We had a family birthday celebration at PF Changs at Shallowford. The food was incredibly delicious. We had teriyaki beef, miso salmon, and Kung Pao beef. The fried rice is definitely worth the small upcharge. Our server Brad greeted us, took our drink order, and brought beverages quickly. We shared a fried pork dumplings appetizer arriving hot and crispy. We ordered a tasty dessert trio to go and finished our party at home. The restaurant was busy for a Friday evening but with reservations we were seated quickly. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing under the supervision of Erica. Thank you PF Changs for a lovely evening. John and Cheryl Prince read more

I had the best service. Nevaeh wand Laura were great. It's nice when you have sweet wait staff. Oh and the food was delicious

We sat at the bar for heavy apps, and Haley was fantastic! It was wine night - Wednesday 1/2 price bottles - and she made it a delightful experience. The food was as we've come to expect, and a nice change of pace. read more

Very average and not authentic. Prices are high for what you get. Quality is only decent but you are paying like it's high quality. The dumplings were frozen potstickers reheated. Mongolian Beef was tasty. Orange chicken was overly tangy and sweet. This is the equivalent to Asian good what Olive Garden is to Italian food. Just average. Go in with tempered expectations. Service was attentive. read more

We really enjoyed our meal a few weeks ago. Stopped in for an early dinner and decided to sit in the dining room this time. We ordered the lettuce wraps ( which cost more in the dining room) and the fire cracker shrimp and sesame chicken entrees. The food and service were just ok this time. May have been an off time of day 3:30 pm. read more

Extremely dirty in bar area, we had appetizer and 2 meals and 2 waters. Food came out really cold and rice was hard. Bartender couldn't keep up. We won't go back. read more

Five stars for service... thanks to Grace, our waitress who rocked! She helped us tweak our meal order and got us everything we wanted. Three stars for food and drink quality. The kitchen was super quick, but didn't deliver the flavor. My Mai Tai tasted too much like cough syrup. Still, I would return, because the manager must have high standards for the service (which was flawless). The staff had excellent teamwork. This restaurant made a good stop-off when we finished our Tesla service visit. Super easy parking too, with lots of handicapped spaces by the front door. read more

Honestly so disappointed in the food and service in this visit. We were sat at a booth with food in the seats and the table had sauce still on it. I also found it hard to talk to our waitress, every time someone ordered or talked to her there was an unexpected tone. Basically she made us feel stupid for trying to order. Which is ridiculous considering I've been here plenty and well.... I know how to order. Just upset from this meal and will most likely not be returning to this location. read more

Delicious food and excellent, attentive service. Very few choices for us diabetics, which is too bad. Food found to have very high sugar content. read more

The good thing about PF Changs is that your meal is consistent no matter which location you go to. Being from Los Angeles, I have abundant choices for fresh, authentic Chinese food that doesn't involve a chain such as this. But when you are traveling, there are times you seek out the convenient places, even if they are a chain. The service here was quite good. I especially enjoyed their special cocktail (I ended up having two of them!). For dinner, I had a nice salad and an order of Kung Pao Chicken. While it was a decent dinner, it came across as too salty. Their sauces are loaded with soy, therefore loaded with sodium. And while I am sure their regular customers love the saltiness, I found it took away from the true flavors of the dishes. Was it bad...no. Could it have been better...yes. Will I return...maybe....but only because it was near my hotel and I knew what I was getting into. read more

Food was awful. Egg drop tasted like the fried the eggs and then put then in the soup. Soup was brown not yellow. Main course was also under cooked. I've had Chinese fast food that was better. Very, Very over priced for the lack of quality. You are paying for the atmosphere. Will not return. read more

Food was awful. First of all it took forever for someone to wait on us. Then took forever to get our food. Appetizer of crab wontons tasted fishy and wonton was overly crispy. My Singapore street noodles were dry and the shrimp was hard and overcooked. I'll never go back. read more

I treated my husband for his birthday. Despite waiting to be recognized, the manager alerted Charity we were in her section. Once she came to our booth, she was very attentive throughout the entire process and made us feel special. Veggie egg rolls, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Mongolian tofu, Butter cake, and of course The Wall made it well worth it. read more

Probably the worst Asian food I've ever had and I've traveled around the world. Got sick the last time I ate here. Used to love it but quality has gone away. read more

I really enjoyed our experience at this location! We decided to make a reservation because we knew that it would be busy and we were right! The hostess was kind and seated us quickly! Our waitress was kind, attentive and funny! She recommended drinks and dishes! I decided to order the wonton soup, steamed shrimp dumplings and pepper steak! All of the dishes were delicious! The inside is large with all different size tables. This location is definitely good for groups! I really recommend this location for delicious food and great customer service! read more

