When I first started going here it was wonderful. I went for several months. The last and final time I was there, I got an attitude because I didn't have cash on me this time. Talk about total change in attitude. She knows I always tipped well. Obviously, she didn't care. If they don't like to take credit cards because of the charge they have to pay, add a fee to credit card users. Don't treat them disrespectfully. Before I picked my color I told the owner that I wanted the same color she had on her nails. She said ok. When she finished the first coat, I noticed the color was not the same. I told her about it and she said "Oh, mine is gel or acrylic, (can't remember). She knew I always get Dip. The color wasn't anywhere near the color i specifically said I wanted. She knew before touching my nails that the color I wanted wasn't available in Dip. Instead she picks out a color that wasn't even close to the color I wanted. Dip is more expensive. So instead of giving me what I wanted, she didn't want to loose money. Well, she lost a good customer. She's the owner. I will never go back. read more

My favorite nail salon in the city! I met Nisha at a different salon after trying out a few others. One day I arrived at the other salon only to sadly find out that she no longer worked there! Yikes! Where did my favorite nail tech go too?! As you know, it's really hard to find good nail techs. A few weeks ago she messaged me on this app to let me know that she and her husband opened up their own salon! Yay! Excited that she was still around; I made a mental note to see her when it was time to have a new dip. I showed up about an hour early (!!) to be sure I was the first in as I'm always on a tight schedule. We knocked out a pedicure and dip in 1 hour 15 min. Her salon is small but perfect. Clean and comfortable. Nisha is a doll and everyone who works there is so kind and knowledgeable. The Massage Chairs are new and AMAZING. I had an organic pedicure with hot stone and paraffin; amazing! Affordable too! Highly recommended. Nisha is known for her thin yet durable dip. It's a must....and she offers, I swear, like 200 different colors if not more. She also has a vast gel polish collection. I highly recommend that you check out the salon. Right now they aren't too busy so it's easy just to walk in and get an appointment. Be sure to get her cellphone # so you can schedule directly in advance. read more

I stopped in to take care of my feet. Upon walking in the guy was very nice and welcoming. They were able to see me right away. The lady in the black and white shirt initially started serving me and wasn't friendly but o grabbed my phone and was going to brush it off. Well, another lady came in and she was passed to her so this younger lady finished me up. The older lady warmly greeted the older lady, sparked conversation and offered her water. I then grew frustrated as she didn't even say Hi to me and she was working on my feet. I will not be stopping in again. read more

They did and both my toes and nails look great. Giving them a four only because I found their prices higher than other places I have frequented. Very nice people but was not worth the $75. I got acrylic almond and a simple design. They charged me $5 for the almond shape. I asked if they could do the design and they said yes. If it would've been then difficult for them they should've told me no. It took them 3 hours to do my nails because the first time they finished it was terrible, so they took it off. The 2nd nail tech started over and it still wasn't good, and once the 3rd tech tried it came out way better but wasn't at all worth the amount of money and time I wasted. First picture was the first round, the second was the final result, and the third picture was what I wanted. I will not be coming back. I got ripped off. read more

had a gel removal soak on my nails for 1 hour and 15 minutes while having a pedicure. then they proceeded to be greedy and instead of starting my manicure next they took 2 different pedicures before. i explained i couldn't wait and the tech tried to say that it was bc my gel polish. then she proceeded to grind the nail file into my nail taking off my natural nails. rudest greediest nail salon. 0/5 read more

We tried this nail salon out this week as a little treat with my daughter and mom. We had never been and the place closest to our home was closed for renovations so we took a chance. It was wonderful! Everyone was very nice and quick and great with my daughter (4 years old). Our nails all look very sweet and we enjoyed getting pampered a little before Valentine's Day. I had an appointment and they took me 25 minutes late. Not a huge deal but the pedicure was only average at best. The scrub and massage was practically nonexistent. Then, once they did the paraffin and hot towels, the left me sitting for 15 minutes while they worked on someone else. My daughter was with me and she had a similar experience.
