I had mine done on a Thursday and Monday one just popped off. Went back and had it fixed on Wednesday and they did do it for free. And now it's Sunday and another one has popped off. I've been wearing hybrid gel nails for many years and never had that problem but my regular girl couldn't fit me in at my regular shop.

I showed the technician a photo of the nail design I wanted and asked if he could do it. His response was simply "no," and from the start his attitude felt dismissive and unwelcoming. When I asked how close he could get to the design, he told me that normally clients send their inspiration pictures before the appointment and that he has other clients, so he didn't know. As a new client, I was never told that I needed to send a photo ahead of time. There was no communication about that requirement when I booked. Instead of trying to help or offer alternatives, the interaction continued to feel rude and dismissive. At that point, I told him I no longer wanted the service. I came in as a paying customer, followed their booking process, and was simply looking forward to enjoying my birthday and being treated with basic courtesy. Customer service matters, and unfortunately I did not feel welcomed or valued here at all. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon.