One of my faves for sure! I spend most of my birthdays at this restaurant. The food and environment are always amazing. The servers are normally quick and efficient. Love the chicken lettuce wraps if you're trying to decide on a great appetizer. read more

Food is good and hot. Service is usually good. It would be nice if you informed your customers that noodles are an extra $4 when they're offered in place of rice. The extra $16 on my last bill made me a bit grumpy. read more

My wife, Leslie and I ate lunch at PF Chang's today at 1.51 pm. Per the receipt, we were seated at table 42/1. The server, Jennfier took our order. And, we never, I mean never, saw her again. No one came to our table to refill our water glasses. No one came up and asked about our food. I spoke with the lady manager about it. I do not recall her name. She said, "Oh when it gets slow, some of the servers hang out in the back." What kind of lame answer was that? I asked the lady manager if she could bring my bill so we could leave. She brought my bill and yet never apologized to me or my wife. I went to the PF Chang's website and filed a complaint. This has nothing to do about food. It has to do with poor customer service and lackadaisical management. read more

Took many years to try this place but I went for it and they blew my mind with the amount of food you get here. The lettuce wraps were amazing app and the honey chicken is so so good. I'd love to try the sushi but lord I get so much food and the soups can't miss the soups they are spot on. Chinese food prepared very well I was not disappointed I think I'm going to celebrate my birthday here just to get the sparkling bottle read more

My first time at PF Chang, we had a party of 9 for my grandsons birthday. the waitress was the best I've ever had, she was phenomenal. the food was another story, the prices in my opinion is way too high. Me and my wife had fried dumplings and pork egg rolls for appetizers, they were cold and taste was mediocre, I had the firecracker shrimp which I requested be extra spicy, it was not, it was also cold and the count of shrimp was low for the prices, my wife had the Mongolian beef we both had fried rice, the beef was also cold and very tough. I think the up charge for the fried rice was excessive $6.00 for two, total of 4 ordered fried rice, we got one bowl to share, we had to ask for more.$6.00 for a bottle of beer was also excessive, the most I've ever paid for a beer anywhere. We are in TN not NY or LA. The decor was acceptable, plain nothing special. their website leads you to expect more. I will not be going back, I can get a much better meal at a much lower price at HANA. I asked other members of our party what they thought, the main issues was that the food was cold and the prices were too high, some said the food was not seasoned right. PF Chang is at best a medicore restaurant masquerading as an upper class one. read more

P.F. Chang's never disappoints! Lettuce wraps: the sirens of P.F. Chang's, luring me into over-ordering bliss every single time. The miso salmon with vegetables was my choice this time. It was flavorful and I got extra noodles so today I have salmon and noodles for breakfast. P.F. PF Chang's is a chain that's known for 'Americanized Chinese food'. Their business model provides a much needed service for those areas like Chattanooga, Tennessee that don't have a large Chinese presence. The ambiance is the same at all P F Chang's, which is understated elegance. It's dimly-lit, large comfortable seating, combined with fresh and tasty food makes this a good selection when pressed to make a quick decision when there are otherwise few choices for Chinese food. We always enjoy our time here. The food takes a bit of time, but that just gives you time to relax and enjoy the company you're with. My favorite dish is the Shrimp in Lobster Sauce. The dinner portion is very large and shareable, as are most of the entrees. It consists of a large number of perfectly cooked tender shrimp, accompanied with a medley of shiitake mushrooms, water chestnuts, scrambled egg, peas and green onions combined in a bold, delectable and creamy lobster sauce. Some other noteworthy dishes I love to eat here are: Chicken Lettuce Wraps that you put together and do-it-yourself, with crunchy, spicy chicken inside, along with various additions that are presented alongside to choose from; Crab Wontons hand-folded onto a crispy shell and stuffed with a generous portion of fresh real crab that is combined in a soft, creamy cream cheese mixture, each won-ton is then placed on top of a spicy-sweet red pepper sauce; Sesame Chicken with sliced red peppers, broccoli florets and onion pieces, then sautéed in a dark, tangy sauce, and finally topped with sesame seeds; Crispy Honey Chicken lightly battered fried chicken breast meat is then smothered in a sticky-and-sweet honey sauce. P F Chang's currently is open for dine-in and take-out service. The restaurant practices appropriate distancing and cleaning protocols. Hostesses and servers wear masks, while patrons are not required to. There is a large inside bar serving cocktails, as well as an outdoor covered seating area. Next time I want to try their NEW Korean Bulgogi Steak, made with New York Strip Steak. It should be good. I'll let you know. ;;) read more

1. Woman's restroom needed attention. Strong urine smell. 2. Service - nice lady -- but clearing table after appetizer-- we had to request 3. Dessert served and table had not been cleared -- unappetizing to try and eat a lovely dessert - gross I would say service is lazy read more

Busy and backed up Saturday but able to work us into a high top in the bar so no waiting. Meals were good as always, as was service.

