Nasty attitude. Way too many nail shops in Slidell for you to talk to me like that! Walked right out!!

The atmosphere of this nail salon is not calming or pleasant at all. TV on loud, and every time I have been inhere, there has been another customer talking loudly on their phone. Some people like to go for a pedicure or manicure to relax, not listen to someone else's conversation on speaker phone, this is the clientele that patronizes this salon. The female owner isn't friendly, after many times of going in and never seeing her smile or being greeted, I decided to try another salon. The quality of the manicure isn't what it used to be with chipping and breaking. Went here for many, many ( over 10) years when the previous owners/staff worked here, sad to see how it changed. read more

This place needs renovation. No new updates, same ripped chairs, I received a toe fungus, nails constantly break, has to be because of old acrylic. Wax clients on the same dirty cotton cover. Ashley sold this place years ago and it went down hill. Gives cringe vibes. read more

Tammy was very excellent. She was professional and knowledgeable. The salon was clean and the atmosphere was positive.

I've been going here for a few months and i noticed lately Tammy has been having an attitude.. so long story short,ive gotten my nails done Saturday before Easter and it starting chipping on about 4 nails ,so i called Her Monday to let her know and she said that's fine come in,well Monday it storm really bad so i called her and told her I'll come Tuesday she said okay.. so Tuesday i go in she had a nasty attitude cause i popped some off because it was nagging on everything because it was chipping.. she was rough and mad at the same time when I was done I left and I promised myself I won't ever in life go back. i'm very disappointed .. when another lady came in she greeted her was very nice to her. Oh, how was your Easter,like why she didn't ask me that and I was very nice I always tip her really good but I see what it is. and not to mention Karen messy tail self.. I love how my nails turned out but here's the problem. It was disgusting in there. I came there right as they opened and sat down where she told me too. I looked around my area and there was dust and nail clippings everywhere. Definitely was NOT cleaned this morning or when they closed last night. The brushes looked disgusting like the haven't been cleaned in a while. It was just an unsanitary experience. Not to mention the older lady and guy were very unfriendly. If you want me to pay 60 dollars for nails at least clean and be more friendly. I will not be returning. read more

After I got there they told me to pick out a color from the wall. I asked if they were gel polish, made an appointment for a pedicure with gel polish. And I was told to just have a seat finally they brought up the basket with the nail swatches. Then I was told just sit there for now and she switched on the water. She told me to put my feet in but had never put anything into the water no crystals, no bubbles...nothing! I waited a good 10 minutes to see if they would come add something so finally when the girl came by I said aren't there supposed to be something in the water? She said yes and switched on the Jets and walked away. I thought I was losing my mind maybe I had just thought there was soap every time I got a pedicure previously. I purchased the deluxe pedicure which is $60. Again when the lady came to do my feed I asked aren't there some crystals that need to go in the water and she said no so she continued and completed my pedicure. Right before I was leaving another woman came in for a pedicure and they put the crystals in her soaker. I paid for a deluxe pedicure and literally soaked my feet in tapwater! I won't even get in to have she insulted me for having cracked heels and told me I needed treatment from a doctor!!! read more

This was our first trip to 4 seasons and it was great. We didn't have an appointment but we arrived at 10am on a weekday and they were able to quickly work us in. We got the luxe pedicure which is a great deal for only $30. I would recommend that they consider adjusting the price for a men's pedicure since they don't get any polish applied. It saved the technician about 10-15 minutes and I think $3-$5 off would have been nice. Overall they did a great job and it was an enjoyable experience. The staff is all very friendly and we enjoyed our conversations. My only complaint is that the fumes are really strong, we mentioned it to the technician and she didn't realize how strong the were. Hopefully not that they are aware it will help them fix the issue and get better air circulation. read more

Bad regular manicure. First of all, the table, towels, and tools didn't seem or feel clean at all. Second, I picked a pink OPI color which the manicurist told me hates when people choose that color because it's streaky. Third, two coats of nail polish clearly weren't enough, and he was about to put the top coat of nail polish I had to ask him to do a third coat and again, he complained. He finished the third coat in less than two minutes and said "thank you" leaving me there without cleaning around my nails. Really bad service, bad technique, and very unprofessional. Would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Ok, Ok - I know there are hundreds of nail salons around sure. However, you will not find a nicer, sweeter OWNER of a salon anywhere! Ashley is absolutly amazing! So is her staff for that matter - they are all super duper nice and occomodating. She also has reasonable prices! I take my teenage daughter there too and if we are running close to her closing time she ALWAYS tells me to just come in and they will wait for us!
