Came for lunch on a Saturday place was empty. Empty and very clean! Promptly greeted at the door and by the very nice bartender. Ordered a jade margarita. Delicious and refreshing. Next onto the eggs rolls. Cut in half and not oily at all. Sauce has a bit of a kick which I loved. Definitely not your average duck sauce. Spice hits your sinuses like wasabi. I was looking for a side house salad but they don't have that option so I went with the portion size for one. Salad was tasty a little sweet just bigger and more expensive than I wanted. My honey and I went to PF Chang's on Valentine's day! I hadn't been there in a while and I forgot how good it was. We ordered sweet and sour shrimp, which wasn't on the menu, but they made it special for us. It was fantastic. I would definitely order it again. I asked for an ETA when I arrived and was told they were waiting on my particular entree. After 45 minutes and several more ETA checks the food was finally handed off. When I arrived home it turned out that my entree was missing. The food that was allegedly holding up the entire order was not provided. The restaurant was pro forma apologetic and offered to make the entree again, as if I would drive up there again and deal with the absurd new parking policy at Easton for one meal. They had to be pushed to remove the entree and should have comped the entire meal for the inconvenience. PF Chang's was someplace we took out of town guests and that we used when hosting large family gatherings at the holidays. Never again after this fiasco and their tepid response to it. read more

It's been a while since I've dined at this chain. I had wonderful memories of their crispy pan fried noodles and lettuce wraps. Since I was there for lunch, I didn't want a huge meal so I opted for their lunch portion of orange chicken. I was excited to find the pan fried noodles as a side so I got that. Sadly, the quality of food has decreased so much. Everything was oversauced even though I asked for light sauce. Super salty too. I couldn't find my server for water so ended up going to the bar to get a glass. Sadly, if they don't pick up their game they will keep losing business. Any appetizer or meal we got was overly salty. It's just too much. Hoping the rice would tame the saltiness, but we were let down due to the rice not being cooked. Crunchy rice is no good. The dishes we ordered for our party of seven were hit and miss. For example, the Mongolian beef was great. The Mongolian tofu was lacking sauce, two people thought it was ok and two of us thought it was horrible. We took it home and will doctor it up. My dish was the Firecracker Shrimp and I was disappointed with the entire meal. First of all, the vegetable spring roll side had the strangest taste. My white rice was room temperature, and even though I asked them to omit the "fiery" peppers, there were loads of them. Essentially, all I could taste was the peppers. I had the spicy garlic noodles, pork eggrolls and Mongolian Trio. The noodles were better than average, but could've been a bit more spicy. I appreciated being able to get high-quality noodles. The eggrolls were really crispy and I enjoyed that because they weren't rubbery and soft like you find in many other restaurants. The Mongolian Trio was very tasty, but could've used less sauce. But the large portion I ordered was ample and too much for one meal. All in all it was a great experience, although sort of pricey. read more

Went here twice this month with one of my friends. The first time we sat in the dining room and the second time in the bar. Both times we had excellent service. As far as ambiance, not much has changed in side of PF Changs since it was opened here 20 yrs ago. Its clean, the seating is comfortable, the lighting is relaxed and dim. The one thing that has changed is the menu size. It seems much smaller- however the food is still very good for a chain. I ordered the dumplings and veggie lo mein with shrimp added. That was delicious and large enough to have some left over for the next day. The dumplings are a decent size. I got them during happy hour so they were discounted and the cocktail I ordered was only 5 bucks. Our server/bartender was Amanda. The shrimp fried rice will definitely be my go-to meal to order the next time I visit because it's just your classic and simple meal. The peach tea was a refreshing herbal tea but I felt that it needed some honey or sweetener; nonetheless, it was fine. Went on a Monday night and it was pretty quiet but the waitress was friendly! There were four of us and service was very quick (shockingly so). My mom is gluten free and they offer several options (more limited than she originally thought as not all sauces can be gluten free) which made it easy for her. I got the honest chicken which was spicier than I expected (so I traded for a sesame chicken at the table which was delicious). Came in to celebrate father's day. We made reservations online and getting sat down was quick and easy. This location has been at Easton for a long time and I used to frequent often. Over the years tho decided to try local