I was disappointed with the portion size. It had 6 baby shrimp and a total of 3 very small pieces of chicken. You would think that a restaurant like P F Chang would have large shrimp in their food and the little pieces of chicken served was down right ridiculous. The overall taste of the dish was good. Absolutely the last time we will ever go PF Changs White Marsh. The last time we were here was a year ago and we might as well have gone to the kitchen and cooked our own meals and served ourselves, it was that bad. Tonight, (where do I begin?!)...we made a reservation on Open Table and was seated on time, at 7:45pm. There were TONS of open times on Open Table yet we witnessed the young man working the host station turn 3 separate parties of 2-3 that there was an 1.5 hour wait with no reservation, even though we made ours just 10 mins upon arriving. We were seated for TWENTY minutes with no server in sight to serve water or take our order. We walked out, but not before we let the young man at the host stand know we were leaving. He shrugged his shoulders as if he could care less. We are very easy going and never have any complaints when dining out but we will never come here again! The only reason why we came here tonight is because we had a gift card. We threw it in the trash on our way out. PF Changs: hire and train your staff appropriately! No wonder the restaurant was less than half full on a Saturday night. read more

Our waitress was awesome on this visit to P.F. Chang's! She was friendly, knowledgeable and on the ball with timing and refills. The food was hot and fresh and well presented. The shrimp dumpling are really tasty and I prefer them steamed. I enjoy most dishes here especially the Szechuan Beef, garlic chicken and broccoli, and sautéed spinach. Unless you're trying to be healthy, getting some fried rice and lo mein -instead of white rice- is a perfect way to sample other dishes with ordering additional meals. I always love Chang's. One of my favorite restaurants. Everything is from scratch. So if you ever wondered what a real egg roll or dumpling tastes like, go here! I visited this lovely establishment this evening with my husband. I loved the entire experience. First, our waiter was awesome(I think his name was John) he was very helpful, fast, polite, and even was a little comical. I really enjoyed him. The food was on point. Everything that we ordered did not disappoint. Even the strawberry lemonade and pomegranate lemonade slapped.my favorite thing that I ate there was the wonton soup. I ordered a slice of cheese to go and oh my goodness it was good. It came with this little cup of red stuff to drizzle on it. If you're visiting PF Chang's for the first time please skip this location. I'm local and visit a few times a year and the service and food is never consistent or good. Like today for example: it's mid day and the bar area of the restaurant is closed. No sitting at the bar, watching tv etc. ok, bar is closed but the service on the dining side should be closed because it barely exists. Out of a lot of the things like hot tea. Came to PF Chang's for a surprise birthday dinner for 2 relatives. We had a party of 14 ranging from 9 months old to 75+. We had 1 waiter whose name was Jay and he took care of our entire table. He was very professional, polite and very patient. I commend him because some parties within our table were not ready and babies/children were all over the place. He made sure everyone had everything they needed. I chose the BBQ Spare Ribs for my appetizer to share with a few family members and loved the tangy Asian BBQ sauce! I enjoyed my meal which will always be the Crispy Honey Shrimp w/ Rice, my absolute fave! My only reason for the 4 stars is because the restaurant should have put our large table in a more private area which they had by the windows, instead of dead center in the restaurant on a busy Sunday evening. Being in the center made it difficult to get up at times for our guests to use the restroom with surrounding tables so close by. My family and I really enjoy this location! I can't think of a single complaint for our most recent visit. Our waitress was friendly and made sure we never had to wait long for a drink refill. Our appetizer and entrees were absolutely delicious! For an appetizer we had crispy green beans - always a pleaser in our family :-). Our son got chicken fried rice and a side of fruit (random, I know lol) and downed it in fifteen minutes. The kids portions are pretty big! I came here at around 6:30 pm. The service was bad. Our waitress had about 8 tables so she couldn't be as attentive as we would have liked. It took her 20 minutes to get our drink and appetizers orders. Then another 10 to bring them out. Then forgot two of the drinks. Then all of her tables had left and About 20 minutes later she came back for our food orders. They brought them out after another 20 minutes. Well here comes a big bowl of shrimp fr, I asked her where the Mongolian beef was and she had thought all I wanted was the shrimp fr, no. we had a discussion before ordering wondering what the Mongolian beef was and what came with it. The service was friendly, though they brought out the entrees before the appetizer (the appetizer came out a minute afterwards though), and masks are closely observed. We had the hand-folded crab wonton appetizer to start and it was perfect, the crab meat was extremely delicate and flavorful. For entrees we had the orange chicken and chicken pad thai. The orange chicken was good, very savory with a large helping of rice, although the sauce was a bit too thick and sweet. This is my favorite location in the Baltimore area. As in any PF Chang's, the quality depends on the entree. They have a few staples that are consistently good including Mongolian Beef, Kung Poa Chicken (so good), Shrimp Dumplings, Lettuce Wraps and Dynamite Shrimp. I would recommend sticking with their Chinese entrees, because that's what they do best. You can find much better Thai and Korean food in the city. read more

I've been to this PF Chang's twice. The first time I went the food was terrible, but everyone has off days (even chefs) so I didn't leave a bad review. But after the second time turned out as bad as the first, I couldn't remain quite. Simply put, the food here is just bad. The cooks use way too much oil and sauce. My toddler's fried rice was so greasy his face was filled with excess oil and my honey chicken could easily pass as a dessert. My teenager sent her food back twice. The pepper steak was soupy and when she swapped it for orange chicken the sauce was just as bad. I wouldn't recommend this PF Chang's to anyone. The frozen entrees in the grocery store taste better. read more

People have come and gone, but it consistently remains one of the better PFCs in terms of food quality and service, especially when compared to the Towson location. The food modifications that we have requested have turned out correctly for the vast majority of times. On visits where I am eating alone or with a friend, the bartenders such as Darrian do a good job. Some of my favorite dishes at this location are the Chilean sea bass, Mongolian beef, and egg plants, chicken fried rice. The one thing that I absolutely like about PFC over the years is the abundance of brown rice at no extra charge. read more

He then i botheredly takes my drink order incorrectly and slides me a menu. He never asked me if i was ready to order, which i was. The incoming bartender comes in, notices my immediate displeasure and greets me to see if i would like a water while i wait, whic i was not offered before. He brings the water and takes my order. We came in for a nice early valentine's day dinner since I had a b1g1 coupon that I didn't want to waste . My husband and I both got the surf and turf with white rice and we shared the chicken lettuce wraps , my daughter had the honey chicken kids meal with the fruit . The surf and turf was great ! The portion was very generous and I had leftovers for the next day . The chicken wraps were as good as I remembered but I do miss being able to make my own sauce for them (this is a few years back lol ) . The kids meal was great ! She loved it , it was like chicken nuggets with the sauce on the side and the fruit was fresh . The fruit included strawberries, cut grapes and honeydew balls. We've been coming here for years and had some good meals and some ok meals. This was the first PF Changs in the area and it was a pretty big deal. I had my first lettuce wrap here. Over the years we have seen it get less busy and in return some service has gone down as its gotten less busy.
