Movers didn't shrink wrap the mattress, didn't unscrew nightstand legs which are now broken, and the tv stand is damaged because movers asked to add items inside even though I had it empty. Their way of helping was refunding $150 to get a temporary mattress from Walmart and told me the claims department would be in touch in 3-5 business days. In the end they only compensated me $900 despite the thousands of dollars of damage. In addition to the damage, one of the movers the company set up for the CT delivery made inappropriate sexual comments to me while I was alone (I'm a young female). Do not use them!

I scheduled a moving appointment with their receptionist (whom must have been new, as I never spoke to her in the past). I explained I only had a few items I needed moved, that I used their services in the past, and she verified the time, day, and price, before our call ended. Well, only two days later, when it was the scheduled move day, I raced around getting prepared to have them arrive, only to then continue waiting for 6 hours. In- between, I kept attempting to call their business, as well as email them, but no answer/ no show. I suppose I should have paid more attention to the other reviews mentioning the same happening to them. I then got a return email a day later from the lady I had spoken to, saying that I didn't "sign" the estimate. What? Nothing was said about "signing an estimate", it was already agreed to over the phone. It makes me sad to leave anything negative in a review for this company, but this was unfair that I had a whole day wasted simply because the receptionist wanted an email confirmation. Seems really strange to me, and was never anything they had me do the past two times I had used their services. I hope they will reconsider how things are being scheduled.

Hidden fees, rude, and they straight up lied about pricing at the end of our move. I actually feel bad for the guys who work here. They had a "stair fee" and our apartment was in front of an elevator and we never used the stairs. They lied and said they scouted our complex and went into our apartment and this NEVER HAPPENED. Their management team kept calling our movers (5-6x) trying to rush them for their next job before they were even done with our move. I could tell these young guys felt pressured and I actually had to tell them to stop answering because that's unprofessional. Not to mention, they charged our card before we ever authorized it. These guys are scammy. Don't use them.
