and decided on PF Changs for lunch. Just so happens; I had an offer for a free entree of Ginger chicken. I only needed to order an entree off the menu to receive the offer. "Tip" Dn load the PF Changs' app and sign up. You too can receive offers. My wife loves the food and service here at this location. Yes, friendly service, ambiance and lots of parking are huge pluses. My take on what we ordered: Ginger chicken w/broccoli was just okay. Flavor was on the bland side for me as I was not tasting the ginger. But that's me. My wife really enjoyed this dish. Signature Lo Mein w/shrimp was the better dish, imo. On the sweet side, (which my wife likes) though it balanced out the savoriness of the shrimp and vegetables of this dish. Please remember, recipes here are developed for the American palate. Thanks for reading my review. :) read more

Fashion Island Newport Beach.. Mongolian Beef $26 plus . Beef was so dry and tough I was unable to eat it

I came Saturday night to have dinner with my husband. We waited about 40 mins to get seated. That's okay! We finished eating and had to wait over 20 mins for our waiter to acknowledge that we need to go boxes. She was just at the bar area talking with some other waiters for about 10 mins. We were seated right in front of her. Food was great, but we were very disappointed by the unnecessary wait. at this point we change our mind about doing dessert! read more

P.F. Chang's - 10 dollar lettuce wraps all day and 5 dollar wine. - Chinese Near Me - Temecula, California

My husband and I haven't been here since before the paramedic. We use to come for the great happy hour and decided to go check out what has changed. We were pleasantly surprised that they still had one. We enjoyed $10 appetizers (chicken lettuce wraps, crab wontons, shrimp dumplings and crispy green beans) that were tasty and plenty for just the two of us. The $5 zen margaritas were delicious made with fresh squeezed lime. The bartender was sweet and seemed genuinely happy to be waiting on us which is a plus these days! So glad we decided to go. We will definitely be going back! read more

I love PF Chang's. The food is soooo good. However, since the pandemic, their prices have skyrocketed, and it is unreadable to take your family there. It seems like they are trying to make up for the loss of revenue on the customers. The problem is that when you gouge us, we find other options and don't return. In reality, your prices turn away customers and you never get ahead. Please consider us as we consider you and our options. read more

I NEVER write reviews but I will for this because I left feeling so upset from a server named SONYA and front of house manager (didn't catch FOH name) Last night having dinner with my mom, husband, and three children. I heard SONYA a server at P.F. Chang's say "someone will trip over this" with attitude (that's what caught my attention) and looking to see what she was talking about, it appeared as though, instead of politely notifying me, she had kicked my purse under the chair resulting in both of my lip sticks on each side of my chair!! So the next time she walked past me I asked her " sorry but I missed what you said, did you say something to me, she said " I kicked your purse under your chair" fast forward explaining to FOH manager about the situation she was not helpful, she did not care! I sent almost 200 for my family to dine here with terrible service, poor food quality its literally overpriced Panda Express. I am truly disappointed by how this was handled! read more

Just came here for my first time yesterday and I really had nothing but a great experience. Fast speedy service. A very nice quiet and relaxing evening spent with my girlfriend eating good chinese food. Very polite and attentive hostess and waiters quick and happy to attend you, I couldn't ask for anything more it was all great! Id highly recommend this P.F. chang's location to anyone in Temecula looking to have a great Chinese food dinner in a nice restaurant, also conveniently located outside the Promenade Mall. read more

This is one of our favorite dining experiences, me and my fiancé had our second dinner date here , what a experience, we love it here. The menu and appetizers are excellent and all so tasty , we really enjoy our favorite drink here is the " Singapore Sling " , last night unfortunately we were told that it's not offered, but the attendant was almost able to make it at our request with some help. Going here to eat is great , it's right next to the mall, so perfect after dinner you can walk around the mall or see a movie , excellent for dinner date night and more fun. read more

Very disappointed always a favorite of ours. To go order... Said be ready in 15.minutes waited 40 minutes. The girl kept saying almost ready. I ask for extra soy sauce! No soy sauce at all!!! The food was the not fresh whatsoever. Crispy green beans were not covered with the tempura.. Half and half with a very old oil taste.. All of the food. Chicken fried rice is had 8 small pieces of tough chicken pieces with Brown rice that was obviously sat in a pan. Very little veggies. Honey chicken we always order again a taste of old oil used. With the tempura being dough.. Needless to say the time of our pickup was 5:30 we believe it was left over from lunch pans.. Nothing fresh. We called back to complain and left on hold for 20 minutes finally hung up. transferred 2 times. We love the left overs! In this case we tossed it. I'm waiting we watched the girl leave the front area a visit with bartender why we were waiting on food. And saying oh I'll go check. 40 minutes after a we arrived and told 15 minutes it be ready. No customer service no sorry and old leftover food.. A failed experience for sure. ALWAYS my favorite Restaurant lived here for 45 years. I have to say we've ordered and visited numerous times at least once a month. This was not only a bad experience it was not acceptable at all.. From customer service, to the food to no contact with a complaint... Very very disappointing!Temecula... Needs to investigate. What went wrong!! Always good.. Not anymore!! read more

I was craving some Chinese food but it was a little late. We were there at 9 pm. They close at 10 pm that day. When we checked in, the host said it was a 30 to 45 minute wait. I said ok. Moments later, I scanned the dining area and they were only about 30% full. It's not Covid-related table distancing because when we got seated, we were adjacent to two occupied tables to our front and to the left. Our server was great though. Our order: Calamari appetizer - 3/5 It had some veggie fillers. Dipping sauce was good and spicy. Pad Thai - 4/5 This is probably the best from our order. Shanghai Noodles - 2/5 Oversauced and taste was off. read more

