After several minutes, our server Lea appeared and we told her to take her time so we can look over the menu. Hubby and I ended up wanting the same dish, so I ended up changing my dish to something so we can try each other's food. Upon Lea's return we ordered for appetizer thr pork dumplings, for dinner I had the noodles and prawns and hubby had the Singapore street noodles along with our drinks which included the cherry blossom martini and a peach Boba breeze. Everything was delightful. Service was quite spot on. After we dined, we opted out of getting dessert so we asked for the check. When the check arrived I was taken aback when I saw they charged taxes on everything; alcohol, food and non-alcohol which was about $5.15. Dinning for two came to about $90. I was really disappointed with my recent visit to P.F. Chang's. I've always thought of it as a reliable spot, but this experience completely missed the mark. The food was extremely underwhelming. The dishes lacked flavor and tasted bland, almost like they had been sitting out for a while. Nothing we ordered felt fresh or worth recommending. For a restaurant with this reputation, I expected much better quality and consistency. Overall, the experience did not live up to expectations, especially considering the price. I am a regular, I patronize this location several times per month. When the food is great it is well worth the price. On a positive note the bartender/waiter was very attentive and accommodating and the banana spring roll dessert was excellent. Hope to have a better experience on our next visit. read more

We had dinner tonight at P F Chang located in White Marsh. Ten minutes wait time to be seated, restaurant was not crowded at all. Waitress pleasant, she immediately informed us that three of the specialty drinks were not available. We ordered the three course meal but was informed that two of the desserts advertised were not available. Ok, so we ordered something else, no problem. We waited maybe 20 minutes for appetizers (soup and calamari), and other 20 minutes for our dinner. I had to return the rice because it was lukewarm. My rice was returned in 13 minutes. Overall, the food was not that tasty. Bland, not spicy as requested. Disappointed. Not sure if I will return to this location. read more

This location is never good !!!!!! I used to like this location about 10 years ago but lately i do not know what happened. No matter when I go it is horriable, I went last night ordered one app and of course the dinner came out before it and they never even said that the app was on it;s way. I had to tell the server that my app never arrived. they didn't apologize or take it off the bill. They could have at least discounted it. I used to go to the Towson location which was MUCH better but they closed. I wish the white marsh one would have closed instead. We tried to eat atPF Chang's tonight. I asked the waitress if they could accommodate my shellfish allergy. I was assured that if she put the allergy on the ticket it would be okay. We ordered drinks, and an appetizer. The waitress came back and told us that it wasn't safe. So we tried egg rolls, not safe. She brought us a list of what was safe for me to eat. There were very few things on this list. Throughout the effort, I was made to feel like I was the problem. The waitress was to say the least borderline rude the entire time. While many people enjoy the overpriced restaurant, don't go there if you have a seafood allergy! We learned that they potentially accommodate allergies of their customers, but it's the manager's on site decision. A very quiet Tuesday evening does not afford time to accommodate the customers in the way that the wait staff is instructed to offer. Wish that they'd simply be honest. read more

We made a dinner reservation for 15 people more than a week in advance for my son's graduation. We arrived and there was no host at the host stand. A guest had to go and find someone to seat all the people waiting at the front. When we finally checked in for the reservation with the host we still had to wait for them to put the tables together like they didn't know we were coming. We finally get seated and the waitress has an attitude. Takes 10 min to serve us waters and still forgot a water. One of our first ordered a lychee lemonade, the first one came with boba and the second one didn't. Drinks (from the bar) took over 30 min. I have a gluten allergy and since I've been here before I exclusively ordered items with GFO next to them. The waitress comes out and says I can't have it because I have a gluten allergy and I explain it said GFO next to it and she said " well you can have it but it'll be made differently". That is implied. Anyhow the food comes out late and I'm still waiting on the gluten free rice. They gave the gluten free rice to my dad so they had to remake it. Leaving my entree cold when the rice finally arrived. The customer service from the host and waitress was piss poor to say the least. My other visits were not this bad. It wasn't even busy in here. This was my first visit to a PF Chang's. Overall, it was a decent experience. Not overwhelmingly great but solid. I sat at the bar and was waited on reasonably quickly. This surprised me a bit, because the bartender was covering both the bar and about a dozen tables in the bar area--which spread him pretty thin. Fortunately there didn't seem to be a lot of drink orders coming in so that helped him keep up somewhat. I ordered the Chang's Spicy Chicken which was spicy but not overpowering. The portion size was great for the price point. Overall the dish was tasty but it is what it is: Americanized Asian food. But hey, that's OK and what I was expecting. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained though the decor was "modernist hotel bar." Again, that's OK because this is fast casual American-Asian dining, and a much cleaner dining choice than a typical corner take-out with a similar menu. I recommend, and can see myself visiting other PF Chang's if I'm traveling or looking for a reliable--if unremarkable--American-Asian meal. read more

I came around 1pm on Sunday November 16,2025. I sat at the bar & it took about 10 minutes before I saw the bartender. He said he didn't see the only person at the bar. I got the lunch special and after taking a few bites, I noticed a little fly in my food! After the bartender took the food back, I noticed a few bugs crawling around the bar. I wait a while..the waiter comes back with the lettuce wraps and says the chef forgot to make my appetizer but here is it. The lettuce wraps are okay. Best thing i get to eat. I wait a while longer, I get my entree; the pepper steak with brown rice. The brown rice was hard and crunchy, and the pepper steak was overly heavy on the pepper. Overall, the midnight in Tokyo beverage was too strong even after the waiter informed it was the sweetest thing on the menu. The pepper steak was over seasoned and I like some seasoned food, brown rice was hard and crunchy and the lettuce wraps were the best thing. We celebrated both Mother's Day and Father's Day at PF Chang's this year. Both times our food was great and service was on point. We are all addicted to those fried green beans, yum! My dad loves the rib appetizer, and my mom and I will order the hot and sour soup even on the hottest of summer days, (it's that good). We always order the ginger chicken w broccoli and lo mein as entrees, and my dad likes the salmon or sometimes orders the chicken lettuce wraps as his main. And you have to try the banana spring rolls. The rolls themselves are good, but it's that pineapple coconut ice cream that is the star.
