Came here after church for dinner and because I wanted to try their new drink special, the Cherry Blossom. We were immediately greeted and asked if wanted a table or booth, we asked for a booth. After several minutes, our server Lea appeared and we told her to take her time so we can look over the menu. Hubby and I ended up wanting the same dish, so I ended up changing my dish to something so we can try each other's food. Upon Lea's return we ordered for appetizer thr pork dumplings, for dinner I had the noodles and prawns and hubby had the Singapore street noodles along with our drinks which included the cherry blossom martini and a peach Boba breeze. Everything was delightful. Service was quite spot on. After we dined, we opted out of getting dessert so we asked for the check. When the check arrived I was taken aback when I saw they charged taxes on everything; alcohol, food and non-alcohol which was about $5.15. Dinning for two came to about $90. I was really disappointed with my recent visit to P.F. Chang's. I've always thought of it as a reliable spot, but this experience completely missed the mark. The food was extremely underwhelming. The dishes lacked flavor and tasted bland, almost like they had been sitting out for a while. Nothing we ordered felt fresh or worth recommending. For a restaurant with this reputation, I expected much better quality and consistency. Overall, the experience did not live up to expectations, especially considering the price. I am a regular, I patronize this location several times per month. When the food is great it is well worth the price. On a positive note the bartender/waiter was very attentive and accommodating and the banana spring roll dessert was excellent. Hope to have a better experience on our next visit. read more

I wish I could remember her name, but she was very petite, with two braids, and served my husband and I on Valentines Day. I had given a review someone sent me an email to discuss my review but the email was not good. I figured let me give them another chance everybody has an off day. Nope I was wrong. The girl gave me a wrong order she gave me a chicken with peanuts I did not ask for that cause my husband is allergic to peanuts. We tried to eat atPF Chang's tonight. I asked the waitress if they could accommodate my shellfish allergy. I was assured that if she put the allergy on the ticket it would be okay. We ordered drinks, and an appetizer. The waitress came back and told us that it wasn't safe. So we tried egg rolls, not safe. She brought us a list of what was safe for me to eat. There were very few things on this list. Throughout the effort, I was made to feel like I was the problem. The waitress was to say the least borderline rude the entire time. While many people enjoy the overpriced restaurant, don't go there if you have a seafood allergy! We learned that they potentially accommodate allergies of their customers, but it's the manager's on site decision. A very quiet Tuesday evening does not afford time to accommodate the customers in the way that the wait staff is instructed to offer. Wish that they'd simply be honest. read more

The food is, as I'd always known, glorified Panda Express with little authentic Chinese flavors. It was all too greasy and covered with sauce. This was my first visit to a PF Chang's. Overall, it was a decent experience. Not overwhelmingly great but solid. I sat at the bar and was waited on reasonably quickly. This surprised me a bit, because the bartender was covering both the bar and about a dozen tables in the bar area--which spread him pretty thin. Fortunately there didn't seem to be a lot of drink orders coming in so that helped him keep up somewhat. I ordered the Chang's Spicy Chicken which was spicy but not overpowering. The portion size was great for the price point. Overall the dish was tasty but it is what it is: Americanized Asian food. But hey, that's OK and what I was expecting. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained though the decor was "modernist hotel bar." Again, that's OK because this is fast casual American-Asian dining, and a much cleaner dining choice than a typical corner take-out with a similar menu. I recommend, and can see myself visiting other PF Chang's if I'm traveling or looking for a reliable--if unremarkable--American-Asian meal. read more

I came around 1pm on Sunday November 16,2025. I sat at the bar & it took about 10 minutes before I saw the bartender. He said he didn't see the only person at the bar. I got the lunch special and after taking a few bites, I noticed a little fly in my food! After the bartender took the food back, I noticed a few bugs crawling around the bar. When i get to my table, the waiter takes his time to come over and I order a sprite and a midnight in Tokyo beverage. He takes a while to come back but it's a water instead of sprite and then asks if I want to wait for my appetizer ...no I'd like the appetizer before the meal but I guess I'll wait to order my food? I wait a while..the waiter comes back with the lettuce wraps and says the chef forgot to make my appetizer but here is it. The lettuce wraps are okay. Best thing i get to eat. I wait a while longer, I get my entree; the pepper steak with brown rice. The brown rice was hard and crunchy, and the pepper steak was overly heavy on the pepper. Overall, the midnight in Tokyo beverage was too strong even after the waiter informed it was the sweetest thing on the menu. The pepper steak was over seasoned and I like some seasoned food, brown rice was hard and crunchy and the lettuce wraps were the best thing. We celebrated both Mother's Day and Father's Day at PF Chang's this year. Both times our food was great and service was on point. We are all addicted to those fried green beans, yum! My dad loves the rib appetizer, and my mom and I will order the hot and sour soup even on the hottest of summer days, (it's that good). We always order the ginger chicken w broccoli and lo mein as entrees, and my dad likes the salmon or sometimes orders the chicken lettuce wraps as his main. And you have to try the banana spring rolls. The rolls themselves are good, but it's that pineapple coconut ice cream that is the star. Third P.F. Chang's experience at three different locations and they're all the same mediocre. Nothing to brag about. Service was okay. Food was boring for its price point. The server didn't even know the beer we requested... that is on the menu. They didn't even know it existed! We asked how long they've been working there and after 5 years of "knowing the menu", this beer has been around for much longer than they have been alive, I'm sure! It's okay though. It was four of us for a 'just passing through' dinner. Husband got sushi; good but way over priced! The other couple got some soup to share, mongolian beef, and a chicken meal. I got the mongolian beef as well. Sub-par. Nothing too special. Honestly tasted like it came from Panda Express or a quick chinese restaurant. You would expect that if you're paying nearly $30 for a meal, it should be not only a good quantity but a specific quality as well. Overall, for our third trip to P.F. Chang's over the past 10 years, nothing has changed. Overpriced, under quantity, and at points, ill-equipped. We might try again another year. read more

Ordered the BQ spare ribs for my entree they were delicious! 15 dollars and worth every penny. Order the Korean Glass Noodles with chicken and shrimp 24 dollars. I was disappointed with the portion size. It had 6 baby shrimp and a total of 3 very small pieces of chicken. You would think that a restaurant like P F Chang would have large shrimp in their food and the little pieces of chicken served was down right ridiculous. The overall taste of the dish was good.