We went to P.F. Chang's in Temecula for the first time. We ordered egg drop soup, beef and broccoli and fried rice with shrimp. Everything was absolutely delicious. I'm not a Chinese food fan but this was very tasty and fresh. The broccoli was crunchy and the sauce was rich and very flavorful. The fried rice with the shrimp was very good. The egg drop soup tasted perfect. We will definitely go here again. We shared the beef and broccoli as well as the rice. There was plenty for both of us. We even brought the left over home. Yummy. read more

We just finished our meal for Father's Day. It's was our 1st time here. We were very pleased with the atmosphere, the food and the staff. Sonya was our server and she went above and beyond. We ordered spicy green beans and the Brussels sprouts for apps. I ordered the spicy miso, husband the Buddha bowl, my son got the orange chicken and the littles got the fried rice kids meals. All were delicious. Our food came out hot and Sonya checked on us frequently. When you eat out, you hope for great food but you really come back for the excellent service. Sonya delivered just that. Also, it's really not easy finding a delicious vegetarian options that don't feel like sides. We left very full and very happy. We will definitely end back. read more

Thank you Cenin(I might have spelled the name wrong) for your great customer service and friendliness.

Truly enjoy the food and service every time we come in!! I always recommend this location. My husband and I are gluten free (not by choice) and I have never had any issues. Atmosphere is chill and I love bringing my family here. Great ambiance. read more

I ordered to go and by the time I got it home we were so hungry I forgot to take pics of our order. We usually get the Mongolian beef my son calls it sweet meat, the combination fried rice, no pork and the chicken lo mein noodles. Occasionally, I get the shrimp and lobster sauce. They have a station for pick up now you used to have to go to the bar. It makes it more convenient for pick up. Always friendly service. The place is always busy that just means the food is good. I received a gift card from here & decided to use it last night. Service was just ok. Took 30 mins to sit just the 2 of us. 30 mins to get our food, and she forgot a few things. Our waters weren't always filled. But it was a busy night. The food was surprisingly good. But a little expensive. We ordered the Mongolian beef ($18+): our favorite. The sauce is delicious, & the beef was lean & tender. Cup of wonton soup ($5): tasty & flavorful. salt & pepper shrimp ($20+): crispy & garlicky. Make sure to scoop the garlic up since it didn't stick to the shrimp. and the crispy honey chicken ($15+): wish it were a little crispier, but it had a yummy sauce. Sweet, but balanced with a little tang. I most likely would crave & come back for their Mongolian beef. read more

I keep trying PF Chang's every couple years and unfortunately I'm always disappointed. We went for lunch at noon and the restaurant was almost empty, however we waited over 10 minutes for drinks and refills and my meal came out about about 10 minutes after my coworker. (She had a sushi roll, I had a spicy chicken bowl) The food is just okay, kind of bland. When I order a spicy meal I definitely expect more flavor and seasoning. read more

This location has gone down hill. PF Changs has been bought and sold a few times in the last 10 years, and none of the changes have been positive. They have let managers go, really good managers have quit, and the food is just ok. We used to come here twice a week, seriously, it was great, affordable, and fun. They need a better AC system, some ceiling fans, but instead, did a hideous $1m makeover that looked better before the makeover. We will probably come here once every 6 months, it is just no longer a positive experience, and all the people we knew there, are no longer there. read more

For the past few occasions I have phoned in an order and been disappointed. This recent experience was really disappointing. I phoned in an order at 1:00 PM and was told my order would be ready in "twenty minutes." I ran a few errands arriving at the restaurant at 1:35 pm expecting my order to be ready only to be told "it's not ready." I waited and by the time 2:00 pm arrived I got up and told them to cancel my order, an hour wait is long enough. That's when they told me my order was being bagged up. 2:10 pm is when my order was finally handed to me. Not happy and to top it off the employee who handed me my order could see my disappointment and became snippy with me. Yard house, Cheesecake Factory, Lazy Dog, Silverlake Ramen, California Kitchen and even Costco food court are in close proximity and will be considered before I return to PF Changs in Temecula read more

Terrible establishment. I ordered food here of Gluten free menu . They gave me food that was not Gluten Free and the manager confirmed it was there fault. Manager said they would open a claim and pay for any harm resulting in the allergic reaction. They did not take responsibility and I missed a week of work being sick. My husband and I recently rediscovered PF Chang's.. We would frequent the restaurant about 6 times a year then after COVID we didn't go out to eat so much. Now since we are going out more often, we decided to try out PF Chang's after several years. Oh my gosh! Why did we wait so long to come back? No idea, but wow, this is now one of our favorite places to eat. Everything we've tried so far as been excellent. The beef dishes are so yummy, their appetizers are out of this world excellent. Over the weekend we were there and discovered they have a special for two, separate soup or salads ( the salad dressing is amazing) generous appetizers that are all wonderful and we each get a meal with their yummy rice. There was so much food we had to take some home. The service is top notch, the ambience is nice, no loud music or loud anything so you can actually have a conversation with whoever you come in with and hear them. All the service staff are friendly and efficient. The Temecula location is great since it's in the outdoor part of the mall in Temecula, it's safe, has lots of parking. and lots of shopping of course.