I have been a fan of Chang's for many years. I have picked up and had delivered hundreds of orders over the years. Since COVID, quality of the food has declined considerably. In the past few months I have ordered Shrimp fried rice adding chicken 5 times. Twice I had to reorder due to terrible quality. Tonight 1-8-2025 is my last time. Again, I ordered the same thing. Shrimp were hard and seriously overcooked. Chicken was hard, sparce and had NO flavor and the rice had a musty smell, was hard and flavorless. Nearly 20 years loyal and I am done. I did use door dash however the order was prompt, and delivered warm however was terrible. I am so disappointed. read more

Absolutely amazing flavors and presentation which let's be honest, almost always makes a difference to increase the enjoyment of the food! The staff was amazing and I mean all that I encountered. I had the Mongolian beef which is always a go to for me because it is so flavorful. The decor is very nice as well and gives a more high end feel for sure. I highly recommend you dine with them at any location. read more

OK one of my favorite places or should I say "was". Went there Sunday around 5 PM and sat at a high top in the bar area. Waiter and waitress worked as a team and did a great job. I had the crab wontons but they were not as tasty as I remember but OK. Also had the fried rice which was good. They have draught beer (+1) which is always a plus for me. Everything was going fine and then I get the bill. They don't want to take your credit card, oh no. They want you to scan your ticket and then get out your credit card so you can manually type in your credit card number (and I am sure your expiration date and 3- or 4-digit code on the back. I tried to get them to just take my CC but they pretty much insisted on me doing it on the ticket. This isn't Walmart where I have to self-checkout. I am surprised they didn't insist I get my own food from the kitchen. If you have read my reviews, you probably know I appreciate customer service when I go out, and especially at a relatively nice place. I don't consider that customer service. Anyway, I paid with cash so I did not have to get out my reading glasses, type in my information. I guess it saves the server a trip to the register. I know this is the wave of the future but I will not go easily. As for PFC,I will reluctantly go back when I get the craving but not very often. A 4 for food and a 3 for self-service. read more

This is my second time here; the first being over ten years ago. As a Chinese American, I came here fully aware and knowing that I would be disappointed if I was expecting "authentic" Chinese food but we had a gift card and decided to check it out and were actually pleasantly surprised. We started out with the classic chicken lettuce wraps ($14) and garlic green beans ($9) and we enjoyed both dishes! The lettuce was freshly washed and soaked in water droplets but I did find a little bug on one leaf still (no big deal, they clearly tried to wash them at least) and the green beans were a HUGE entree sized portion and so so so delicious! I would love to order just the green beans and rice next time. I ordered the kids lo mein ($6 and came with some chicken and fruit salad) and my bf got the combo pad thai (chicken and shrimp) and my bf actually enjoyed my kids lo mein more than his pad thai LOL. The lo mein was cooked with perfection and had what we Chinese call "wok hei" which translates to breath of the wok; aka good wok flavor and cooked in high enough heat. Overall, the experience was decent but I am in no hurry to come back. P.s. Cocktails were pretty good. No lychee flavor in their version of Moscow mule with "lychee" listed in the ingredients though. read more

Thank God for our waiter who was excellent. Food was excellent. The only problem is getting past the rude Blond that greets you when you enter. I almost did a 180 degree turn and walked out with my wife. Very uncharacteristic for Chattanooga she seemed pissed off because she was about to get in the phone and us as customers were bothering her by coming in to get a seat. I'm going to give her the benefit of the doubt since it was an hour before closing but hey, from a managers point a view it's only a matter of time before this will starts to have a negative effect on the establishment. Like I said great food, open late (10pm) great waiter just a horrible Hostess with enough negative disposition to reduce what would have been a 5 star rating to a 3 star. --------Bring your AirPods and turn on Spotify that way it will shield you of her negativity when asking for a seat and you'll be good to go ----------------- read more

We ate there today. Didn't care for it the last time we ate there about a year ago. Today was no different. The air conditioning was messed up so it was not comfortable to eat. The menu looks way streamed down. Food was ok, nothing that stood out as delicious. Server was good, but the hostess should have made us aware of the air situation before we were seated. We would have left. Seems like they would have comped you a dollar or two if you stayed to eat there. Overall it was ok but I don't care to go back. read more