Asian eateries. I decided to return because I had a craving for their Mongolian beef. Thankfully they still have it but they changed up the veggies that come with it. Used to come with julienne cut celery and carrots that were wok fried and crispy. It was a beautiful dish. Now the beef is still just as tasty but only comes with cooked green onions. We ordered the eggrolls to start. Two for $9 you would think they would be large and delicious. However not so much, they were cut in half and small and crispy with not much flavor. Really disappointed in these. For dinner we ordered the Mongolian beef and figured we would try the new Crispy Honey chicken. We also ordered lo mein and white rice and the server was nice enough to also bring out brown rice for us to try as well. The lo mein is an additional $4 but large amount so we felt it was worth it and the flavor was not bad. The honey chicken, it tasted like sweet n sour. The server brought us a little dish of both sauces to taste the difference. Pretty much tasted the same haha. We also got their house pilsner which was OK at best. Overall not like it used to be for quality but ok I suppose. But definitely not worth the price when you can go to a local place and get better food for a better price. Always get the chicken pad Thai and it never comes with tofu never had an issue until today. It was overloaded with tofu half the dish was nothing but tofu and took away the flavor I'm use to. Took out as much tofu as I could but the flavor was still not the same took about 2 bites and had to toss the dish. If you like tofu then this is for you it has a ridiculous amount. A group of ladies had lunch here. There were many appetizers ordered to be shared. I picked the Dynamite Shrimp. It is a lot(8-12) of shrimp coated in a siracha sauce on a bed a chopped cabbage. PF Chang's is one of the most prominent symbols of whitewashing and cultural appropriation that somehow still thrives today. I vowed in middle school never to return, but unfortunately, my tita was paying for dinner and chose here. Horrible mistake. Despite choosing to work at a place that profits off knockoff Asian culture and assigns ridiculous cosplay as uniform, the hostess looked disgusted when my mother and tita spoke Tagalog while we waited to be seated. She didn't speak a word to us, only looked annoyed and off put, even after we all said thank you when sitting down. Our waitress was sweet but got our order wrong and forgot to bring us utensils, even after our food was brought out. But she was honestly the best part of being here. The food was, expectedly, horrible. Apparently PF Chang's has expanded their menu from fake China to include Thailand and Korea. The "Korean Glass Noodles" were disgustingly sweet and weirdly spiced, nothing at all like actual japchae. The pad thai noodles were hard, and as pictured, the shrimp (which was charged extra) was barely present and even then about the size of my thumbnail. The lo mein was exactly what you'd expect from PF Chang's. The only thing I actually enjoyed was the lettuce wraps, but they charged extra for chicken, which was also barely present at all. It's mostly water chestnuts. On the way out, I thought, surely the hostess isn't as miserably racist as I interpreted when we walked in. So I smiled and told her to have a good day, to which she rolled her eyes. 1 million percent will never step foot in a PF Chang's again, but especially not this one. We were unable to get into a restaurant my family wanted to try while we were in Columbus, so we went to our tried and true: P.F.Chang's. We have never eaten at the Columbus, OH location, but we have eaten in many of their restaurants in other places. Place is decorated well like most PF Changs. The wait was a bit long, 45 minutes but after we were escorted to our table and we quickly placed our drink and appetizer orders. My brother had a beer, my mom a glass of Pinot Grigio, while i ordered a seasonal drink for the Chinese New Year called Down the Rabbit Hole. The drink was made from Rabbit Hole Boxergrail Rye Whiskey, Barrow's Intense Ginger Liquor, Lemon, Honey. It was a very delightful drink and apropos for the Year of the Rabbit. The dynamite shrimp were delicious and spicy. Together they made a wonderful combination. We then ordered our main courses. My mom ordered Crispy Honey Chicken, my brother had the Cantonese Style Lobtser and I ordered the Wagyu Steak. While we waited we laughed and talked and soon enough our food was brought. Well there was a mistake actually. My mother and my brother both got the right dishes, but I got the fire-braised short ribs. I ate some not know it wasn't the Wagyu steak at first, but realized there was a mistake. Well they admitted their error and brought us a steak and let us keep both. My family loved their food and I loved both my dishes... the first braised short rib was very tender and flavorful but nothing compared to the Wagyu steak. That steak is special... it literally melts in your mouth... or you melt while eating it... maybe both. By the end, we did not have room for dessert... i certainly did not!
