I've been to many nail salons and no one compares to Saint Nails Spa! I've been going to them since they opened and they truly create a good experience with clients. Worst nail service EVER! Went in for pink and white refills, I am from out of town and needed it badly. All they did was file off the top layer and put on a clear layer. They must have asked me 6-7 times to remove them and put on a new set...obviously to charge me more. Then they wanted to charge me 4% to use my credit card! Said on the phone it was $35 and charged me $40. My nails started chipping the next day and 2 broke off. This has NEVER happened! Had to go straight to my tech when I got home to have them overhauled. DO NOT GO THERE! read more

Needed a Pedicure on a whim and I used my maps to find a salon that was close by and had good ratings. My 1st and last experience was not a good one, after entering I was directed to sit in an empty Pedicure chair. I waited in the chair for about 25mins with no water in the bowl, if measures would have been taken to assure my comfort even though they were slightly busy I would have stayed but they did not even care about that. I tried Saint Nail Spa because it is one of the few nail salons in Slidell open on Sundays. Both people working were very friendly and gracious hosts, offered me a beverage. I chose the Saint Pedicure, (the most expensive at $55), but their most expensive is only a few dollars less than other salons' "regular" packages in Slidell. My pedicure came with two massages, NEITHER of which were timed with an egg timer (thankfully), like some of the salons in Slidell. LOVED the entire pedi experience and I benefited from the new salon: new massage chair and LOTS of color choices! While I did not get gels, a lady left with a gel manicure that was classic and beautiful. Love Saint Nails Spa!!!! Affordable, nice people, beautiful work, and open on Sundays!!! I showed the technician a photo of the nail design I wanted and asked if he could do it. His response was simply "no," and from the start his attitude felt dismissive and unwelcoming. When I asked how close he could get to the design, he told me that normally clients send their inspiration pictures before the appointment and that he has other clients, so he didn't know. As a new client, I was never told that I needed to send a photo ahead of time. There was no communication about that requirement when I booked. Instead of trying to help or offer alternatives, the interaction continued to feel rude and dismissive. At that point, I told him I no longer wanted the service. I came in as a paying customer, followed their booking process, and was simply looking forward to enjoying my birthday and being treated with basic courtesy. Customer service matters, and unfortunately I did not feel welcomed or valued here at all. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon.

Well today I was going to try a new salon,but unfortunately they didn't have any walk in spots available . I told my daughter instead of waiting to book next week I'm about to Google somewhere for us to go mind you I live in Bay St Louis so I was like I didn't ride out here for nothing I mean it's not far but gas not cheap either. I looked at the reviews of 3 places and they all had like 3-4 bad reviews that were recent and when I got to Saint Nails not one person had anything bad to say so that's where I went the place is small but the service was great and the prices are decen.Crazy I don't know any of their names The lady who is either the owner or the manager asked what we wanted as we entered I was getting a pedicure first she directed me to my seat she didn't just start the water knowing it would be a little while before I get started on which she explained and I liked because I hate when they sit you down and put the water on knowing it'll be a while before they get to you with that cold water. She constantly checked to ensure I was ok while I wait the guy started my daughter nails upon entrance.I only waited about 15 minutes I assured her I was fine because I don't want to rush the other person service because I don't want mine rushed. I got a deluxe pedicure the lady who did it was new and she was phenomenal she took her time and was very gentle but thorough. The gentleman did my nails as well and I love them. Saint Nails Spa was really my saint!!!! I'm so glad that I went there. I'm new in Slidell and I'm very particular about my nails. I travel a lot and I'm from Georgia so I usually get my fill ins in route while visiting back home. I'm so happy that when I was looking for a nail salon the others didn't answer, lol. Saint Nails Spa is a really great atmosphere. I'm glad I did make an appointment because I was the second client but it got full really fast. So DO make an appointment!! They were very friendly and personable:). I got compliments on my nails right after I left from someone. Being that I hadn't planned on getting my nails done, I had no idea of what design or anything. I only went in for a new set but I also got a pedicure!! Phenomenal!!! Very very helpful with choosing a perfect blend of colors for my nails and awesome design!! I'm so impressed that I made an appointment for my aunt who's visiting next week!! After reading a positive review on FB, I decided to give this brand new shop a try (opened last Wednesday). It's nestled in a small strip mall near Keith's seafood, new furnishings inside, clean environment, clean towels, and sterile equipment. When I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the staff, asked how I could be helped, and received great customer services during my entire visit. I was offered a beverage, recommended services, had great (non prying) conversation, received a 15% discount, and they paid attention to detail! Every nail was even, and polish was smooth! I got the gel manicure (acrylic) and the SAINT pedicure with gel polish plus a tip. If you are like me, and stay away from nail shops due to the horrible attitudes, customer service, overcharging, and lack of professionalism, try this shop because they won't disappoint!! read more

I have been going to Saint Nails since they opened in May. It is my absolute favorite nail salon in Slidell. I have been to multiple salons in Slidell and Saint Nails always exceeds my expectations! They have amazing customer service! The environment is calm and relaxing. I highly recommend calling ahead for an appointment because they do get very busy! read more
